I ordered stuff for my girlfriend that she wanted off this they took forever then I got only half the items and out of those items so far nothing is what it looked like in the pictures horrible customer service too
This sweater is very soft, light weight, pretty color and design, and the price was very reasonable. The only issue was that the sleeves were a little short but I have long arms. However, I would buy from LolliCouture again.
Terrible. Was promised I'd receive my order in time for my vacation placed owed on the 9th of February and still not shipped even though I've talked to two customer service reps and both promised it will be here. Will not order again requesting full refund!
They don't send you a confirmation number at all. Plus when I ordered it through PayPal their website froze and it told me the payment never went through but when I went onto my bank account it said they did receive the money. I looked up the items on my Lolliculture account it said they received the payment. Anyway it's been a month and no items have been shipped out to me. I glad I went through PayPal though. Oh and by the way they do not answer phone calls and emails. So don't even bother with that. Someone needs to really shut this company down because people are losing their money and it's fraud.

I ordered a pair of leggings for Halloween more than a week before. I chose 2 day express shipping at checkout and paid a LOT of extra money so I would get them in time for Halloween. I did not end up getting them until after Halloween- it took over a week for them to be delivered! Unfortunately, it takes 3-4 days to process certain items however it did not specify this on the clothing item or at checkout. I was told by customer service that it says this in their shipping policy, but I don't generally make it a habit to check company's online shipping policies. If I paid $30 extra for 2 day shipping, I expect it to be at my doorstop within a few days unless explicitly stated upon ordering. Also, when the leggings came they didn't look like the picture at all. I think the website has a great selection of clothing at decent prices but I just suggest to check the shipping policy if you need something time sensitive.
The swimsuit was an xl and did not begin to fit me. Im a size 10/12. Def a site for girls with minimal curves. No returns on swimsuits even though i couldnt even begin to try it on, good thing it was cheap.
I ordered on July 13,2014 and received my order on August 6,2014... That was long in my opinion. The customer service was very good I must say! The quality of my items were decent no complaints. I will order from the site again in hopes that it won't take almost a month to get my order. The customer service is really why I'm giving it another chance.
HORRIBLE seller. I have never left feedback before but felt the need to warn others. Purchased boots from them online and they lied saying they were damaged to try to get me to take a different color, then said they were refund me but never did. I contacted them via email and phone and they continue to lie. They are a unprofessional business, avoid at all costs!
I ordered three dresses but only received two. My paperwork says that one item is on back order but that is something I should've known before delivery. Even though the dresses that I did receive are nice, the fact that one didn't come and there is no date stating when I should expect it is causing me to feel leery about ever ordering with lolli couture again.
I sent a pair of boots to my daughter in college. While I haven't seen them myself because she is away, she told me there's a warning label on the sole that claims the product contains possible health risks associated with carcinogens. I told her to package them up because they are going back to Lollicoulture. The shipping cost was more than the product... I learned a lesson. Pretty suspect. And how can a company stand behind a product they know is dangerous?
I made my purchase, expecting to be disappointed after all the horrible reviews I read. But i received my package within 18 business days, 4 days to process and finally confirm my order and 14 days till package arrived. I was ok with that. Glad to have my package. Items were ok, some cheaply made. Sadly two items weren't in the package but a refund was promised. It's been over a month, I've contacted them 3 times only via email because I could never get through to their customer service line ( Constantly a busy signal, which are no sense), anyway still no refund! Very disappointed in that because they have now lost me as a customer!
Originally, I wanted to order much more... But I'm glad I didn't. Although I am somewhat satisfied with my purchase, I don't think it was worth the $35 I spent. I had much more in my cart, but after not receiving free shipping, AND seeing that with each item I added to the cart, my shipping cost increased, I had to limit what I wanted. The whole shipping cost thing actually doesn't make any sense since everything is shipped together- ever hear of flat rate? I feel a little ripped off actually in that aspect. Then, opened the package and was excited to see my two shirts I ordered... Rightfully so. Then, I noticed one of the tags on one of the shirts... This brand is carried at Styles for Less. WHICH means, I could have probably ordered that particular shirt from Styles for Less and got Free Shipping or gone to the store and tried it on. It is what it is, but a little frustrating. I still love one of the items I ordered though!
