Horrible experience. Ordered a "nurse" t-shirt. Cost over $30 with shipping. Took over a month to get here. When it came the lettering was upside down! I asked for a full refund and a replacement. They first offered me an $8 refund, then a $15 refund, then a $18 refund, then a $20 refund. It was foolish how they kept trying to negotiate with me through multiple emails. In the end, I have an shirt that is printed upside down and am out the full $30 plus and no replacement shirt. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Purchased two trousers and told one was not available so I said I would be happy to wait. Followed up a week later after no update and told they still was not available, then after replying to ask for the one to be sent instead they ignored all subsequent emails and now I cannot get a response or my money back!
