I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say. Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores. They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons. 2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!
Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Hope that if you purchase from them you have no issues. They have no number or in person locations. The online enquiry system results in different agents responding each time and not taking the time to review even the last message. After 7 weeks my product issue still hasn't been resolved
I placed the order on 10th April 2020. I have received my tracked shipment on 19th May 2020. Until now I still yet to receive my untracked shipment and customer service hasn't replied to my message. The delivery is SUPER SLOW and tracking is unsafe. Customer can't even track their own shipment. I wonder are they really ship out my untracked shipment. Do not buy from this site!
I ordered an item in last December it arrived spilt/demaged i did contact the costumer service which they asked me to send them a photo of it and they should send me an email. So i did, never had an email back from them as promised, costumer service horrible, Awful, awful experience and would never use them again.
I wasnt aware about Auto renewal (my fault) but when I received the order notification I emailed the company to stop the shipment. They didn't reply on time and they wssnt able to divert the shipment to their address back. The customer service has been very shallow and their reply hasn't been helpful. I wouldn't suggest to buy from them, or, if you subscribe, please be careful to delete the renewal because they won't help you and will charge you the same.
Where other sites from Spain, France, Germany delivered in good time notwithstanding BlackFriday and all, with these people I'm still waiting for my things with no clue of when they'll arrive, ( IF they will arrive).- I'm utterly disappointed. They keep sending me a non existant tracking and their customer care is pratically taking people for a ride. Beside being disgusted and spread negative feedback wherever possible, if I don't receive my goods, (ord. *******) shortly I'll block Paypal payment to them. STAY AWAY!

Terrible customer service agents! Didnt gave me proper advise regarding my delivery issue. And kept on telling me that the delivery will take up to 30 days however their website says that the estimated delivery of my order was by 1st October. They insist that they can only investigate my query after 30 days! Now its already 14th October and I took the initiative of calling our local post only to find out they have attempted to deliver on 29th September and item was sent back to Lookfantastic as I was not able to collect.
Your service is not fantastic at all. And this will be the 1st and last purchase I will have thru you guys. NEVER AGAIN!
I placed an order and after 6 weeks i am still waiting to recieve it. I wrote to costumer service 4 times and didn't get any good answer. When i asked to cancel the order and get refund- i was impossible. They asked me tonsend back the parcel which was not arrived. I will never buy at this website again.
I placed my order and within minutes I realized that I wrote my postal code wrong. I tried to call them but since it was Sunday they were closed and I tried to contact the costumer support with the live chat. The lady said to me that she couldn't help me change my postal code or cancel my order because my order was dispatched already! And when I asked them where will the order go since it's an address that doesn't exists they responded that maybe the postal service will return it back to them and if the don't then they are really sorry but I will lose my money. This is unacceptable, I also asked for a copy of my conversation from the live chat but I never received it and one lady at the customer support hang up the line and I had to call back all the way from Cyprus to England. I really hope I will get my money back since it was a big amount because at this moment I feel like I really don't trust this company at all and I will never place an order from them again.
I brought pureology strength cure blonde shampoo and conditioner this product is HORRIFIC turned my hair completely purple. I'm a hairdresser and used to love the pureology brand. It's terrible... Look fantastic customer service is also disgusting. I sent pictures of how my hair had been completely ruined (from once use I might add) and I recieved horrific customer service as a whole I will never use look fantastic again or use pureology products! Please be careful everyone I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. Will also advise all my clients against it, please also be aware that I tried to review the product so that this experience doesnt happen to another customer and my review was not posted... they also choose which reviews are shown so dont always believe the amazing reviews you read on products as negative comments are not allowed which is unfair
I received an email offering a code receive a free bundle with my order (they have many coupons for black Friday but I chose the bundle) I applied the code and after I checked out I realize that the bundle wasn't in my cart. I messaged them instantly and they said that the bundle was subject to availability (the email says. The content of the bundle may vary due to availability) THE CONTENT not the full bundle. I've been going back and forth with their horrible customer service and their response is 'we are not able to add the bundle manually to your order' 100 times. And have given me other 10 different responses.

Do not order from Lookfantastic.sg I ordered my product over 2 months ago. I have followed up with the customer service team but no one can give me an update. You will get a different customer service agent replying each time and each time they will tell you that they will get back to you but days will pass and no one will give you an update. I would like a refund, but have yet to hear back from them.

Worst service ever! Ordered their Kérastase Sulphate Free shampoo 4x now and EVERYTIME they send me the "Gentle" shampoo which contains sulphates. Every time!
It is not easy returning it either - it is labour and time intensive. You need to email them, send pics wait for the 100 questions asked and them they send you the returns instructions. Whereafter you need to rebox and return via the post office! Will never, ever order from them again!

