I ordered stuff for my girlfriend that she wanted off this they took forever then I got only half the items and out of those items so far nothing is what it looked like in the pictures horrible customer service too

I placed my order on Oct 6th for a sweater for a Halloween costume. The website says orders are shipped within a business day. Today is Oct 16th and my order still hasn't shipped. Customer service said the sweater was coming from somewhere else resulting in a delay. If I had known that upfront, I would not have placed an order. The best part is speaking with customer service today and getting attitude for wanting to cancel.

I ordered a 150$ costume for a show, the picture looked amazing. It looked like it could fit a 3rd grader and the button popped off within 3 minutes. The zipper broke without me even zipping it, it was extremely stiff, felt like aluminum foil over cardboard. Please stay away.

Returned 2 items for exchange on June 19 (with tracking number). They recieved it on June 22 but says on July 8 that the package hasn't been opened and verified yet. But also returned an item on July 2 and on July 7 they have recieved it and issued a store credit. CS rep can"t explain why the first one wasn't processed yet but the second one has. Asked for her supervisor but she doesn't know who they are nor does she know how to contact them. Her only concern was to. Get me off the phone so she could take another call. After this issue is resolved I will NEVER order anything again from this site. They should be shut down for failure to comply to their own policies.

My mother was then placed on hold without me being notified of such. 5 days after realizing that my order did not ship, I called & was informed that my order was placed on hold for some reason and my package will be shipped soon. Once I asked if I could be accommodated with express shipping on their behalf, I was told no and that I would have to pay $45! It has been a week and 1 day later and my package has yet to ship! Very VERY dissatisfied

I came to this site in search for swimwear. I ordered 3 swimsuits (on in 2 different sizes so that I could send back the one that didn't fit). The quality of the swimwear was... shoddy. The swimsuit I ordered in 2 sizes was the perfect one, but I learned shortly after that I could not return swimwear, unless I wanted to be charged a 50% restocking fee (resulting in just giving away money). I was disappointed with the seams on 2 of the swimsuits and at the return policy.

Let's just say, the email on the site is not valid and the number on the site is invalid and the other one is always busy. The company did not hesitate to take my money, they provided me a tracking number a week ago and there hasn't been an update on it since. I purposely ordered the item 2 weeks in advance because I need it this coming Saturday and it doesn't even seem like it will be here in time which I'm very angry about. I have nothing good to say about this company. I will NEVER order from them again. If there was an option to give zero stars, that's exactly what I would give. I don't even want the item, I want my money but seeing that I can't get in contact with the "company" that may not happen.

I am very unhappy about how things went with this company. It was my first time ordering and certainly will be my last. They sent me the once piece version of the suit I ordered in a two piece. I contacted them via email and was asked to email a picture. Kind of a pain, but whatever. Then I was asked to fill out a RMA, then told to contact them when it looked like my return had arrived so they could refund my money. Really?!?! THey made a mistake and they are asking me to let them know when my return arrived to them and they would refund my money, when all I want is the correct swimsuit?!? If the purchase is worth being treated unimportant for and like you are the one who made the mistake go ahead and risk it. Not happening on my end. I am one unhappy shopper!

I was very happy with the shoes I ordered. The prices were more than exceptional. It was a little deceiving that the clearance prices don't benefit from the free shipping on orders over $50. It was also unfortunate that a lot of the shoes I really liked were no longer available in my size. Otherwise, I really liked the shoes and prices. Will definitely order more another time.

Loved the price of the really cool high-heeled flowered sneakers. However the shipping price was really high and the shoes didn't arrive as quickly as I thought they would given the shipping cost. However, I am really pleased with the shoes! So I guess I'm pretty satisfied overall. I would like LolliCouture even better if the shipping costs were a little lower and/or the products arrived more quickly.

My daughter ordered a bathing suit on Feb 19. Two months later we still haven't received it. Some days they tell me it has been shipped. Sometimes they say it hasn't been shipped. Someone told me they would issue a refund. Nothing has been done. They don't answer emails. If you call them you are on hold for an hour. Tonight they hung up on me. The post office says we are being scammed by them. Worst company I have ever dealt with! I will be contacting the bank and the bbb!

I placed a large order on march 25th and only found out yesterday that my order was being kept on hold - after trying 3 DEAD numbers that you list on your website and finally looking up my order number by navigating your site for 20 minutes. Nobody emailed me and nobody called me to let me know this order was placed on hold. I am now leaving for an important vacation in two days without the swimsuit i hoped to be engaged in.

Also, i spent almost $300 and wasn't allowed free shipping. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately for me, you guys have the swimsuits i want, so i will be placing another order in the near future. I hope it goes more smoothly this time, and i'd really like a special discount and free shipping for all this trouble.

The quality of this swimsute was very poor, thread hanging off loosely.

I ordered a size large but it was so small I could not even get it on. Ended up giving it to my 12 year cousin instead who is a size small.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option.

The representative was ok, but this is a terrible company. Your return policy doesn't accommodate the consumer. I wasn't informed that one of my items would be on back order until I received my items via the invoice. Your bathing suits aren't true to size and now I can't even get a refund for an item I can't wear. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

Called about my experience talk to customer service and my order still had not been shipped out of the warehouse over a week later. I have still yet to receive the order even though I got an email stating that it was shipped on October 9th I either need a refund or I need my item to appear in my mailbox is there anyone that can help me please.
