I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say. Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores. They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons. 2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!
Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Hope that if you purchase from them you have no issues. They have no number or in person locations. The online enquiry system results in different agents responding each time and not taking the time to review even the last message. After 7 weeks my product issue still hasn't been resolved
I am still waiting for 3 of my orders and have been contacted them more than 10 times now but the customer service is very bad.
They are just using the copy and paste reply every time I emailed them.

I decided to order & saw it was 15% off for the first order & then I saw that if I signed up for their newsletter they were giving 20% off the first order. I signed up. I then discovered that NO code, either theirs of third party's worked. So FRAUDULENT, aquiring emails & customers under false promises. Will now be unsubscribing & buying elsewhere!

Just like the rest of the victims, I placed an order which never got delivered and I had to wait 30 days to lodge a complaint.
They promised refund after 30 days and can't even comply to send an email confirmation on the refund process although the customer service agent promised to send. And I kept getting vague response from them.
Order status has never changed since the time I ordered. No update on the delivery, refund or anything for that matter!
And upon reading some reviews, looks like I am not the only one who has fallen victim to this scam.
Terrible experience. Order made 7/3/11 today it's 8/22/11 and my order hasn't been sent yet. I've sent at least 10emails to the support service, they say that"part of the order is out of stock so this is holding the full order". Well, I decided to cancel this part "out of stock",(so the never ending order could be sent right? Wrong!) another e-mail, but NO ANSWERS, NO NEWS. I'm really fed up. I'VE NEVER NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY by buying on line. Not only I'll never buy there again, but I will also warn other customers not to fall into the trap of low prices free shipping as I did... just look at the result!
If I could rate them zero I would. I placed and paid for an order on the 30th November. I hadn't arrived by 14th December I went on live chat to be told this had been lost in the post. I had not been told. On the 14th December they were despatching a replacement. I had an email telling me on the 19th this still hadn't been despatched. Another replacement has been sent out, I am not hopeful this will ever be received. If you can't wait 2 months don't order from them. Absolutely useless!

I WROTE 5 EMAILS OF COMPLAINT ANS TELEPHONED CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT WAS CONSTANTLY FOBBED OFF.

I have ordered from this site many times and never had any issues until recently.
I placed an order which was quite expensive and unfortunately there was an error on my delivery address.
When I contacted customer services it had not yet been dispatched to the courier but I was told there was nothing look fantastic could do and that it was my responsibility to check the address before submitting my order.
I accept that, however i was offered no help whatsoever and the woman was absolutely useless. She then lied to me and told me that if I contacted royal mail they could edit the address and it could be sent to me.
The next day I did so. Look fantastic had proceeded to dispatch my order despite me informing them the address was wrong.
After being on hold to RM for about 10 minutes I was then informed by the royal mail customer services they had no power to change any delivery details and hopefully my item would not be successfully delivered and instead be returned.
I am fuming at how I have been dealt with as a customer. It was a genuine mistake and one i feel could have been easily resolved. Instead they were not interested in even providing me with courier details at first until I got quite annoyed and demanded to know this information. Know I just have to hope and wait that the items will be returned and I get a refund.
Absolute disgusting customer service and I will never order from here again. Utter disgrace.
I spent $60 on some new products. 2 months later i have never had my questions answered via the online help or text site. I have yet to receive a refund. I would use sephora or another service

Ordered from this site on 12/12/19 during the sale and spent $16.20 but still have not received my items till today 27/12/19. Contacted the customer service but was told to wait till NEXT YEAR 7JAN 2020 LOL. ETA OF ITEMS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I demanded a refund but lets see what will happen.

I'm really disappointed with Lookfantastik a lot. They have sent me wrong items, i filed a claim with images of wrong goods and they just keeping sending me same questions about an item, which i cannot provide, cause i didn't get the product (for example batch number and so on). I write them that i cannot provide this information and attach the photo of the wrong goods, but they just keeping ssending same question on autoreply again and again and clossing the claim. No respect to the customer at all. I don't recomend this company at all.
This company sent me empty product boxes. After numerous contacts via their website & emails (including 1 where they told me to send an email to an incorrect email address) over 4 weeks without any resolution I finally rang them (paid for international call from Australia to UK) & spoke to a young female. I was kept waiting whilst she "checked it out" and only after I stated that I would report them to online fraud authorities, was finally told that yes they had received my email with the completed "non delivery disclaimer form". I had advised them many times that I wanted the missing items resent but she still asked me if I wanted a refund or the goods in question. I asked for the items to be sent express post but was told "we don't do that". No apology for their colossal mistake. The items were finally received almost 6 weeks after my initial complaint. Included in the package was a discount voucher for fresh fruit & vegetables which would have been great if I LIVED IN THE UK! These people are idiots, their customer service is a joke and they need a massive kick in the backside. Suffice to say I will NEVER buy anything from them again.
This item was not delivered and one month and many communications later I have still not had a refund. If you have any sort of problem don't expect any customer service or help.

