I recently ordered from lookfanastic.ca. I've attempted reaching out to customer service due to an issue with one of the items in my order. I have tried several times via all the various methods on their website, including the form, but they have made it impossible to get in touch with someone. I receive an error message every time I try to submit the form, so it will not send. I tried everything else as well. I also tried Facebook messenger but it's just a chat bot and even the chat bot stopped responding to me. They have no phone number on their website.

I would never ever order from here again since they have such terrible customer service. I will advise all my friends to avoid them as well. Also watch out for surprise duty charges when you receive your package. The prices on the website make it seem like a good deal but it's not.

By the way, I found this website through the Aeroplan store (they had a points promo). If lookfantastic does not rectify my issue I will be contacting Aeroplan to alert them of the poor business practices of this company. I doubt Aeroplan wants their name attached to this kind of outfit
