I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say. Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores. They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons. 2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!

Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Hope that if you purchase from them you have no issues. They have no number or in person locations. The online enquiry system results in different agents responding each time and not taking the time to review even the last message. After 7 weeks my product issue still hasn't been resolved

Ordered products a year ago, never recieved. Wrote to them countless times. Each time I was told asia is far away so it will take more time. Finally was told to submit a non receipt form online, the website doesn't work. It's bordering on cheating really. Please look for alternative webshops where service matters and you actually get what you pay for.

I had ordered on 20th December and havnt received it till now... its more than two months... they dont even send a mail telling that the item has been dispatched, on messaging them you will just get a reply that one needs to wait for a month before any action can be taken as deliveries are often delayed. It surely needs a legal action. Would never recommend anyone to buy from this company.

Look Fantastic have shockingly poor customer services. I can't be sure but I think this site is a scam, I don't think they're real. I just don't think any proper site could survive giving how poor they are at doing their job... I have used them twice (like an eejit). Both times were a massive fail. My first order was a few years ago so I assumed if they had survived this long they wouldn't be a fake site, but my second was an even bigger disaster than my first. Trust me, I've learned my lesson now. I'm annoyed with myself that I didnt check out online reviews before ordering, then I would have seen what bad feedback they get

Terrible terrible terrible company and customer service. I ordered hair products on July 9. I contacted them 3 weeks later because it had not arrived but they said they can't open an "enquiry" until 30 days have passed. I contacted them after 30 days and requested a refund because my order clearly was lost or something and they said they would do that. I have not gotten my refund. It's now Aug 31 and I have contacted them 7 times already and each time they have an excuse for why my refund did it go through. First time they claimed my credit card rejected the refund ( ya right. That's impossible), the second time they claimed that they refunded my PayPal account ( they did not), and now they are telling me it's been refunded to my " payment portal". Whatever that means. These people are crooks. It's a scam. Do not buy from them.

I am still waiting for my order.
The customer service and the shipping company are blaming each other for the delay ( I sent the shipping Co email to the customer service).
Very frustrating experience, having a customer service "sorry to hear that" is far from enough.
Website not appropriate for urgent needs, estimated delivery date not accurate.
After more than a week in a 24h delayed status (!), They refused to refund my - obviously lost - parcel until I receive and return it. Very good strategy to never refund the customer!
Worst experience ever, stay away from Look(not)fantastic!

I wanted to try this company to buy beauty items online and I can't buy current. Unfortunately the whole shipping process was very convoluted and annoying. The product weren't shipped when they were supposed to and now they never arrived and was shipped back because my order (that was split in two parts) was labelled incorrectly. Really frustrating, I hope I can get a refund.

I placed an order on February 8th. I received only part of the order. When I made SO MANY inquiries I was told there was a problem and it would be dispatched shortly. I was told this every time. It is March 21 and I finally cancelled the order. I really wonder if they will refund my money which is why I didn't cancel it sooner. Do not trust this company.

A word to the wise... I am so grateful that my bank denied payment to this bogus company which has a fraudulent status with visa. Next time I will research a company before submitting payment. Good luck to all.

They dont know how to pack their orders, my order was damaged and therefore it didn't deliver to me when it arrived in my city. YET! They kept me waiting for 3 months while I sent over 15 emails to refund me my order! They kept on sending me the same response that they needed to investigate the issue with the courier, when actually the courier told me from the very start that my order is damaged. Yet I waited for them to refund me for 3 months!

I placed an order in January with Lookfantastic but the final item valued at £16.21 has still not arrived even though the money has been deducted from my account. I have made several attempts to get the issue resolved with no joy, so I have asked to have a cancellation and full refund in February, which I am still waiting for and we are now in March. I have been passed from pillar to post and I'm still waiting to hear back from this company about my issue. I would never order anything from them again or recommend them to anyone else, as in my opinion they are disgraceful!

Placed an order on 16th Feb. They promise to deliver in 48 working hours. 4th of March and no sign of delivery. Sent two emails, no response. Now gone away for two weeks, so asked for my money back. Will never shop with them again. Have spent@ £600 with them in the last year. They have lost my custom. They must have been bought out by a bunch of cowboys! As theri service has gone from good to the worst.

What to do if the website does not send you your item. I would like to change that and to be able to get my item and everyone else who complained for the same reason. Should i get the cops involved or leave it?

