“Incompetent or lying can't tell which”

I'm looking for a place to live. Don't have much time to explore. This was a lot but I thought ok…. Bite the bullet and do it. I get there and this place is not only not available but never was or will be…. In the foreseeable future. Was told by agent that the ad wrote itself…. On Craigslist…. WTF…. I informed the agent I had posted on Craigslist and I had to give information…. Agents rebuttal was. "Deer in the headlights", I was gracious and let it drop…. What am I going to do?

Tip for consumers:
Nothing…. You don’t know until you get there…. Maybe talk to agent beforehand and ask this has two car garage,right? Then you don’t take 2 hours out of your day
