Store makes you believe that it is located in California and that items are in stock when in all actuality they order products from somewhere else (most likely China) and then send it to you. Received items way later than I was suppose to... lessen learned, so will never order from them again.
Very poor quality materials. Arrived broken. Underwire was poking out both sides of one of my swim tops. Sizes do not compare between products as well. Also I was never sent a confirmation email regarding shipping. Then once arrived, order was incomplete and BROKEN! Lesson learned.
As of a week after placing my order it is still processing; additionally, I sent an email to the site that has still gone unanswered. Hoping to receive my order, but doubtful if I will use this site again. Very disappointed.
I placed my order March 22,2016 and still have not received the merchandise or gotten an update. Customer service was really nice and told me the order should arrive by day's end 4/1/16 or the next day. Still not received as of April 4,2016. I will call Customer service tomorrow. I ordered two swimming suits with them weeks ago. I received an order number when the order was placed and was charged with PayPal. I reached out to them on their website to see if they could explain what was going on with my package but they NEVER responded. I'm super mad! Do not purchase with this site!

I ordered on March 31. It is now April 19 and I am yet to receive a confirmation email, tracking number or my items. The money has already been taken from my account and I have nothing to show for it!
My item was supposedly 1 day to process 5-7 days to ship. I received it 2 weeks later.
I called every day for 3 days, but magically they were never open. Their hours on their website are wrong. Apparently they are open 10am-4pm. Not that they answer their phone then either. Or their email.

I paid approximately $30 more for two day shipping. I needed the boots for a Christmas Party, theme color red, so I ordered red boots! Four days later I called your company in regards to my order. I was put on hold for eleven minutes and then cut off. Second call was on hold for over fifteen minutes. Finally a male customer service rep took my call and I was told my order would arrive the following week, too late for the party. I was told there was nothing he could do about it but refund my shipping and promptly hung up on me! Very poor representation of your company.
I'm so in love with it! Great material and very supportive. Couldn't find this item anywhere with the skirt instead of bikini bottom and after much online searching, I found it here for 1/2 the price as other places(that didn't have my size). It shipped really fast as well.
I don't order boots online because I have a hard time finding boots that fit in my calf's. Usually too tight to zip. But because of good price i ordered 3 pair. All fit great. Also ordered on a Wednesday and they were delivered Saturday of same week. Great experience.
Very disatisfied. My boots that I had ordered came to me and the material was ruined at the back and sides, looked like it had been peeled off or used.

This company doesn't offer free shipping like they advertise and there are so many restrictions! The shipping price changed if I used coupons or not! I have ordered from this site before through my friend Marlene so I was familiar with the price and quality of the merchandise. However there was a misunderstanding about the promotion the company was running. It said free shipping on orders over $50 & $75 dollars which was the deal seaker for me. Obviously the small fine print stated that no items could be clearance which on a mobile device is almost impossible to see. I ordered 14 pairs of shoes for a little over $80 dollars. Excellent deal. But the shipping was $39.99 which could have purchased 5 to 6 more pairs of shoes... through emails we exchanged it felt like an argument but the following day I was able to speak with someone who actually explained the advertisement. My shipment will arrive tomorrow on the 18 hopefully with my free gift I was promised and merchandise in good condition.
They sit behind a desk or phone and steal people's money. Unprofessional and doesn't try to assist you with your issue or concern. They charge you a ridiculous amount for shipping and send it the slowest way possible... I mean slow boat to China.
Love the site. My I ordered boots that my husband has been looking for. They came just in time for New Years Eve fun, when I tried them on they are almost two sizes too big. I will exchange them for a smaller size.
This was my first experience shopping from Lollicouture site and it was not that bad. After reading many bad reviews about this company I thought for sure I had made a mistake. I purchased one bathing suit and it took 3 days to process which I thought was too long. I never got a confirmation email after placing my order so I called the customer service number and was always able to get in touch with a rep. My bathing suit did ship after 3 days of processing and I received it in 3 business days after that. The bathing suit looks just like the picture and the sizing was right. I'm not sure if I will re order again from this company but for it being my first time shopping with them it was not too bad and I do like the suit.
I wish i read the reviews before ordering. I ordered. A dress with second day air last Wednesday and i barely received it today. They told me they could not give me my money back for shipping, only store credit for the dress itself. Waste of $60

This company and their representatives HAVE NO CLUE how to handle Customer Service issues. What a bunch of buffoons. One Representative did everything he could to make excuses why he doesn't need to put forth effort to fix the problem. He just wanted me to go away."No I cant", "It must be your computer". I love their shoes but dealing with Customer service is right up there with sticking a needle in eye
I don't have any information on when my item will be shipped or delivered. I have tried to email and call customer service and have not gotten any response. The phone number keeps saying the office is closed. I order two weeks ago and never received dress.
They have hung up on me 7 times and will not answer
Any of my questions or call they just hang up and one even lied about being a supervisor. If this is the kind of service I get from this company I promise you I will not order from you again very unsatisfied customer.
