I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say. Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores. They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons. 2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!
Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Hope that if you purchase from them you have no issues. They have no number or in person locations. The online enquiry system results in different agents responding each time and not taking the time to review even the last message. After 7 weeks my product issue still hasn't been resolved
They have 0 empathy for consumer, response team often ignores your questions completely. They will withhold any money they can (I have had 2 separate occasions where I have experienced this). Shipping company used is awful, even after I tried to pick up my package directly they returned it. Somehow LookFantastic thought they were owed 60E in shipping and deduced it from my original purchase. Thieves, really. Thieves with 0 empathy.
I ordered a kerastase product more than 2 weeks ago. The product never arrived. There is no way to contact them apart from using some dodgy messaging service. I asked them to cancel my order and they told me that i can do this myself. When i click on the 'cancel order' button, it throws me back an error message. Messaged them using the dodgy messaging service again and they again said i can do this myself. Basically a robot replies back and signs the message as Mohamed. I dont actually think this is a real website at all. They stole my money and i dont ever think i will get it back. Bunch of thieves..

I have ordered Kerastase shampoo and paid more than other websites because they offered the Loreal Maskara, it never came with my order when I checked the website again after less than 5 days of my order the price was lower and the free gift was only over certain amount. It wasnt clear when I purchased and I would have gone to amazon or any other website as they had the same product cheaper. They could not care less when I complained and I am just not buying from them again there are plenty of good places that care about their customers. Just don't go for them as if you have plenty of other options. That is my advice.

I created my account with Look Fantastic twice, ordered a bunch of items and after 3 days, when i tried to login, it says that my email address and/or password does not exist. I tried to do a forget password, and the email response i get is, my email address does not exist in the system. What the hell!
First time i thought i was my mistake, and recreated the account and reordered the items. Checked on Day 2 and items were in ' awaiting stock pick' status. Try to login on day 3 and account does not exist. After recreating my account the 2nd time, i sent an email to Customer Service with screen shots of my 1st order and CS responded that they could not ship the items due to security reasons.
Look Fantastic - if you dont ship to Malaysia, get the country out of your list. But don't freaking take all my orders with my credit card details and then proceed to delete my account!
Worst thing, there is no way to contact customer service unless one has signed up for an account! Idiots!
I ordered 2 shampoos from the website in March 2020, before the lockdowns began. Till date, I have not received my order. When I asked for an update on the same, I was told that Look Fantastic has no way of knowing which company was to deliver my order, but they know that the order has been despatched. Strange, for a company that delivers products to people. I repeatedly followed up with them on my order. They apologized, saying they'd replace my order with a fresh one. I have not received either order. Fed up, I asked for a refund for the amount I had initially paid. I was told the refund would be processed within 3-5 days. I have received NO refund till date. This online company is a big fraud, and I would request people not to order things from them.
I made my purchase only because there is a free gift. Then they said the free gift doesn't apply to my order. Complain about that then said free gift subject to availability.
There is no terms and conditions when I clicked on the free gift link, it just went straight to product selection. What a scam to lure people in!
Yesterday I got the package. But the delivery company forced me to pay for the delivery. WHAT THE... IS THIS? I have already paid for the delivery online and now again I had to pay. It took full month to deliver, what was promised in 1 week. They cancelled 2 of my items and inform me about one cancellation only. They are the worst shopping company I have ever deal with. I will never order from them again and will never suggest anyone to do.
Do not enter into their referral scheme it is a scam. They ask you to send links to your friends and then refuse to apply credit to your or their accounts. They also cite terms and conditions that weren't on the original offer.
I want to rate 0 star if I can. This website is a scam, cheat my money. My credit card shown payment already successful, one month passed I have not receive any item and customer servicer/email never reply. This website simply cheat money.
I was very scared after reading about all the terrible reviews but I had a great experience with LookFantastic. There is a great range of products and everything is much cheaper than other stores. My order arrived 2 and a half weeks after I had purchased it, which was 2 days after the estimated delivery time. This was still very satisfactory and I would definitely order from here again.
I purchased expensive SteamPod straighteners from Look Fantastic, after using them once it was clear that not only did they not work, they had been damaged. After spending four days in total trying to raise the issue with the incompetent customer service team, via the live chat, message and email platforms accessed on the website, I was told that even though the company breached The Sales of Goods Act for failing to provide a product that is fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, I would not be entitled to a refund of the £300 product. Absolutely disgusted with the unacceptable and unlawful handling of this issue. Never using this terrible company again and I'd recommend that everyone else do the same. Avoid at all costs!
I shop online most of the time. I shopped for 103 pounds at Look fantastic for the first time. My mistake. Its been over a month order never arrived.

