I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say. Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores. They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons. 2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!
Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Hope that if you purchase from them you have no issues. They have no number or in person locations. The online enquiry system results in different agents responding each time and not taking the time to review even the last message. After 7 weeks my product issue still hasn't been resolved

I ordered 600 dollars worth of goods, they messed up the delivery.
I didn't even receive the item, when i followed up they told me that delivery people returned it to them.
They REFUSE to redeliver.
They made me agreed to a refund, and they have been holding my money for close to half a year. NOBODY followed up unless chased and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE properly read the history of my messages, ended up repeating every single time.
Ridiculous, I still have not received my money and still waiting, probably just waiting for another stupid standard message again.
SCAM! Ordered 247 dollars on a product LAST DECEMBER, they cancelled the order without saying why, said they will return money in 3 to 5 days and NEVER DO IT! I´m still texting and writing emails and they do NOTHING 5 months later. FRAUDE!

I ordered a perfume for £60. They sent me the wrong one, a smaller sized bottle worth £24.
The returns process was a joke. I had to message several times to get a postage label. I then returned the wrong item.
I messaged to ask for the correct item to be sent. They assured me it would be sent to me once they received the old item.
INSTEAD they issued a refund. I am a month down the line, having tried to order this gift, with NO GIFT and back to square one. Total waste of time, and terrible experience.
AVOID THE HASSLE THEY ARE NO CHEAPER THAN ELSEWHERE
It appears that LF's idea of customer service is having scores of customer service officers armed with standard textbook replies to your genuine concerns and queries. While I understand the need for consistency in how queries are dealt with, I have had my questions and issues brushed aside and ignored with a 'I am sorry... (repeat the obvious)'
In fact, my credit card was charged for an order I did not complete. I had not even selected the option to pay by credit card for that particular order. However, when I checked on a different order and found that they wanted my credit card details updated, I did just that. Later, I found that I had been charged for the other order that I did not complete. Basically, my card had been charged without my authorisation.
When I sent a message highlighting this, LF's response was 'I am sorry that your card has been charged, the item has been dispatched and will be due with you shortly.'
Aside from the fact that I've been charged for an order I did not complete or intend to complete, their response to this has been completely unacceptable. I have shopped at other websites and never had such terrible customer service. Needless to say, I do not trust LF with my credit card details anymore.
I have used this company many times and unfortunately after my current experience, I will never use them again. I will be warning anyone else not to use them, as if something goes wrong with the order, they do not resolve it. I have had my products stolen and almost a month later they have not confirmed that they will be giving me a refund, even after multiple times of chasing them up and asking them to confirm this.
They have £80 of my money and I have not received the products.
Their service has left me extremely stressed out, not to mention out of pocket!
All they are doing is telling me that the courier team are investigating the issue but it has been weeks and I am none the wiser on what is going on.
I never gave the courier any permission to leave products in a safe place or with a neighbour as I live in a block of flats and do not know the neighbours. It is very clear my parcel has been stolen as the courier emailed me to say they delivered it (whilst I was at home) and nothing was delivered.
This is an extremely terrible thing to happen, especially when Lookfantastic have not done anything to be helpful or keep me informed and I'm starting to think I am never going to see my money again. During these current times this is devastating. I will be reporting them, please do not order from here!
So far, so bad. I've ordered a simple thing from them on at the end of August. While they said they sent it, the tracking link does not work, so impossible to verify. After three weeks and a couple of messages to them (only through the rather complicated site and always with different names on the rather unsympathetic replies), do I get a demand to fill in a form and sign it (by hand only) then email it back to them so that they can start procedures to replace the order. No, after 1 month, they sent me notice to say that the new delivery is on its way. Again without a working tracking link? And with an incomplete address (in the email)? And without the free gift that was supposed to be in the original order? It is hard to believe that this is a legitimate company and not some kind of scam. I'm still waiting for the final verdict, but as of today, there is nothing this company has done right except advertise free shipping and low prices on the internet (the easy part). My advice, from my experience and dealing with customer service is to stay away. There are many other sites offering the same thing. I think it wise to spend a little more t avoid the disappointment and time lost in dealing with a certain level of incompetence.
Please do not give this company your hard earned money, they are not sending out goods and are giving out false tracking numbers, won't respond to complaints.
In spite of all the horrible reviews, I took a chance and placed an order from this horrible website. I ordered brushes and was sent an email with a dead tracking link. I emailed the company and got no response. I then called them only to be told they would follow up with their courier team. I get an email saying they cant get hold of THEIR partner delivery company so they will treat the package as untracked... I mean, if you cant get hold of the delivery company, how can I as a customer be rest assured that they are capable of doing an international delivery... This is the biggest joke ever. I ordered a few items, one of them was missing, I wrote customer service and they kept telling me they will send me a voucher. Although I wrote them many times, the voucher was never received.
Poor. I was enticed to order some products by the offer of some complimentary products if I spent over £40. I ordered because I was keen to try a trial size of the offered product before I shelled out £25 for the full size. This was added to my basket. On check out I was offered a further discount as a new' customer. Great I thought!
Products arrived... no complimentary free gift... (my primary reason for ordering). When I chased up I was told that two discounts' could not be used at the same time! I do not consider a complimentary gift a discount' and even if it were, that should have been made clear at check out as I would have chosen the sample product over a few quid discount... There was nothing to say I wouldn't get it until it didn't turn up!