Verified purchase

No refund on the item that cancelled by seller as item sold out. The reason was the amount of charge no tally with the amount showed at lookfastastic bills. This was due to I bought from Singapore using visa, there is currency floating rate for amount deduction from my bank account. Waste a lot of time to liase with a few of Lookfantastic CS, non of them can help to settle the refund. Does not recommend for overseas buyer if you faced issue need for refund, you might not able to get it at the end. No common sense even from their finance dept officer.

Tip for consumers:
Does not recommend to overseas buyer unless you do not expect for any refund.

I ordered an item to be delivered on the 30th November, 2022 and still have not received on the 23rd December, 2022. No communication from the company as to why my item has been delayed. Second time experiencing delivery delays. I tried speaking to customer service who said to expect a couple of days delays, 23 days however is ridiculous! I had to ask for the complaints procedure 4 times which they refused until finally they said send an email with the complaints. Absolute joke of a company! Avoid at all costs.

Had 2 fab orders for look fantastic now! The clearpay option is amazing! And both orders came the day after I ordered them! Safe to say I will be ordering again, such an convenient way to get my regular products for exactly the same price! And way more offers than at the shops! Got £25 off my first order with code VALENTIN-R5O

I placed an order yesterday morning. Just 1 minute after placing it, I realised I did not want it. So I emailed customer services, and also called them directly to tell them I wanted to cancel the order. They reassured me it was in process.
I sent another email at 6am today requesting a confirmation that the order was cancelled.
More than 24 hours later I received an automated email that my order was despatched which I did not want!
Look fantastic also took my money from my account without my authorisation!
The manager was very unhelpful and non apologetic, stating that cancellations are not guaranteed and refused to issue an immediate refund! They want me to wait for the order I did not want to arrive, and return it back to them, before I can have the money back they took without my consent! Shameful! Awful and inept customer service! Do not trust!

Unbelievably bad service - ordered bath salts 4 weeks ago - first order was 'damaged in transit' and returned to sender - second delivery was 'left in secure porch' which wasn't mine because I don't have one, and, I waited in the whole delivery slot and nobody came. Massive chain of correspondence with them trying to get replacement or refund and their systems are convoluted, time-consuming and beurocratic. It has cost me hours of wasted time chasing this order and still I have no bath salts and no refund. Disgusted. Hermes are rubbish and so are they.

This is a horrible company with abhorrent customer service that — from the customer's end — is basically nonexistent. I placed an order 4 months ago and still have not received all the items I paid for and my requests for refunds have gone ignored. I have received only automated emails or human-initiated emails filled with canned responses that provide no additional information whatsoever. Do not walk, RUN AWAY as far as you can and as fast as humanly possible. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother. I had hoped the low ratings were situational and explainable. They're not. This is a horrible horrible company that does not care about customers; all they want is your money. You may not even get the products you paid for in return. Just avoid.

I bought 5 beauty products. Nearly four months later, I have still only received 3.

Worst delivery and customer service. One of the orders not received. Customs are charged as they mention double the value of the actual order, making subject to customs, support not reading inquiries and closing them without even seeing that one of the orders was never delivered.

Never got my order. Never got my money back. I do not recommend this site at all. After 30 days of not receiving my order I wrote to the customer service. The lady said I should wait a bit longer. So I waited one month more. I wrote again. So the lady wrote that I passed their 40 day policy and they can do nothing about my order. How clever.
No order, no money!. Don't buy there!

Worst customer service I have experienced so far. Do not recommend to order from this site! I have received my order, there was a wrong item in it. Have tried to contact customer service via Internet and email-no answer. I live in Sweden and do not wish to spent my money on calling them. I wait for responce some more and then see if I can turn to charge them legally through our swedish konsumentverket, which deals with $#*!ty companies like this one. May be that will teach them.

I am a long term customer and very satisfied for a number of years until about 6 months ago when I moved apartment, I changed address on my account to my new apt, confirmed with customer service but I have not received my products since moving, payments are still going from bank. I have contacted customer support on a number of occasions with assurance from them that all is sorted but still nothing. I have been extremely happy with the products I have received but this company really needs to hire and TRAIN some new admin staff that can deal with a simple request like a change of address (minus 2 stars)

I will never. Order from look fantastic again - issues with my order, the gift but being available, all arriving at different times, having to chase for a refund for unavailable products for over a month.

Poor customer service, you feel unprotected as a customer as they can change the terms and conditions whenever and whatever they want
Wasting me £70 extra on a product that they change their price instantly after I ordered

Impossible to get in touch, random emails with no basis to your complaints and terrible shipping.

You wanted to save $5? You lost at least one day of back and forth with them.
