I ordered stuff for my girlfriend that she wanted off this they took forever then I got only half the items and out of those items so far nothing is what it looked like in the pictures horrible customer service too
Well my experience with Lolli couture was okay, I can't say that I would order from them again. They took forever to ship my shoes out, standard domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days and I've been waiting for 8 days to receive my shoe and still waiting.
The website is very confusing
They promise you 50% off but don't give it. They said they were having website problems
Couple days later day at 55% off they gave the discount but could not place the order because they're welcoming gift and free gifts over $100 was out of stock
The only way you can place your order was to eliminate your free gifts from the shopping cart so you never get them. Then instead of getting 55% off I only have 50% off. Placed order over a week ago and there's still no update I'm the progress of my order. If this company was not listed on the manufactures webpage I would almost think this was a scam website. Another thing to note
The bag and shopping cart are two different screens but they look similar. You cannot place your order from the bag only from shopping cart
The order was placed July 6th. It is now July 10th. There has been no communication from the company as to whether the order was shipped, back ordered, delayed... nothing. I don't even have a tracking order number to look it up since they haven't sent me any information. They did, however, charge my credit card.
I want the order cancelled and a refund.
Overall good deals but not so good customer service. Shipping is also a little overpriced in comparison with others stores. Disappointed of my last 2 orders didnt receive all the items and got refund status ONLY on the item. They charge shipping according to the quantity of items but if you get a refund due lack of stock, the shipping charges dont get refunded for the items that are not sent.
I ordered my swimsuit over a week ago & was never given a tracking number, never received my order. I will never order from this site again & I will discourage everyone else I know from ordering from here as well. I'll be seeking a refund immediately. Then the site has the nerve to generate a survey asking for feedback as if they deserve a good review. Why didn't you generate my tracking information after taking my payment? Its funny how they take your money so expeditiously & drag thier feet to send you a tracking number or send your merchandise.
I do not understand why you only have a 2 hour window available to have customers speak to customer service. Your website can be accessed by customers all over the country and the world, yet you only have 2 hours in the afternoon pacfic time to communicate with your customers? And what's more, no hold line? Only a busy signal? I highly suggest that you all ramp up your customer service game.
That being said, once I did FINALLY speak to someone, they were very helpful and understanding.
I ordered since the 28th of April it is now may 6 and still nothing I needed a bathing suit for my vacation next weekend worst part customer service just says they don't have it in their warehouse that they get it from a third party! Very frustrating I will never order from here again. I have ordered from other sites and I have never waited this long for an item
Overall my experience was great with the exception of one shirt that didn't look or fit like it did on line or on the me. I am in the process of reaching back out to the company to learn more about the return policy. As of yet I haven't heard back. I would like to continue ordering in the future but the difficulty of returns will play a major role as to whether or not I continue ordering.

I ordered 5 swimsuits going off the size chart. All ordered were large. My wife is 5'5" tall weighs 140. Only 3 swimsuits arrived. None fit. All way too small. My daughter in law is a size 2 and she could not fit either. Again tooo small. So waste of time and money
I ordered 6 pairs of boots; however, 2 pair did not fit. I asked for a RMA number to return them but was told clearance items can not be returned. I understand that; however, I still think you should be able to at least get a credit towards another order and not be stuck with boots that don't fit. And out of your money. You don't know if they will fit until you get them since it is an online store.
I an 135 pounds 5'7" tall. I am a size 7 which IS a size medium. I cant even get into my new swin suit bottoms. Complete waste of time n money. Oh one of the buttons was off of it before i even opened my package that had no receipt. Very disappointed!
I order cufflinks for my wedding a mo th in advance and paid over night shipping. Here it is 2 weeks past my wedding and I can not get Hold of them still have not received my refund or my merchandise. Is this even a real company?
My son had purchased the boots I wanted for Christmas. Unfortunately the store where he purchased them from no longer carried the fringe boot I wanted. So I came home and started searching for them online. It took me 2 weeks to find them, but after a simple google search the boots came up from Lollie! Boy was I excited, I ordered them and after some delay they arrived. And fit perfectly are comfortable and will be worn often.
It's hard to rate as I am still waiting for the boots. It was hard to determine if the boots would fit as they did not have a detailed description. I had to send 3 emails to get the width of the shaft.
The website is not user friendly. It was difficult to delete from my bag

I ordered 5 swimsuits and none fit properly. They are poorly made and the return policy on swimsuits was buried in the website so I'm unable to return them. I wasted $80 and if I had known the return policy, I never would have ordered them. The return policy should be presented at the time of checkout but isn't. But you have your money, you're happy. I'll never use your product again and will discourage others from ordering from you as well.
Honestly, I'm not sure why this website gets so many negative reviews. I read the reviews right after I had already placed my order and it made me really nervous. If I had read them before I ordered, I probably would've never placed an order. I ordered a pair of knee high boots from them and accidentally ordered a size 8 when I wanted a size 7 1/2. I called customer service the next day and they changed it to a 7 1/2 for me with no problem. I got the boots in today and they are PERFECT! They are everything I expected and more. The only thing stopping me from giving them a 5 star review is the fact that I did have to wait 30 minutes on the line to speak to someone and I was the first caller. However, when I did get someone on the line, they were very kind and solved my problem quickly. I would definitely order again.
Received a pair of boots for Christmas, they did not fit. Contacted them to see if I could receive an exchange since the size that I wanted was available at the time. At first they did not want to give me an exchange because it had been more than 30 days since they were purchased, after a couple emails they finally told me that I could get store credit so that I could repurchase the boots that I wanted. The first email sent was Jan. 18, it is March 30 and i still have not received any form of store credit. They haven't even answered the last two emails that I have sent.
I ordered a pair of boots from LolliCouture and, although I was a bit worried because I had never really heard of the site, I was very satisfied with my experience! The boots are great and are good quality. They fit true to size and look as expected based on the photos. Love them!
Never got s confirmation email when I placed the order. When I called to question when the order would arrive, more than a week later, I found out that it hasn't even been shipped. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
Did not receive a confirmation email so I called in and the representative was extremely rude. It also took them about a week and a half to finally shimmy products when I was told they would ship within the next couple of days.
I ordered one item on the 22 of September, and just got confirmation that it started to be shipped TODAY. I was told that it would be delivered on the 29th of September. Thank goodness I didn't need my item right away. If you need a specific item, make sure to order it at least three weeks in advance. Very disappointed already, and I haven't even received my item yet. Once I actually get the item, we'll see if more stars need to be taken off...
I ordered my stuff over a month ago and haven't gotten my product yet! No email stating that it was shipped or anything. The only thing I got was my confirmation email stating that my order was received and placed. So they have my money but I don't have my product! I'm very pissed off I'm going to cancun in less than a week and wanted a new baiting suit so I ordered it with plenty of time to get to me. I guess I won't be going in a new baiting suit! This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this company and both times the shipment had taken over 3 weeks and I only live one state away from the company. Called customer service because they provided an invalid tracking number, they said they would call me back and never did. When I finally reached them again the customer service rep was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me.
Every time I call in I always receive great service. The female representative is always really helpful. She ALWAYS makes me feel very appreciated, she actually knows me by name when I call in and already know what I'm calling about most of the time. I always ask to speak with her. I definitely recommend lollicouture!