I made an order over 1 week ago. Order #*******. My order was never shipped. The customer service number is not working and the live chat unavailable. I contacted them via FB and Twitter. I received poor responses from s bunch of incompetent people. They were extremely unhelpful and have not shipped the order. Fortunately I paid via PayPal, so they will reimburse me immediately. UPDATE: I have been in communication with Look Fantastic via Twitter. I was fed a pack of lies! Apparently the items in question are a "pre-order". SMH NO WHERE DOES IT STATE ON THE WEBSITE that these items were "pre-order". Neither was I informed when making payment that these items were "pre-order" and would be receiving them on a specific date. My purchase order states that the items would be shipped on 26/10/20. There is no record in the transaction of my purchase being a "pre-order". Luckily for me, I made my purchase via PayPal so I will go ahead and stop payment immediately. Please stay away from Look Fantastic, they have numerous bad reviews and are untrustworthy.
Ordered Bayliss hot curlers in early December 2016 and it took over a month to receive, wondering why California to Florida took so long. I understood when the package arrived from England. Can you believe my hot curlers had an electric plug from the UK, which looked like it had to be plugged in a stove outlet or washing machine outlet. Because there was no mention of that issue on the website where I ordered the curlers, nor was the picture showing the plug, that package took me completely by surprise. I then called the number found on their site, which was once answered by a lady who transferred me to someone else in the UK, and the only thing they offered was a return mailing ticket, but no refund for this useless item in the US. I called my brother, an electrician, who said it would cost a fortune to try and get this plug changed for the type used in the US, so here I am stuck with a large 30 hot curler box, unused since it came in the mail in January 2017. What a crock! Wish the BBB was aware of this scam.
BE AWARE IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM INDIA. What the website doesn't tell you is the item is being delivered from UK and in addition to the cost of the item you pay half the amount on custom duty. I ordered an Issa Mini Foreo for Rs 7328 on 18 Nov 2016 and received the item on 28 Dec 2016 and had to pay an additional Rs 3756 as Custom Duty! BTW the free gift I was suppose to get never came..

The system didnt accept my complete address. I immediately sent five messages for them to put in the unit number. They said they cant do it. It was an expensive eye cream and i said i didnt want it going elsewhere. They didnt do anything. I finally got ahold of my own country postal service who said theyll track it when it is in the country. Lookfantastic gave me a tracking number which isnt even working. So now i cant even track the product. The customer service doesnt do anything to help. Only sorry and thank you. THIS SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
I placed my order on March 15, and the estimated delivery was between Mar 23 and 28. I waited for a week and found a bit strange that the parcel still not turned up. So, I sent an enquiry to the CS team. The team told me that the delivery normally takes 30 days to be delivered after the order was placed. I was surprised because I got the email or even their website stated the estimated delivery would be a 8 to 13 day period. The reply from the first CS was so confusing and I needed to send another follow-up message to check again. Subsequently, the other CS told me that they were looking into the case and waiting for the updates from the courier team. On and on, I got at least 3 times the same feedback for all my follow-up enquiries. Finally, I raised the request to cancel the order and refunded via the separate CS live chat. That CS told me that they couldn't arrange anything until the investigation of the incident is done. That's insane, I finally gave up and told the CS to escalate my request to the complaint team. I suspected that would another round of pointless conversation. I don't expect that I can take my money back. But I'd like to share my experience and let all of you think before placing any new orders with this brand if you don't want to experience similar situation like me.

It was my biggest mistake to order from this terrible store. I ordered a hair dryer with delivery to Canada. And they sent me a hair dryer with a UK plug and European voltage. As a result, I am completely unable to use this product due to the large difference in voltage (Europe 220-240 / Canada 110-120). I tried to communicate with support, but they constantly told me one thing, and then completely different. There was a feeling that they were mocking me and taking out my brain with each new message.
At first they told me that I can return or exchange the goods. After, that I can't do it, after I can again. But in the end, they said they wouldn't refund me shipping back and customs tax. Which in essence was the great cost of the hair dryer.
When I mentioned the voltage adapter, they said they could reimburse me for part of the cost, as it costs a lot more than a hair dryer. But first I need to buy it with my own money and provide a receipt for the purchase. How convenient it is to make an incredibly bad mistake and do everything to blow the mind of the buyer.
In the end, they did nothing and I was left with a hair dryer that I can't use, wasted money and a lot of wasted nerves. I highly recommend not buying anything from this company! You will spend a lot of time and nerves, and your money!

I ordered a set of expensive GHD cordless straightners grom LF after spending thousands with them on smaller purchases over the years (were not very reliable but things usually arrived in the end despite paying for Next Day Delivery) I cannot believe anyone would do what they have done to me! They sent a cheap and nasty plastic makeup bag containing some unheard of minis, so that they could say the delivery was successful. It was obvious this box DID NOT CONTAIN GHDS! They then said they would send a replacement, but when I went to log in to check they have DELETED my account to get rid of the message trail! There are actual thieves at this place and the police WILL BE INVOLVED! Do not order anything of value. I am devastated
