If there's ever something you dislike from the collection you can always switch/swap, change& or skip the collection. You get to manage when you get billed. Their customer support team is the best, they are kind, patient, generous and very respectful the staff will go out of their way to please your needs, they will even check up on you after words to reassure the situation. Best company out there I'm glad I decided to join!

Application of lipsticks is smooth, shades are so pretty and pigmented, best of all its doesn't leave a sticky clumpy mess on your lips, I love them. Vegan. And. Cruelty free! Can't ask for anything better. I'm on the auto shop program and I cannot wait for my next shipment.

They also offer reward points that can be redeemed for Beauty tools or makeup. Very convenient to get it shipped to your home. It literally feels like Christmas or your birthday each month. This is honestly one of the best subscriptions I've ever joined - every brush I've received so far has been great quality, super soft and doesn't shed. The only downside is there isn't enough variety. I've gotten a lot of blending brushes which is great, however it would be awesome if we got more face brushes, or detail brushes! Either way, you're getting your moneys worth.

I am beyond happy with my Morphe Me experience! I have received some really amazing brushes that are all of excellent quality. I also really like that I have never received any duplicates. I am a new subscriber to live glam brushes club.
I have purchase a couple of products the brush part falls off as im putting product on and other brushes that are very wonderful. I am excited to receive morphe products how ever in very surprised with the quality.

Thousands of people have gotten fraudulent charges around a month or 2 after signing up from liveglam. Same thing happened to me. In total, $4056 was charged to my card. They are from at&t in Texas along with some vendors in China. I live in California... luckily my bank caught it before i did, and they confirmed to me that the fraudulent charges came directly from LiveGlam. I decided to look further into it and THOUSANDS, and i do mean THOUSANDS, of people have had the same or similar experiences. The founder of the company is known for shady business practices. Just google his name and so many articles of him doing illegal things w past businesses come up.

I ordered the Les Do makeup palette when it launched. At first everything was great fast shipping and everything. It delivered with a broken shade and when I reached out the LiveGlam they were very helpful. However it's been about a week since I sent back my palette and I still have not received my replacement. Great company though with helpful customer service. Just wish I had my palette
