I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say. Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores. They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons. 2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!
Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Hope that if you purchase from them you have no issues. They have no number or in person locations. The online enquiry system results in different agents responding each time and not taking the time to review even the last message. After 7 weeks my product issue still hasn't been resolved
Would never have ordered from this site if I had know it could take up to 30 days! My estimated delivery dates didn't come close to 30 days. Complained to customer service and they stated they can't do anything for 30 days even though I asked for a refund. After reading the rest of these reviews I am going to reorder from someone else and assume this is a lost cause. I will attempt to get refund once my 30 day window is up but I'm not feeling hopeful.
Absolute garbage customer service. They ship wrong product, I am expected to pay $ 40+ to send it back when I paid $22 in the first place to have it delivered. I'm in Canada and they make you think they are too, but they're in England with returns to Poland. Ludicrous. Never again. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.
Tip for anyone having issues with these people - leave your honest review on Trustpilot U. K. and ensure you will not ever back down until you have had a resolution. Keep copies of your communication with them so that you have proof. It took me nearly a year to get a refund for several hundred pounds. They do not like bad Trustpilot reviews and will try to have these removed. Trustpilot will ask you to verify your experience and you then send them your evidence. When this happened to me and my Trustpilot review was verified - I had the refund in my account within a week. Good luck!
I was unable to spend my GIFT vouchers at the checkout. I sent several emails and no one gave me a helpful answer. I tried to escalate the issue but they do not have phone number. I now have £150 of gift vouchers that I can't spend how I want.
You're not allowed to use 2 vouchers at the checkout and then if you have a discount code money comes off your voucher... - is this legal?
No help - do not buy gift vouchers or go somewhere else.
I ordered a facial creme. Several days later received a text message that the item has been delivered. It was not! Asked the neighbor as well. Nothing has been delivered. Then contacted the look fantastic company. Had to fill in and scan non receipts of good disclaimer form. Then had another email, have to state the name of the item. This is not mentioned in the form. Obviously they are trying to wear the things away! There is no such complicated communication! Absolute scam! Stay away!
I purchased a Beauty Box for my niece which provides samples each month for 6 months. I then were back into profile to see when last box being sent and saw they had added auto renewal. I cancelled auto renewal but deduction came out this month again, I have contacted customer service now twice and as I didn't cancel (in their words) "in the small window of two weeks" then I now have to continue for another 6 months. They are unreasonable and I did not order this.
One of my items from a large delivery was never received. It has been missing since Nov 2021. They won't refund or replace the item as they can't track it with the carrier. They use Hermes btw!
I will never use them again. Terrible customer service.
Can someone please help me, I made a order through look fantastic. I live in Australia and this was the only website I found with the stuff I wanted! Now on the online tracker it says it has been delivered but... No parcel at my house, no slip saying I need to pick up a parcel and none of my family members have seen it! I tried calling the customer service number and it says the number you have dialled is disconnected! Can't find an email address either! Help please.
Their customer reactions and response is timely. I have been messaging with them for 2 full weeks back and forward about my problem with their order. Un-heard-of! They do the bare minimum and wouldn't give me the refund they promised after they sent me broken items, some were really dirty and unhygienic - which was totally unacceptable. I will NOT buy from them again thank you very much. They could do better... - The very unhappy customer.

The company received my return item on July 21st. The company claims that they did not but my tracking number shows they did.

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received from a business! 20 days since I've ordered and still nothing! No response to emails! Facebook message reply telling me I'm not the name on the account when I paid for it myself? All I want is the items I ordered or a refund!

I purchased a FOREO product which after 1 week stopped; working. I returned the item and after a lot of emailing back and forth was told I would be refund in 3-5 days. At 6 days I checked my account to find I had been refund only for the postage. After 1 hour of talking (well online anyway) with their customer service i am told it will be 3-5 days yet again before my refund goes through. I would stay away from this company very happy to take your money and not so happy to give it back.
I was contacting support so may times and that was only for my first order. When ever I asked them where is my order, they told wait more and more and more... Also very poor support and answers. Really don't see that they would care about their customers. Form the box I got, products was fine but all the problems that come to get this order, not wort that!

Awful I spoke to them about returning my money as I didn't mean to buy a subscription which states you can cancel the subscription up to 15 days.i got told that I would get a refund it has now been 2 weeks of then keep saying it's under investigation and I still have not got my money back which I state is £150 it's ridiculous and I am not happy at all

I should have read the reviews about this company before ordering! Dealing with this company has been a terrible experience. They don't seem to realise that they are dealing with expensive products. When I didn't receive my product after waiting for 3 months, they just didn't care and said there was nothing they could do. They have not learned to value their customers at all. This company is not professional and you should not order from them. Strawberry net is a much more professional service.

I was duped by look fantastic. I bought a product cle de peau beaute, blush duo powder. In the picture it was represented as a whole product and instead for the price of 40 pounds they sent me a refill also in a different colour from the description. Very bad customer service, staff not up to understanding the problem. I wanted to return it at their expense and ask for a refund and they always said sure, we will send you the coupon to send it for free only to find out at the post office that I had to pay for it. A bunch of incompetent, un-serious people unable to do their job. I will never buy anything from this site again. Bad experience! Very bad products! Absolutely to avoid!
I ordered 2 bottles of the same perfume for Christmas presents due to the price. One was packaged and the other arrive unboxed. I therefore could not give these as a gift.
As as it is a perfume I use, I thought I would just keep one for myself. Bad move! The perfume lasted hardly any time on my skin and I normally get complimented on this perfume all the time. The smell was gone in no time.
Do not waste your money buying from this company, go to a reputable seller instead.

I purchased an electrical product in early April. Received a faulty product, and requested a return and refund. They accepted and said they'll send a courier to pick it up. Courier doesn't show up. I complain, they reschedule, courier doesn't show up. I complain, now they say they are "investigating". It has been well over a month and I am still getting "we're investigating" response. There's nothing to investigate - they sent a faulty product! Until you have a problem, they're fine, but beware if anything goes wrong. Plenty more of ethical sellers out there, LookFantastic can forget about my custom forever!

Bought two products and it was advertised as will be getting free gift. As soon as order confirmation came through they advised its not available anymore and dispatched two products. When contacted team they are saying they can remove gift offer any time even though I received confirmation as its subject to availability
I ordered s product from the website at the beginning or January. It still has not arrived. The company sent no emails or correspondence to advise me the order had not shipped or was delayed. I contacted them 3 times and I usually get a reply within 48 hours with an email saying the order will be sent out shortly and sorry for the delay, and nothing. I have been waiting over 2 months for my order and still no sign of it!