If your order even reaches you, it's your lucky day because its not even guarenteed! No tracking details, no shipping details given. If asked about it, they ask to check with the customs and how are we supposed to do that without shipping details. These people are a bunch of fraudsters!
Horrible costumer service. Will never order from them again, I contacted them right after with in 2 min to change infor they got back to me days later! And said sorry shipped to another country. Think before you purchase from them!
I put an order in mid January and still have not received my package 6 weeks later. I've gone back and forth with them over email/messages, and all they say is that they're "investigating" to see where my package is. It has been 6 weeks since I put my order in, and they have been "investigating" for 3 of them! I received the most vague replies when I ask them any kind of questions as to where abouts my package is or if I can get a refund, and everytime I send a message someone different replies. This company is very unorganized and very unprofessional.

Seconds after placing my order i realised i sent it to my home address instead of my work address. I tried to cancel it and it said unable to cancel because your order has been dispatched already, this after 1 minute top? So i was forced to receive the parcel pick it up then send it back. It was confirmed they received and it's been half a month now and no refund! I have contacted them several times. I am not ordering again from them and decided to leave this review so no one has to go through this
I have ordered sunblock from the website. It was showing that the sunblock will be delivered within 2 working when I ordered. 10 days have passed and still nothing is delivered. It is really bad to mislead customers into buying from the website and not to deliver. I am extremely upset as I got need to on travel to a sunny location and I need to use this sunblock and I still don't have it. I got melanoma and the dishonest and untruthful updates and behaviour created anxiety and makes me desperate to find alternatives now as it is clearly I will won't receive the order from you after more than two weeks from ordering.
I think they lie about when items have shipped because I shop online a lot and this is the only company that it takes a WEEK to deliver to me when I normally receive my deliveries within 2 or at most 3 days. Often even 2 days after they save the package has been shipped, my tracking number is untraceable.

The site offered 15% off when you buy two identical Redken items. When I ordered two the checkout total didn't reflect this.
I complained and they tried to say that the discount was already in the price on the site, which makes no sense.
When I explained their behaviour was in contravention of UK Trading Standards and therefore illegal, they didn't reply but took the offer down.
They now are saying 'Spring Sale 25% off', but the price is the same as before - again a breach of Trading Standards as they haven't sold at the higher price.
Don't go near them.
I ordered the advent calendar for my wife on the 25th of Sept., with 2 months to Christmas I thought there would be able time for the logistics, how wrong was I! It is now the evening of the 1st December, and there is still no sight of the shipment, a customer service agent answered my complaint and informed me if I haven't received anything by the 9th December(!) to get in touch. What is the point of a 24 day advent calendar if it does not arrive before the 1st December.
Never got my order waited a month to get it contacted customer service to see where is my order for them to take 3 weeks of investigating what happened to never getting my order or refund.

My order shipped December 25 and wasn't received until January 15th (to Canada)- I emailed them January 5 and they said my order was lost then the next day said it wasn't and I had to wait 8 days. It ended up arriving after the 8 days but I got my package. One of the products was sticky and full of residue but the other two were good. Customer service is weird but besides that, I had a pretty good experience considering shipping was during Christmas holidays. They also charged me for shipping when they said it would be free.
Got two bad bottles of tanner and they make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund. A waste of money and my time. Items are cheaper here for a reason so don't fall for the scam. And they wont let me leave this review. BUY BEWARE.

Did order a curling from GHD, and first of all, it was a very expensive shipping price, and when I finally got the curling, it was the wrong with a wrong adapter. I wrote a message to them, and the only thing they told me, was I could just buy a new adapter to use it!
Don't buy here in this shop, it is scam!

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is shocking. No phone number to actually contact someone only a messaging system, which then takes two days for them to reply.
I have been told on multiple messages that I will get my refund. This was 9 weeks ago with me waiting for a refund for "5 working days" then having to message back when it wasn't in my bank to then wait to get a reply two days later asking if I can send my PayPal details, or will I accept a credit or checking to see if I have received my refund. 9 weeks! Utter nonsense. I have been a long time customer who they have just lost over something they could have easily sorted. No one cares. Terrible customer service. No stars at all