I am a long time consumer of lookfantastic, sometimes ordering up 250 euros in products.
My most recent order had these two items half used and I complained to look fantastic and in return they offered 25 euros as a refund. They have become so unprofessional to sell used products and refund a tiny fraction of what I paid - they have been thieves! Beware you will not be helped - you do not want to spend good money here and receive used products, do you? They are stealing from you!
Order from lookfantastic.ae (UAE) never made it directly to me, despite clearly stating my delivery address. Since a few weeks ago the order is held at a pickup point - without any information in regards to where to collect the delivery. Picking up is not a problem for me though. Not mentioning the fact it took almost 3 weeks to arrive to the country. Have not heard about deliveries from US to UAE in 5 working days max?

I could see this on the website tracking info, thank you for the obvious answer!
Why the order was sent not to my address as initially suggested and was left at a pickup point?
When followed up with the request: to give me at least an explanation or a pick up point location:
2) Why the customer service representative replies with basically a "we don't give a... answer:
"I am very sorry but due to the way this order was sent we are unable to get exact details we would encourage you to get in touch with your local courier provider and seek advice from them"

I ordered a very expensive Tom ford perfume for a friends birthday on 3rd of March 2023, however the parcel was lost and was not delivered which was disappointing. After contacting Lookfantastic customer service for over three weeks to try to rectify the problem and replace the perfume, they confirmed this would be sent out and I received an empty delivery box without the perfume. I contacted look fantastic again to try to get a refund or a replacement as soon as possible and they blocked my account instantly. This is the worst experience I've ever had from an online shop. I spent £112 on a perfume for a friend, not only did I not receive the item, when I complained about the poor service, they instantly deleted my account and the information on my orders was lost. I would highly recommend not purchasing expensive items on their website because they take no accountable or responsibility for their disgusting customer service and will not recommend any family or friends to shop there. Never have I shopped somewhere that has brought me to tears with the poor level of customer service.

It is the best pattern of irresponsibility, if you need anger and headache for sure order something from LOOKFANTASTIC!
Terrible customer service! I received empty bottles when I received my order. I contacted them right away sent pictures of the way I received my items and what did they say!? " as I good will gesture we can give you 10% store credit" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save your money and buy somewhere else!
I don't write many reviews but felt I needed to this time. I placed an order with this company and then looked at these reviews (I know I did it the wrong way round). After reading so many bad reviews I was really worried that I wasn't going to get my order, the free delivery or the free gift and that perhaps I should have shopped elsewhere. I called them up and asked if I could cancel the order as I had only placed it the evening before but the staff member said this would be tricky as the items were all in stock and it would be despatched later that day. I was very sceptical but agreed to wait a while and call back if I had a problem. Two days later and my order arrived, it had been shipped by recorded delivery, was very well packaged and included a gift bag with lots of sample sized items plus a full size tube of self tan (which I won't use but will definitely pass on to a friend or relative). Overall I have to say that I have no complaints at all from this company and am baffled as to why there are so many bad reviews on this site.
The item I ordered took an age to arrive and when it finally did it was the wrong item - similar to what I ordered but not the same. You can't reply to any emails they send you as they all have "do not reply" at the top so you have to log into your account and open a new issue. I did this and was advised to return the item by click & collect and the replacement would be sent. I did this straight away but it took over a week for them to get back to me to advise my replacement had been sent.
When I got the replacement it was the exact same incorrect item as they had originally sent me! I had to open another issue on line, contact them, and return the item. I advised that this time I wanted a refund. I waited for a reply - nothing so I contacted them again and again and again until finally someone got back to me advising that my item had not been received. I tracked it online through click & collect and they had received it 5 days previously. I emailed yet again to complain but no-one got back to me so I had to phone them up. Miraculously my item has suddenly been found at their depot and they advised I'd be refunded.
Appalling service, would never use again, especially when there are so many better similar websites out there offering a much better service.
