I love my truck, they made it happen for me after my first purchase and I was not happy with it, they did turn things around for me. AT the end of the sale, my rep, told me if I gave him 5 star review he would give me a full tank of gas, he also told me if I referred a friend and they purchased a vehicle I would get $100.00. Well of course I gave him a 5 star review ( Gas prices) I did refer a friend who did purchase a car, when she went she asked for him specifically, he was to busy with another sale so provided another rep. Long story short was because he was not the one to make the sale I was not getting the $100.00. I spoke to the GM about my disappointment, because my friend was going to purchase a vehicle at Continental. He apologized agreed that after me purchasing two vehicles and referring afire he would give me the $100.00. It never happened. Don't get me wrong the $ would have been nice. But what is most important to me is their integrity, They did not keep their word, and the five star ratings basically paid for. The number one thing out of it all is I do Love my truck
