I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say. Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores. They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons. 2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!
Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Hope that if you purchase from them you have no issues. They have no number or in person locations. The online enquiry system results in different agents responding each time and not taking the time to review even the last message. After 7 weeks my product issue still hasn't been resolved
Received my order and one of the items appears to be empty. Called customer service and spoke to Abi who was totally professional. She apologised, advised me of what she was going to do to resolve the issue and has given me a time scale of when this will happen by. Shame my item is faulty but that isn't customer care's doing. In hoping that my complaint gets resolved speedily.
Good price and quick delivery but no customer service afterwards. Check for yourself before you buy via their phone website. No phone in Australia not email and if you can communicate on the website you get no response at all. This means if any problem with a purchase can't be fixed.
Ordered 3 things off the website as a Christmas gift. Two weeks later, an email saying my items (!) have been despatched, two days later I get told two of my items have been cancelled. This company is a joke. Don't waste your time using them. One star only because I can't give no stars.
I am a customer since 2016, and have to admit, the company's service is only getting worser over the years. Have a missing product in my order reported on 08.12.2021, have been promised a replacement - so, today is 06.01.2021 - no any mention of it, neither any information from the company.

They are fine until you have a problem. Their customer service contact is terrible. They simply don't reply. Their chat facility is rarely working, but when they do respond on it and. You make the complaint they don't respond. You can't email, you must submit a form each time you make contact. I had purchased a faulty product, it took them 3 months to acknowledge receipt of returned goods, after almost 20 attempts at contacting them and after having to prove postage. They eventually offered refund, as the card I used to purchase product was out of date they refused refund and offered credit. I was so tired of fighting them I agreed to this. I spent my credit, and I am waiting 3 weeks for delivery! Received an email yesterday telling me that they had to cancel part of my order, no idea why, and no sign of credit. I'm dreading having to chase them for the cash, again.
Save yourself a lot of time and energy and AVOID this appalling company.
My order was suppose to be here a week ago I contacted them and they said could be another two weeks... REALLY? Pick a date out of butt and stick to it! Never again! My order will arrive from Amazon in a two day delivery so I ordered it from them since I may have thrown away $30 with this company. No wonder shipping is free because they never ship it! I am finding it hard to describe this without swearing but I wouldn't recommend this scum website to my worst enemy. Don't fall for the same day dispatch because they'll take 11 days and counting to do it. After 11 days of going back an forth with multiple sales representatives they finally tell me it's out of stock and will keep me updated. If anyone wants good quality shop at ADORE BEAUTY and not these bs crap lying dogs. No I don't work for adore but I don't want anyone's money going to these low life's who can't run a business. I have probably purchased about 6-8 products from this site in the past. All orders were delivered fine. However I placed an order near the end of February which has still not been received. I would possibly be understanding if they were able to give a reason for this, such as the item being out of stock. However, every time I query it with them they simply say they will check with their warehouse and get back to me. They never return back to me. I asked for a refund two weeks ago, which they agreed to get their IT department to do. Have I received the refund? NO. I will not think of buying from them again. Customer Service is frustrating to say the least. I will gladly pay more at a website that is more reputable.
Ordered a lipstick I've worn for years. It came in similar packaging, however when comparing the shade of the lipstick I was sent to the lipstick I purchased previously from the manufacturers website the shades do not match. When I send pictures and asked for a refund, I was told the company needed to "investigate". Shady and unethical website. False advertising and misleading marketing tactics. Fake Stila products.

I have received many emails saying if you buy over £60.00 you are entitled to a lady's beauty bag with few goodies. I did not need the 4th item, but I though it would be worth it.
After placing the order, I have received the confirmation and it was not showing the bag.
I tried to call several times, but my calls were cut saying the operators were too busy. I have sent 2 emails which nobody replied.
After 2 days I have managed to speak to them, which did not help at all. They said that some items are excluded from this offer. I believe the customer should be alerted when the order is placed.

