I ordered stuff for my girlfriend that she wanted off this they took forever then I got only half the items and out of those items so far nothing is what it looked like in the pictures horrible customer service too
Made an error on their part and were very rude and unwilling get to help correct it. Basically, we got your money so too bad, deal with it. I did like the items I received. I just have never had someone in a business position have such poor customer service.
Little consideration for customers, takes forever for items to ship, has a fake telephone line so you will never be able to interact with a team member, makes it Impossible to cancel orders unless you paid through a third party such as PayPal and will try to salvage what ever money they can from you by not refunding the total amount paid. Basically a scam. I do not recommend shopping here, UK online stores are much better and much more efficient.
Shoes are decent for the price. Had to a repair one or two of them when I got them. Shipping info is not updated in real time, told me my items were delivered but they didn't really arrive until a day later. But still really cute shoes.
I ordered shoes for an event. After about 3 days I still had not received an email confirming my order (even though the money had come out of my bank account) there's some really bad reviews for this site. I got really scared that I was getting ripped off, but it's been about a week and my shoes arrived. They're true to size, my only problem is that the calf portion of the boot is pretty big on me. I will have to pin it in order to give it the right look, but maybe I'm just skinny. I will order again, I just hope they fix their computer issues and I actually get a confirmation email right away like other sites.
Still have yet to even receive a tracking number; still no package has arrived. Your support said and I quote ", ay you provide us with the order number." Which I cannot even begin to express how terrible that is. The order has JUST started being processed and it was placed 9 days ago. Please fix this broken system.
Placed order one week ago for 2 pairs of in stock sandals. After days of there not even being a tracking option suddenly a button appears. So I try to track package and am send to a screen that has my order number and says FedEx but otherwise page is blank. Now this whole week in my order confirmation email it has just said complete instead of processing, packaging, or in transit... and now I already have an email wanting me review my experience with them!?!? Hopefully my sandals arrive very soon after writing this and they fit so I can write a full review with a great product at the end.
My overall experience was good. I ordered a pair of black fringe gladiator sandals which I love. However, the white over the knee platform boots looked very white on the website, but when arrived they were actually an off-white. I am keeping them, but not too happy about the color.

I ordered a swim suit and they sent one that did not match the picture. I have since emailed their support address 2 times looking for some type of response regarding how to return the item, but no one has responded. I have called the only phone number I can find on their website (probably about 10 times), and every time I call I get a busy signal. I would not do business with this company - something is wrong here.
The ordering/processing of my order was ok. I can't use the swimsuit though and that's disappointing. The bottoms part is good but the cups on the top are TOO SMALL! Judging by reviews, that seems to be an issue with other women, as well.

While the merchandise is very cute and you had shoes in my size, I was taken by surprise when asked why billing and shipping addresses differed. I'm no stranger to ordering on line, but the phone call was just a surprise.
Ordered on 2/24/19. As of 4//9/19 I have received no product or a refund. I have called and sent many E mails with no response. Stay away@ all costs. I don't want anyone else to be ripped off by this company
I ordered a swimsuit which was listed as an adult but it was a child's size. I returned it and had to pay postage of course. After 3 months they sent me a "store credit" which cannot be used on any sale item. I finally found something but then the shipping was $8. They can keep my original amount. This company has very poor customer service and merchandise.
I ordered 8 days ago and the website still says processing. I call customer service and have to try 8-10 times cause their line is always busy or hangs up on me. Also takes 10 min hold time to speak to someone. Horrible derive. Last time I order from them.
There a joke, no one ever answers the emails, the sizing charts are awful which resulted in me buying two bikinis that were extremely small, like a size 0 when they said "m" maybe they should advertise a better sizing chart so this doesn't happen. The pants I received were ripped, and the draw string broke almost right away, and they sent my bathing suit to the complete wrong address. AND when i write emails to inform them, they just dont reply. I am sick of your company and your customer service. I dont recommend this website to my worst enemy.
Checkout was a little difficult and I had to keep starting over because my information would disappear. The free shipping also didn't go through on my order for some reason even though my order qualified.
Lollicouture advertises 50% discounts on their site with coupon code and then the cart only takes 30% off. They advertise free shipping on a $50 order amount and it's a lie, because I had to pay $50 in shipping costs even though my order was 5 times bigger than minimum dollar amount required. On top of that, they haven't shipped my merchandise in full and never refunded me for the difference. Not to mention that the shoes arrived in clear plastic bags and not in their original boxes. I will never shop at Lollicouture again and hope this review will help others.
The shoes themselves look fantastic! I'm not used to wearing sandals, so they're a little uncomfortable for me--but still comfortable as sandals go. However, the shipping cost was REALLY high to get them here. The product itself is awesome though!
After paying for two day shipping and it taking almost two weeks I received an empty bag. They refuse a refund and had no managment staff to properly handle the situation. Very bad experience over all. The prices don't make up for the lack of customer service and reliability.
Made my order since 3/18/16 and haven't got a tracking number or anything yet.
I called customer service and they was no help and very rude. I just want my order and I don't know why this company always take so long to send out orders when shipping is 5-7 business day according to the website
I placed my order on 2/12 & has yet to receive confirmation of it being shipped. I sent an email through their site asking for updates and received an email a saying their second warehouse in North Carolina was shut down for 2 weeks because it was hit by a storm and my items would be shipped out at the latest Wednesday morning (2/24) it's now 2/25 still no confirmation... and I can't even call the number on website...
I was excited to see they carry shoes in my size (women's 11) but when my order arrived I was sent a size 10 with an 11 sticker. To make things worse it looks like someone tried to erase the 10 printed on the shoe and thought no one would notice. So far no response from customer service but at this point I'm just willing to take the loss. Never again!
Once before they took months to refund me for half of my order but for weeks told me it was on the way. Recently they won't respond to me, their number doesn't work and its been weeks. I think the sites a scam because the shoes I never got are even still to this day, listed on the site. Or I'm thinking maybe they don't have these items in stock sure a shell seem like they don't have customer service representatives.

I bought a bikini from this website and firstly they recommended the wrong size and I am obviously unable to return it but when I called to see what I could do the gentleman on the phone was very quick with me and gave me an attitude like he could care less. I might shop here again but I'm not entirely sure because if I face another problem I do not want to deal with someone like that again. I am spending my money at your store, customer service should be better.
My package was put on hold, no one contacted me till I contacted them three days later. It's been over a week I haven't received any information about tracking my package. I've sent over 5 emails some to support some straight to Jake no one has contacted me back. I paid for second day air which is almost fifty dollars and i have yet to see my package I just want to know where it is and that it'll be here in time for my event. I will not order from you guys again.
Good just a little misleading with the free shipping. It says 5 or more heavy clearance item. I did not have 5 or more. I mostly ordered sandals and had to delete several items I was going to purchase after spending time selecting them. Other than that cool.
