I walked into a loft store in Cinco Ranch Katy Texas. There were three women at the register not one some to me or welcomed me to the store. I looked around from the back of the store to the front and no one offered to help. I am not white perhaps that is why I didn't get any assistance. I will be telling all of my friends and coworkers about my experience at that store.
I thought i was ordering 2 items which when i was placing my order only showed the 2 items and when i submitted it i had over $100 more showing so reviewed and the items in my wish list were on the final but never showed till i hit submit. Called immediately and oh well too bad can't cancel the order. I was given the run around and then they had the gull to say it will take up to if not longer than 2 weeks to get the order. Trust me each and every item is being returned. Not even opening the box. They say cancel an order but that is FALSE as they dont. Even the supervisor said that so they advertise FALSE info. Dont order from them
I love the Greece, NY store. It's a smaller store, so when you walk in the door you are given personal attention. A fitting room is always started for you and size exchanges are always done with a smile, so you never have to dress and undress. I get the best assistance from Jackie, who is honest and has a flair for style. I absolutely LOVE LOFT!
Leggings are very cheaply made. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of quality. I might as well have gone to Walmart and bought their leggings. Really horrible. I will not buy them their. I also noticed there sweater quality has gone way down. I used to make the trip to Waterloo to purchase there. I will not bother to make that trip again.
I have been a loyal Lift card holder for years.
In April they changed the Rewards program.
Before the reward points you earned came as a coupon on the bottom of my statement. I saved these rewards for three months, using before the first one expired ( 3 mo.) I could have as much as 150.00 to 200.00 to shop and spend. Making a trip to my local store and of course spending more than my 200.00 rewards most times.
Program changed April 19, now the coupons don't come with your statement. You redeem in store or online. Just something special about receiving those rewardswith my statement, made things better when I mailed that check. LoL
Also, now you can only use 4 rewards at a time online.( 5.00 x 4 =20.00)
Only use 6 rewards at a time in the store, 5.00 x6 =30.00
If you shop online and return an item, you loose all reward points.
Without the rewards program the way it use to be... their customer service is not worth having the card.
Horrible customer service.
I ordered a set of matching pajamas, top and bottom. They let me know a couple days later that one had run out, so I asked to cancel to other since it was a matching set. Customer service said they couldn't because there was a short cancellation window.
Catch-22, and trying to find someone to resolve this is impossible. Save your money - go to Nordstrom's.
I received a package from someone else inside mine package. Went to drop off at the store so they could sent back to the original customer. I believe I could only drop off to an associate, but had to wait in a long line. I was treated that I was the wrong one in the story. Ridiculous. Next time I will throw the package in the garbage. Would give "0".
If I could give a zero I would! I walked into the loft in Delray Marketplace at 6:52 and was told I could not shop since they close at 7. Still had 8 minutes and knew what I was looking for which would have taken a couple of minutes but was basically kicked out unless the salesperson could help me find something right away. I was told to come back tomorrow. I was very uncomfortable at this point and left. Terrible customer service. I am a Manager in the customer service business and this is definitely not the way to treat a customer.
I ordered a pickup at the Store and I requested to hold a few more days and I offered to pay before pickup and they accepted. When. I went to pick up I got a nasty We don't do it from the lady. Really... rude and arrogant. As a customer I don't care I will buy from somewhere else
I purchased the faith necklace I love. I purchased this in February. I was charged again o on 3/2. On the charge it said recurring charge. I have called *******058; so far no return call. I have filled with my bank. I knew I should have paypal. Don't order from them
Recently I placed an order with wrong shipping address and from day 1 am following up to change the address or to cancel the order. I contacted them 5 times atleast prior to my shipping and every time they assured me that address will be changed prior to shipping. There is no way you can cancel the order online. Finally they shipped my order to wrong address. Now when I contact them they are asking me to reorder by paying again. This is the worst shopping experience I ever had. I am a regular customer and this is my last order from loft.
I am extremely disappointed. I was given a pair of pants for Christmas that didn't fit. I returned them but they did not have my size in the store. There is not a store in my area of Houston that has the pants in my size. I found them in my size on the Loft website, so I tried to order them and was so happy.
I had difficulty completing the order. So I went to the CHAT to try to resolve the issue.
The reason I could complete the order is they will not accept merchandise credits online.
So now I will have to buy myself the pants, that were a present given to me.
Bad policy!
I bought a bunch of clothes for an upcoming work trip. The plan was to take them home, figure out what I needed, then return the rest. I didn't have time to return them before the trip. Honestly, I wasn't even worried about it. It was just an errand to add to the to do list when I got back. Went to return today, and they said I was 2 days past 30 days so all they could do is give me back 40% of what I paid for it. Retail is my profession. I was appalled at how selfish and not customer friendly their return policy was. This is honestly one of my favorite brands to shop, but no more. If they can't respect their customers, I can't support their business
Two boatneck cotton shirts. Here they are one on top of the other. I don't dare wash the second one! Shrank more than a full size. Pure junk The top one is white, the bottom one is grey
I have shopped at both the Loft in the mall and the Loft outlet. I bought a couple of cami's from the outlet, they did not fit my daughter and I wanted to return them to the Loft. I called and the lady told me we cant take returns from the outlet because they are outdated clothes. Since when are cami's outdated! Very poor customer service, I am done shopping there and have been going for over 10 years.
My friend and I were shopping at Loft in Tuscaloosa, AL and found a shirt that we liked. I tried it on on the store and it fit perfectly. We both wanted to purchase it (we're the same size, XS), but they only had one in stock. The associate said no problem, she could order one for me and have it sent by mail. The shirt that arrived was a different color white and, although marked XS, was too large. We live 85 miles from Tuscaloosa so returning it to the store was out of the question. What a surprise to find that I had to pay $7.95 to send it back. My advice to you is to NEVER order ANYTHING from Loft online unless you can return it directly to a Loft store.
They take your money saying a 30-day return policy, but that is a lie, nobody is getting their money back. Their policy doesn't even cover the return, and the machine was extremely painful to use. The reviews are a lie, as no one can put a new review, their whole site is a lie. Please don't harm your lungs using their product. ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet CPAP Machine with HumidAir was the one I bought the 4.9 stars are a lie
This company has recently changed their return policy - and it bites you if you order on line. You have 30 days from purchase to return something to get a refund. That means if you order on line, you have 20 or so days to return items. The 30 days aren't from when you receive the items, the clock starts ticking when you place the order. This is a "trick" to avoid having to issue refunds to people. I contacted their customer service line and you could tell the answers the rep was giving me were out of a book with standard responses. I have shopped with Loft over the past 10+ years and they have now lost me as a customer over this change in policy.
Ordered a top online to pick up in store, got an email saying its no longer available to pick up in store. That was at 42 st. Reordered to pick up at 83rd never received an email to pick up. Reached out to the store they said the item will be available the next day. Still no email. Call the following day, only to be told try another store. Sick and tired of them. Dont even bother folks. Forget them!
I was placing an order for a purchase, and I put my card information in and it came back as "error, check your card number and CVC code" so I went back and retyped it in thinking maybe I hit the wrong number. It kept coming back error, so I gave up. Then I went to look at my banking account, and I have 4 pending purchases for 66$ in my account even though the purchase kept saying error check my card number. The order was never placed, each time is said error, yet I have 4 holding charges on my account now.
