Package arrived very quickly...they shipped it out on 24th november and it arrived to my country on 28th november...altho processing time took 9 days instead on 5 business days...but i'm fine with it...i've never bought any lolita dresses so i don't know about others' opinions but in MY opinion dress and shirt are good quality. It's smooth and stretchy. Bows on the dress are not sewn on, can be put on with safety pins. Customer service was very friendly and helpful too. They always answered my questions in less than 10h. Never got my merchandise. Customer service was awful. Find your Lolita stuff elsewhere on a trustworthy site. I should have known when I didn't see any reviews online.
