We contracted to have a website built in Feb. 2024 which was supposed to be finished in six weeks max. We subsequently agreed to be hosted by them including site maintenance. In mid-July they deployed the new site. It was the look we wanted but it was a disaster of functionality for both the front and back ends - it simply did not work, people could not buy from our site (it is a woocommerce retail site) and the backend functionality we need also did not work. It was a complete disaster. They were going to fix it but were not able to so we asked to be refunded in full to which they agreed and said they would refund $4800 if we first wire-transferred another $1904. Why? As it happens so they could, it seems, so they could get another $1900 from us and keep it all. You can't reverse a wire-transfer like you can a CC payment. We didn't send the $1900 - it made no sense - and they did keep it all. They had one bank at the time of this occurrence, they now have a different bank. They were in Florida, they are now in Texas and Maryland. They change locations and bank information regularly it seems. I believe they were originally going to make a site - they just didn't have the expertise - and finding themselves in trouble they took the money and ran. They tried to have a Trust Pilot review taken down but Trust Pilot found nothing wrong in it and it is up. And there will be more, wherever I can find a site that takes reviews. Be advised; to use logozeal for anything is madness.They're 5 star reviews are plants.