Products were cheap, didn't fit well, and shipping took a month after ordered to get to me. The products and fit would have been acceptable if they would have at least been received in a timely manner. Read the fine print for shipping. The "custom" products take longer and they won't ship part of your order out. The customer service was adequate. They responded once in a timely manner.
If the shipping was fixed, I'd order some more from them.
I ordered mermaid leggings, mostly because they were different from others and I liked that. The scales are cool and the one size fits all its pretty true. The leggings are comfortable and I can't wait to wear them for Halloween! And re use them for a rave! Came in the mail with no worries too
The products were exactly described and shipping was quick. The only thing I would say that could have been better was communication. We didn't receive anything from the company after we placed our ordered. An email would have been nice with invoice/status of shipping. Overall we had a great experience and would use this company again.
It's funny how y'all sent me this but I never got a confirmation email or anything from you guys. We're calling customer service rep told me the reason why is because I checked out as a guest and she still wasn't able to send me anything about my order to my email. What kid of service is that
2 weeks to ship my package. Most items on back order. Said they refunded out of stock items on receipt but never refunded. I called they stated all items were shipped and delivered but I never received half the items. Needed to return what did receive and was told to email for a RMA return # after a week of waiting and calling nothing. 40 minute waits on hold. I finally just sent everything back with a tracking number. I doubt I'll EVER see the refund.
I brought a dress once and it was cute, nice fabric... then I ordered multiple dresses and NONE of them look as pictured online... the design on these dresses look like something of out the hair store... I requested a refund and they declined it within a day and put my case as resolved... And speaking to someone on the phone is a waste of time she rushes you off the phone!
Customer service associate called to make sure that I the cardholder and to verify my personal info which was great. Ive placed many online orders and maybe only one time another store called to verify. Thanks
Site said all items in stock when ordered, I was shipped 5 of 9 items ordered and had to file a claim with Paypal to get a refund as the seller did not follow through with refunding any portion of my transaction. I would not waste my time trying to order from this site, I learned my lesson
I ordered a dress from this site 2 weeks ago and it still haven't been processed! Now I can not get on my account which I found very weird I tried to Contact the support team and they did not respond now I'm clueless about when I will be receiving my package! If I don't hear from them by today they will have to give me the money I've spent!
Well I guess I'm still excited to get my boots but I ordered them last week hoping they would get to me before my birthday on Saturday but it's not looking that way. So now I have to go out and buy something else. Super excited still about the boots but now my outfit will be a miss.
I followed the size chart provided and read that the model was my exact height and measurements, and she had even bigger boobs that I do so a small should fit perfectly but no; vertically it fit too small! My boobs were 3/4 exposed and the bottoms were up my butt like floss. If you have a long torso order bigger size... But be prepared that it'll be big on you horizontally.
I wish I could give a good review, but my swimsuit, though beautiful arrived broken. At first I went online where my order could not be found with my email and order number. Next I called and after 30 minutes of phone time I was told to send it back but I would have to pay for the shipping. I explained again that I received a faulty item. Yes I was told I would have pay and ship it back but they would reimburse me. I work from 8-6pm weekdays and must wait till Saturday to get to the post office. A return shipping label would be helpful. I hope I can get an undamaged swimsuit but it has been a lot of unnecessary work.
I'm a first time customer and I really liked their styles and prices. I placed an order on wed and it's Friday now and haven't received a confirmation email yet so I called the company to see if my order was placed and they said since swimsuits are special order, it'll take a couple more days for the order to be processed and they just received a shipment today and I'll be receiving points to my account once it's processed. I'll give it until Monday to see if there's any progress to give another review. I hope all goes well because I will be a returning customer!
I ordered a couple of cropped tops and a maxi dress from Lolli Couture. First time placing the order and visiting the website. After reading the reviews, I thought I was never going to receive my clothing in an appropriate timing nor adore the clothes. But I must say, I am very happy with the way the clothes look and fit! The only downfall is that it did take about 2 weeks to receive my shipment. But it won't stop me from placing further orders!:-) I like this store, the clothes are good for the quality and they fit to the size.
