Absolutely terrible! I ordered a pair of boots and when I received them they were two different sizes and they were both left feet! Really! Then they had me send a request to a return dept that denied my return. How in the hell am I supposed to wear two freakin left shoes! Wont fix it, Wont refund it, Wont answer my emails or the phone for that matter. I may drive to Chino being as I only live two cities over!

This is the worst site ever. I bought something for my daughter in November. Received it in December in time for Christmas. Wrong item sent. I took a picture of it, sent it to them, and a month later, I'm still fighting with them to get some number they need to send the dress back. It's January 6, after Christmas and still my daughter did not get her dress for Christmas. Please, don't ever buy from this site. You will get the wrong thing and they will keep your money and not send you the right product. I have contacted the manager of this place. Don't know if it will do any good, but will try. Good luck.

Made a $100 purchase and half of the items were very wrong. Entire different stuff from what i ordered from the website. Luckily, paypal resolved in my favour and i got a refund, after so long a battle.

The sizes are not even close to being right and their customer service is very rude and unhelpful. Never purchase anything from here ever again and I do not recommend anyone to either!

I placed an order two days ago, and I payed $20 extra for 2 air shipping. My friend did the same thing and she received an email the next day while I haven't received anything. I'm very disappointed because I was hoping to wear my bathing suits on Tuesday for raging waters and that is why I payed extra for the shipping.

I never received and email saying my dress was shipped out and then a week later with nothing they did a refund without even asking me if I wanted one. I still want the dress not a refund and this is the first time ever i have never received anything in an email about an item being shipped. I am very unhappy.

Shipping rates are too high, hold time for customer service is ridiculous, shipping time was ridiculous as well especially when shipped to next County over... for a person who does a lot of online shopping the experience was below a zero!

Was nervous about the quality the boots I purchased, that they were going to be cheap and generic because of how cheap they were. But their everything I wanted! Their a good quality for sure and the shipping was really quick and I'm very satisfied. Shoes do run little though but other than that I'm very happy with my purchase.

A week went by before my product left their store, and I have found the same product for the same price on Amazon (and it didn't have a ridiculous shipping fee of $20). So I emailed lollicouture and requested that they cancel my order. They never responded to my request, and sent my product out 3 days later.

I sent an email to their customer support department with my order number and a brief summary that I had not received the email they said would be coming. The email would give me my tracking number and an estimated delivery day. I sent this email one week after I placed the order. I was hoping they would respond and tell me the status. I did not receive a reply to my inquiry. After 11 days of placing my order, I got an email with the tracking number which was automated. I find not replying to my email very poor customer service. I also feel that 10 days to ship an order is very poor operation as there was no message when I placed the order there would be a delay. I will not do business with a company that has no respect for its customers.

Ordered size 11 shoes. On bottom of shoes there's 10 stickers.

Swimsuit was in this plastic bag with the zipper broken and lots of asian words on it. But swimsuit seemed fine.

I ordered a swimsuit that was suppose to be an extra large and it came to me as a small and I haven't been able to wear it because of the size. I spoke with a representative and im not even able to exchange for a bigger size and I havent even worn it. So I just gave away over $35 bucks for something I can't even use. Also I ordered a pair of shoes and the color came in gold instead of champagne but other than that my products came at a very good timing. I would probably order again though because the prices are reasonable.

I'm not quite sure how the product actually looks on because I have yet to try it on, however, I am submitting my review in hopes that the constant emails regarding this product will end. I first received an email to review the product before actually receiving it and have received multiple since. It is Christmas and I had to travel, so trying on a bikini was not high on the priority list. It does appear to be as listed and it arrived in a timely fashion. Please let this submission suffice as a review and end the constant email requests.

I am not happy with my purchase from LolliCouture. I ordered sweaters for a dance group. I needed them by a certain date and if I had not called 3 days in a row, I believe I would have never received them in time even though I ordered well in advance. The quality of the sweaters seem to be nice but the sizing is way off. There are no labels on the actual sweaters I received so distinguishing the size between the 3 sweaters I ordered was difficult. The large fits like a small/medium. I wish I could return it but I have to match my group so I will deal with it.

I ordered four bathing suits from lollicouture and they were one medium two large. I am a size 5 originally and I couldn't fit any of the bottoms! I'm highly disappointed. They were really great quality. I guess I will give them to my younger teenage cousin. She is a size 2!

I bought four pairs of shoes, and a dress.
I'm very happy with the items. At a very affordable price, all the items are very well made and of great quality. The shipping was so fast, I got my package in three days. Overall, I think lolli Couture has a huge selection of shoes, clothes, and accessories. I'd recommend this website to others, and continue shopping there.

It did take 2 weeks, but I have to say EVERYTHING is as described. The clothes fit, and are of good material. The shoes are a perfect fit, and love them! My dress is exactly my size. I am shopping next week, and excited to buy some boots!

I fell in love with these sandals the moment the pic came up online. And now that I actually own them, it is love at second sight. The fit is incredible and I love the material used to make these sandals. I will definitely be glad when I wear my red gladiator sandals. Thank you LolliCouture. You've got style! ~Cheers

I ordered a swimsuit for an upcoming trip. Shipping was supposed to take 7-10 business days, with processing either same day or next day. It is now 8 business days later and while I still have not received ANY communication with Lolli, I was able to track my purchase with my saved Order Number, and found that it still has not yet shipped. I emailed Lolli, and have not gotten a response. This obviously will not be here in time for my vacation.

My experience shopping was fine. I had no issues with the website, found lots of shoes in my size, and got to shop for some clothes too. I bought two pairs of shoes and a couple of clothing items.
The shoes look exactly like the pictures and were true to size. However, when I opened the boxes, the smell of plastic/rubber/? Was almost overwhelming. It took a day to get the smell out of that room. Other than that, I recommend taking a look :)

I waited a month for my order and alter numerous emails and phone calls was told that my package went to Israel in stead of Bahrain and it got returned back to them. I asked for a refund since it cannot be delivered to Bahrain and they deduct more than half the price for a shipping fee that never happened in the first place (since it was their fault for shipping it to Israel and not Bahrain) and the rest will be shopping credit. So all in all, no refund!
Simply thieves! How can you offer me store credit when you are not even able to deliver the items to Bahrain?

I tried to email you a while ago to return the boots because though they say they are 8.5 they are WAY smaller than that. No one got back to me about my return so I gave up. I have sense gifted them to someone else but I still don't have any boots.

Bought a pair of boots and the eyelet broke before I even got to get them all the way on my foot. I returned them for a replacement pair and it took nearly a month. Same thing happened with the second pair and the hooks broke! Junk! Don't order shoes from this site!