Yesterday I tried to buy some stuff there, the payment wasn't going through so I thought it was cancelled.
Then I saw the same products in boots and even cheaper!
So I bought the same thing on boots, then after 10-15 minutes I received an email from LF with my order confirmation.
At the same time I received it I tried to cancel it, it seemed impossible to cancel anything from that shop unless u speak with a costumer service which is unfair because they relied to me 12h after telling me the window to cancel an order is just 5-10 minutes!
How in the hell is it possible? So can't I buy something and change my mind?
This is some how to force you to get the order whether u want it or not so you will pay the return, they still win your money even if u return the product!
I used to be a costumer but from now never again! Is a waste of time and money! Not even recomendable!

Order cancellations are only 5-10 minutes after payment.
Before buying in LF think it several times because costumer service is very poor and if you want to cancel your order you can’t do it without the costumer service and u only have 5-10 minutes, so imagen if they reply you hours later telling you that it’s impossible to cancel the order.

I will never, EVER order from this awful site again. I placed an order for several kerastase products nearly two months ago only to never receive the products and still have the 76euro debited from my account. I filled out the required form to say I had never received the goods and was told it was never received via post. I then faxed the form with a cover letter off to the company, to be told the ridiculous story that while they had received the cover letter, they had not received the missing goods form despite them having been sent at the exact same time. I have faxed off ANOTHER form today with still no response. If my issue is not resolved by this time tomorrow I will be initiating legal action against the company.
It's a great box but a total SCAM as it is near impossible to get out of. The subscription auto renews without notifying you and then even when you cancel it they continue to take your money. BUYER BEWARE
The owners of Lookfantastic feel that they are above the law and that they can get away with unsuspecting online shoppers because they are located in the UK. The authorities in America need to investigate, extradite and prosecute them for scamming hundreds if online shoppers with impunity. Their office is located in Manchester Airport and it is very easy for American Authorities to get the assistance from their British counterparts to bring the owners of this shopping site to justice. It is high time that this online shopping centre website is shut down and its owners prosecuted.
Terrible customer service… basically non-existent. Dealing with them due weeks, no resolution. They are just copy-pasting their reply. I'll never ever ever use them again.
I ordered the perfume on the 21st November and was promised delivery by the 25th November. It finally arrived on the 29th December, which pleased my wife no end, with nothing to open on Xmas day. Communication was poor to say the least, with a 48hr turnaround between emails. They said they would speak to the courier and give me an updated delivery date, which they promised me twice and I'm still waiting. There was always an apology, but never an updated delivery date. Needless to say I will never use them again

I ordered some cerave cleanser and moisturizers at the beginning of December, after a few weeks they hadn't arrived. I chased them up and was told it has been delivered, despite no sign of them and to check my neighbours? It's now been over 6 weeks and I'm still chasing them, I have a look at the Royal Mail tracking and my package was returned to them on 30th December?! No one told me, they just sat on my money and products for over two weeks. This is stealing, if I had not chased them they would still have it all. The reply I got offered no explanation, no apology and told me I will get a refund in 3-5 days. That is not good enough, I'm a nurse and the ling shifts in masks is doing havoc to my skin, I have been looking forward to these products. If I did not message they would have kept my money and my products whilst blaming my neighbours for stealing. Can you explain that? Shameful customer service, I expected so much better from you.
They use the WORST CARRIER in the UK. EVRI, which is beyond unreliable. So packages do not arrive, no attempts etc. Im no longer shopping with Look Fantastic due to their use of Evri. They also REFUSE to refund purchase i never got

So I've ordered 2 items from the website, the price is good. But i waited for a month still have not receive my order. So I submitted the form. A week later only one has redispatched. So I chat with the customer service they agree to refund me the money of the item that they forgot to dispatch. I waited for another month, but the item has still not arrived. Uploaded another form and they agree to refund me the money. Almost for 3 months, waited and have not receive anyth but the exhausting process to explain the situation to the customer service person.

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They sent my order with the wrong address! Emailed them immediately to correct before shipping. Said they cannot do anything about the incorrect address that I submitted - I didn't write my address wrong! Refused to help me in any way. Do not order from this website. There is defiently fraud going on here. Have not yet recived my order, its been a week, theyve told me my order has gotten lost in the post, yet all reveiws on the internet for this site are all complaining about the same thing, that they never got there items/ they havent received a refund. They are just stealing your money.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered some items which were not what I expected. I have tried calling but no response (I get due to covid-19) however I have tried to chat online but it's unavailable, I have emailed 8 times with my order number etc but they keep robotically saying same thing to chat online. All I want is to return goods. Not helpful at all! Shambles
Bought my items on 7th October and was given a dateline till 23rd October to receive my items, but still no sign of it on the date. Messaged the help line on 26th October and was told to wait until 30 days to submit my query again. Seems like everyone else had the same issue!

I want to let you know that I do not appreciate buying off your Canadian website to learn my purchase is being shipped from the USA and then I have to pay extra taxes and duties.
I would think that being transparent about this would be an expectation of an upstanding online selling platform.
Nowhere does your website mention there may be duties added because the Canadian site may be shipping frim the USA.
