Even worse than the typical online dating site! Obvious scammers with contacts way beyond the area you specify and many photos obviously NOT belonging to the supposed member. Site is difficult to navigate and the fees are ridiculous considering all the above. I'll offer just one word: "DON'T!"

I just wrote a review I forgot to mention with all the nickel and dime charges they don't even let you use what you pay for every day you have a limit most of the ones you see are thousands of miles away you might as well throw your money down the incinerator

I was the ONLY INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL and Representative for LOCANTO CLASSIFIEDS for 5 years. I INSISTED that they CLEAN UP their act. I was ignored; and eventually LEFT on December 31st/2021.
I am SPECTRE'. Please IGNORE that site. It was CONVICTED of ILLICIT ACTIVITIES. Thank you. P.S.: Boo!

IF you get a response from any women it will be a working girl, which is fine but should be in Escorts ads, OR from someone referring you to a site " for their safety" which is a scam for credit card details OR links to more dodgy dating sites. Some other sections appear legit but personals are not vetted or policed for scams or criminal activity which is a shame as they started with such great potential. Please be warned there are NO legitimate safe ID sites.
Think about it. A credit card shows you're over 18 not whether you're a rapist or axe murderer! It's just another phishing exercise! You're better off sorting through the fake profiles that manage to get in to even the best rated dating app. Or if you want to avoid all the hassle, visit an escort or a good private operator, get exactly what you want and go home smiling. Beats blocking and renewing credit cards and much disappointment.

I was looking in Personals. I sent out about 30 replies to ads. Not one single reply. Everyone wants you to text them. I did for several people. 5 Contacted me back. 3 wanted me to put my credit card info into a fake, unsecure site "for their safety". 1 wanted a $100 iTunes card up front to meet with me. 1 sent me to an address that was a closed business which was supposedly her address.

So every reply I have gotten from anyone on Locanto has been garbage designed to cheat me! What a horrible waste!

I got scammed. I was convinced as per her words in Whatsapp. Later, when I transfer the money to her bank, she ran away without responding to my chat. She didn't give service, rather I was cheated. The sad part - I transferred the money twice (She says her Paytm isn't working and has problems). Don't believe this application and their advertisements. These are full of scammers, who wants to steal your money for their survival.

I am not attaching any material as that will take more time for me!
