WE are a body shop over 40 years. Insurance companies push theses people on you It is a joke all the way from china crap even worst is the piss poor managers they put in charge of their don't give a rats $#*! service. I only can hope and pray it will all catch up with them and they go out of business and not cause me anymore lost of quality and pain...

I'm a shop and i ordered a transmission 3 weeks ago. I have called and been given 3 different dates the transmission will be here. I call the sales guy tells me.hes going to do on it and call me back nothing. There's no manager you can call it's all sales guys and they all cover each other so there all disorganized. Don't buy from them I warned you!
I had a great experience with Tony at LKQ HD Core. I bought a camshaft and they brought out 30 for me to choose from. The cam worked great and I didn't even need to polish it but did just to be safe. Its the way that I was treated is why I give Tony's card out and would like other people to know that this is how you should be treated. My truck was down, I was bleeding money everyday, nobody would call me or cared. Tony not only called me back within 5 minutes, he also looked at the camshafts himself and said it would be something he would sell to his own family so he certainly felt good selling it to me. Great guy and he deserve all the positives vibes and good customers he can get from my 1 review, *******513 is his number. Tony P. Not sure how to spell his last name but he is a very sweet guy that really goes the extra mile.

Q: I had a GREAT experience with Tony and LKQ. The speed he was able to locate a set of injectors and a turbo for my truck left me floored. Why you ask? Because nobody would call me back for weeks. Nobody would give me the time of day. Tony is the type of guy that will give you all he has. He truly cares.
Really disappointed. Went and worked out in the sun to get front and rear glass. Got to the front and paid only to realize that they had added a 90 day warranty on to the price. I ask if I could waive it to be told only before sale. Is it just me or should they have to ask before they just let you pay for something you might not want. Harbor freight and others ask if you want the warranty. I always say no. If it broke after 30 days I would go get another one. Or a better one. I would never want to pay extra to have 90 days on a junk yard part. If I wanted to pay extra I could have stayed in NC and called safelight.

Order the part was supposed to be in the Manchester store in 7 to 10 days in 10 days. The item still was never shipped. They had no idea when they would ever receive that terrible service waited 10 days for a part for no reason.
I ordered an engine for vehicle. They sent me two unusable engines. The third engine I was able to put in Start up engine and it knocks. Got ahold of them and they will not refund money. Been waiting for the fourth engine for over two weeks.
We bought a used engine from LKQ in Feb. 2021. At time of payment $400 was added to the amount for a core charge, which was never mentioned before. On the invoice it gave an email address to contact to have the old core picked up. The site provided an online form to complete. In March, two separate request were made via their email site for core pickup. Confirmation numbers were provided to us each time. The core was never picked up. We contacted a LKQ location closer to us to try and make arrangements in person. The response was "it wasn't her invoice we needed to contact the person that sold the engine to us". We tried, that person no longer worked for the company. I sent another request for pickup at the beginning of April 2021. It was confirmed with another confirmation number. Again no pick up was made. I called back again today to the number on the original purchase invoice. I was able to talk to an individual this time but was told because they seen no notes attached to the original invoice in their computer system about us contacting them about core pick up; their system would not process a core return because it wasn't returned with in 60 days. I gave him our different confirmation numbers that were provided. His response was "I am sorry but there is nothing showing that you contacted us. There is nothing I can do about it." What a deceptive racket. Save yourself the aggravation and don't waste your money and time dealing with them.
