I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say. Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores. They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons. 2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!
Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Hope that if you purchase from them you have no issues. They have no number or in person locations. The online enquiry system results in different agents responding each time and not taking the time to review even the last message. After 7 weeks my product issue still hasn't been resolved
My worse online experience ever. I m a frequent online shopper. I have to say lookfantastic is very bad cos of their after customer service support. They made me repeat 4x to them for my details and 3x send the same photos to show them the items. I seldom write reviews but this is really very bad experience.

I dont think I have ever felt the need to write a review before this, positive or negative. But here I felt the need to warn people, especially from India not to order from LookFantastic, they literally make you wait for 30 days and then dont even send the products. Either you pay additionally for tracking or after 30 days they make you print and hand sign a form to refund your money. Complete wastage of time and money, its like a ponzy scheme! Shop on other sites instead.
Costumer service is unbelievable, if you buy something pray to be lucky and receive it, otherwise is like a war for you to get what is yours, you will be dismissed, they will tell you the refund is on the way, someone else will say it is not, you will waste hours trying to sort something that is easy, counting that the courier company has the items and it's even said in the courier website that they do have the items stuck for some reason. There is no respect. They will treat you like you are a beggar while the only thing you want is YOUR money back!

Do not buy from this company, unless you have time to waste in case you are unlucky to not get your parcel, or if you just have money to spare. Buying from them is like a lottery game.

I came here to share how bad experiences I had with lookfantastic.com. I must confess I made a mistake when I ordered some goods from this "webshop" (no idea how to call this company, in a shop usually you get what you pay for). They claim: "Our orders are sent via courier and are normally delivered within 48 working hrs". Well I waited for my package a month. Received the holy nothing. Sent them dozens of e-mails. No answer. Called them, asked to refund my money. They said my money will be in my account within 5 working days. Another 2 weeks has passed by. Still have not received my money. At least I contacted my bank, hoping to finally see my money again. I conclusion: forget this obviously fraud, untrusty company. Thank you lookfantastic.com. Thank you for NOTHING.
Horrible company, very unprofessional customer service team. I have ordered twice from this company - first time, the parcel was very delayed. Second time - i have placed an order on 25th and the delivery was meant to happen up to 29th of Nov! I am still waiting on it - I have contacted customer service team asking for a replacement and they are saying that it has been an error with my redelivery and can't help me with getting any further information. How can they mess up so so many times. Please order from anywhere else if you want to actually receive your order!

I have ordered the items and due to the emergency travel couldn't not personally accept my order. When I started following up on the order, the shipping company said that the goods are no longer with them. Since November lookfantastic is feeding me the same feedback that they have not received them and will make a refund only once they have the goods back in their warehouse. It's been several months now and im pretty sure they will not bother to refund the money. Such a disappointment to deal with. The amount is almost 200 usd and it's just surprising the way they handle this.
Waited a month and still my item has not arrived. For a "well known" website you'd think shipping would come with tracking. But nope. I asked for assistance and their "investigation" process is troublesome.

I ordered on the 26th, and after querying why i did not receive a tracking number on the 27th they said "there has been a problem in the warehouse which has resulted in your order being stopped prior to dispatch... we are looking into this for you". They draw you is saying that if you spend a minimum amount you will get a free gift. Then they don't send the free gift or any replacement. The gifts are listed as in stock. As you have to spend a large amount to get these free gifts it is dishonest not to supply them. I spent alot here but not anymore.
I ordered products worth 38 Euro after making an account. These people are so smart, they simply deleted my account details in less than 3 days after the order was placed. If I try to login or reset my password it just said that there wasn't any email ID associated with this account. FRAUDS BE LIKE! I didn't hear anything from them regarding the order. Ordered the item and believed it to be next day delivery as thats what it clearly said on check out. Then when receiving the confirmation email, it said I would be expecting the delivery the week after. When contacting the team they said I was in the wrong when i clearly saw 'next day delivery' on check out. I decided to order a GlamGlow mask on LookFantastic as it was cheaper than what it was being sold for in Australia. I have had previous issues in the past but I was desperate to the get the product! I opted for the standard delivery and it said that It would arrive in 10 business days... Cool! So i ordered it and never received an email to confirm that the item was despatched which I thought was strange. It is now 10 business days and I emailed them asking what was the status of my order. I received an email to say that it may take up to 60 business days for it to arrive! 60 BUSINESS DAYS! No where on their terms and conditions or any of their policy does it say that an item may take up to 60 business days to arrive! Im furious! I have demanded a full refund! Bought a curling wand as a present, when evri delivered i wasn't home so they left it in my neighbours front garden, it wasn't there when i arrived home. They wont refund or replace as it was delivered to my street. Don't waste your money!

I NEVER leave reviews. But I ordered from lookfantastic partially because of the price. But also because I couldn't get into any other websites from my office because my company blocks most websites. I never even thought to check the reviews but when my wife did she said you are so screwed. A week later I have my product and for 30% less than anywhere else I saw advertised. Plus free shipping.
I am new to yourselves, I placed an Order on the 8/9/2016 I received a few days later the wrong Item, I rang up was told dont know why must of been a picking error! I placed a order for a buy 2 get 1 free hair product. After placing the order, I saw all the terrible reviews and was worried my order wouldnt ever arrive. The order arrived quickly with the free shipping option. I was able to track my order after I received an email with tracking information. The items are exactly what I ordered and the price was excellent. Plus I received my free sample, as advertised. (The items were shipped from Kentucky and I live in Texas, USA.).
I ordered a few things from them without checking internet reviews... soon I thought I was scammed when did not arrive and they reply was to wait for a month... truth be told, after a month they offered a refund and in 48hrs this was done... however products never arrived to Hong Kong.
A response after requesting for a months to cancel and refund - please note, they will try to cancel and then I need to contact them for refund.

I wish I had looked at their consistent reviews of shipping problems and no customer service. I ordered an advent calendar in October, and I am being told a host of what has amounted to lies. I read that you pay a dear price in time and money to return. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have used lookfantastic in the past with no problems but then my goods have always arrived ok. However, on this occasion the Redken conditioner I ordered arrived in a broken container & the contents were wasted throughout the parcel. I contacted the company who requested photographs which I sent, they then wanted MORE photographs, how many photos can you take of a tub of conditoner? They then asked for the container to be returned before a replacement could be considered so they supplied a return slip, when I took the parcel with slip apparantly the bar code they supplied was incorrect. So I am now having to await their reply again asking for the correct barcode. One would think a company like this would offer a replacement for faulty goods without question to a customer who has been with them for a few years but NO. Replies to queries come with a no reply address so all in all very poor customer service.! Wont be using again.
Well, I placed an order before checking reviews of the website and then when I saw all the negative reviews, I panicked and tried to cancel my order. I received an email from lookfantastic company saying that my order could not be cancelled (this is the only reason I gave them 4 stars because I cancelled the order in a matter of minutes from the moment I placed the order). But I did receive the products I ordered and I got them really fast! So no bad feelings from my side. I am very happy!
I ordered the wrong product and once completed I realised my error so within fifteen minutes I tried to cancel my order, however this was apparently not possible or so the email sent five minutes later detailed. What a disappontment as I thought I had found a good site for the products I use - fair to say I will not be using it again.
