I joined Lobster a few years ago, their Tarrif was OK, their roaming abroad was hit and miss.
I telephoned France which was not included in the Tarrif, Lobster said I should put in enough credit to cover the call to France, I was going to credit my account with 20 euros but Lobster told me if the 20 euros runs out during the telephone call my conversation would be stopped immediately, this was a very important telephone call to PayPal so I put another 20 euros in credit to my Lobster account, unfortunately I only used 15 euros so I was expecting 25 euros back from Lobster, they told me there was no refund and that I could only use the credit to call France, I told them PayPal was a one off and I don't know anyone to call in France, but Lobster made it quiet clear the money would not be refunded.
I have since found another well known service provider with at least good customer service.
Since then Lobster have credited me part of the overpayment, but too late Lobster.
