I love Clark's shoes. What I received was a VERY poor imitation. The address says you can return them, I wish there was space here to copy all the correspondence I received by email.
My sandals cost $34.00, and I was charged $9.00 for shipping.
Their first response asked if a 15% discount on my next order and keep the sandals was acceptable. (No thank you!) One shoe was even larger than the other.
Last response was to offer me 20% refund. So. Basically 6.40.

If I could give them a minus zero I would. I purchased sandals from them. PLEASE don't be fooled by all the pretty pictures on their site. Even if they claim to be leather they are far from that more like imitation plastic. The sandal's straps did not stand up as shown in the pictures all plastic.
Shoes arrived in plastic bubble wrap that apparently came from China. I can't express how bad these shoes were made. I don't buy shoes at Target please of the material and craftsmanship but Target shoes would have been a major upgrade to the piece of trash I received (5 pairs) of so-called sandals. The best way to describe the shoes is something you would buy at a sway meet for $8.00. Customer Service I'm still trying to figure out how to reach them.

If I could give no stars it would better reflect my experience. I received the wrong products... not even close to what I ordered. When I contacted them they 'were sorry' and offered me 15% off my next order. I promptly replied no thanks and then received a long convoluted return policy. I was told that I should not use a delivery service but regular mail but that my package will probably get lost. Seriously? This company works on the 'bait and switch' model. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered because i know the quality of the product shown for sale on this website-- they showed a picture of a quality product, but did not send that product, they sent a very bad attempt... all plastic, photo was leather and well crafted... not the items that showed up...
Very disappointed.