Please do not order from this site. I have used them for years without any problems, then I place an order for an expensive item (£100) and it goes missing. I ordered this item for my wedding and allowed 3 weeks for it to arrive.
They really are unhelpful. They don't read email messages correctly, that is when they eventually get round to ordering them. They make false promises. I'm having to call constantly to try and get my money back.
They use Evri, and then when your parcel goes missing will not refund! I have sent so many messages and not one person resolves it. Even Evri are saying to contact Look Fantastic. It's such a shame I have used Look Fantastic for quite some time, everything is usually great, but once there's a problem, they are not quick to try and help. I've been waiting a long time now and still no parcel and no refund! Shocking service!

First they forgot to send me the free gift which I purposely bought more to qualify for. The shipping was express but was late anyway. On top of this, one of the products they sent had a faulty pump. Attempts to solve this led to an unsatisfactory resolution. Never ordering from them again.
I was warned about this company but I didn't listen.In June I was supposed to have my subscription on pause for 2 months, but then 5 weeks into it I received an email that they are getting my order ready, I contacted them to tell them I was on a pause but nothing was done about it, so I asked them to cancel my subscription, I took my bank details off my account but then 4th August I received another email to say getting my order ready. I contacted them straight away before the order was sent, but they will not admit its there mistake and keep asking me if I would like to cancel my subscription, I told them it was cancelled in June. They will not admit there mistake. I believe they work off commission. So I tell you again. Please do not even consider going with this company. I have added a screenshot of the proof of Callum saying it will take 3-5 days to come of my account that was in June.

Never reply. Have missed out £150 of my order and no one replies to me and nothing has been done for over a week. I am absolutely appalled by their service. They steal your money and no one replies to sort the problem.
It's a fake, I do not advise you to order anything from this store, usually extorting money, eternally disposes of a person, I waited for weeks for a shipment, in response forever the same thing - as soon as it is in stock will be sent, when asked for a refund they answer that unfortunately they can not do it because the shipment has already been released from the warehouse. There is no shipment! Scammers
I spent 300euros on 2 orders and a subscription for 3 months beginning of May 2020 and have never received a thing!
I am being told I have received everything. However not one parcel came to my door. Their proof does not show my signature and I have to pay excise duty so they surely would have proof of my signature too, if I had received the parcels. We have to pay the courier before he hands it over.
I have emailed, contacted via website and now resorted to Paypal! Don't hold out any hope of getting my money back though!

Just do not buy from this website. The customer service is crap, they just make you waste your time. In serious companies, the customer is cared for and if there are problems, they are solved, especially when you are a loyal customer. Here they treat you as if YOU were to blame for the problem. I bought a cream that burnt my skin and keeps disintegrating. I even think their customer care agents just translate their messages with google. They do not understand my spanish.
This company simply doesn't deliver. My order from LAST YEAR still shows "being processed." I did a live chat about the status and was told my order would be elevated. Nothing ever happened after that. This is a scam company. I wish I had checked the reviews in advance.
This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had!
Not only I am waiting for my package for 1 month to be delivered, they have cancelled one order after 3 WEEKS waiting to dispatch. On top of that, they haven't shipped it to PO Box provided to them but to a public PO Box which I require to go and collect the parcel from.

Terrible customer service, don't reply to email / contact. Been waiting for a product for over a month and received no help from your customer service team. Please don't waste your money and buy elsewhere, because you most likely will never receive your item or a refund.
I am totally disappointed with the after sales. I sent a message 2 weeks ago and till now, there is no reply from their team. I purchased the Tangle Teezer The Wet Detangler Hair Brush in Liquorice Black and it doesn't look like the original product. I sent image of the received item and requested for an explanation 2 weeks ago and I am yet to hear from them. Makes me wonder about the products I purchased; whether they are genuine.
Don't advise anyone to purchase anything from this company, their an absolute circus.

My package never arrived after paying next day delivery. Evri decides to upload "proof of delivery" by taking a picture of someone with my package. After telling LF that's not me, they decide to close my investigation, I don't have tattoos and i am not tanned. I spent over £200
