I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say. Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores. They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons. 2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!
Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Hope that if you purchase from them you have no issues. They have no number or in person locations. The online enquiry system results in different agents responding each time and not taking the time to review even the last message. After 7 weeks my product issue still hasn't been resolved
First 2 orders came without any problems and I was quite happy with the products also. My last order though, not so much. The order arrived with a missing item and a "gift" not in line with their promotional advert. First couple of messages of a long thread were dealt with fast and quite professionally I might say. They then sent a replacement for the missing item (I haven't received it yet though) but totally ignored the second part of my enquiry about the "free" gift (supposingly of a value over gbp50 while it only contained 3 sample size items of little to none value). Ever since any attempt I made to sort it out was either totally ignored or was being forwarded to another department to deal with it, without success I doing that I might add. I do not expect much at this point -especially after reading all other reviews- but I wish they could be reported to an authority or something. It s totally unacceptable and I would assume illegal to mislead the general public via false advertisement.
This is the first time ordering from this website and will damn gonna be the last time with very painful lesson learnt! It have been 28th DAYS since i havent receive any items from them. Their customer service was not helpful at all because they are just telling me to wait until 30 Days so that they can do something? HELLO.

Bought some ghd straightners for christmas for my wife they were faulty and i told look fantastic and asked if i returned them could u send me another pair they said no i had to return them to ghd for repair, they were still brand new i didnt want a repair but a new set they wouldnt exchange them said all faulty goods need to go back to ghd we have a procedure in place, also i needed to print a reciept and labels to return to ghd i said i dont have a printer in which they said ask a friend to do it for you i ended up ringing ghd and they were great they sorted it for me n sent me the labels, i will never buy off look fantastic there customer service is crap if you buy anything electrical off them be prepared to send them back to the manufactors, if i was u avoid buying off this company be warned
I ordered over £100 worth of goods with a voucher code for 15% plus a free gift. The free gift never arrived and when I queried it I was told that some of the order didn't qualify for the gift. Had I known the exclusions I would not have purchased the items from LookFantastic because I could have got them cheaper elsewhere. There were no exclusions stated on the advertisement for the code and no link to point me to anything like that.
When I explained this to the customer 'support' (for want of a much worse word), I received absolutely nothing back! I emailed the feedback team, I sent another support ticket online, I tweeted and sent Facebook messages. The latter has only just responded... over 3 months after purchase! Nobody is taking any responsibility for the false advertising, nor do they seem open to upholding their offer. ASA have been informed. This isn't the first time this has happened either, a family member had the same problem last year and was met with a brick wall.
I also notice that LookFantastic attempt to remove or block every bad review of their services & fail to respond to a lot of customers who have problems or take responsibility for their actions. Be warned, you probably won't see a fair report on a lot of review sites.
I live in Central Asia. So, it takes about a month for my order to be delivered. My first order was fine. I received it after a month of waiting with my nice free beauty bag. I can't buy burt's bees and other products in my country, so I was happy to get it. The quality seemed to be fine.
My last two orders I made in January 2017. The first one we received after a month. There was only one cream packed and my mom didn't like the package as it did not have a protective layer on it. When we opened it, it seemed like someone messed with it. The cream was Decleor, not a cheap one.
The second order we got last week, it took more than a month to be delivered. We got only two items, and one item(free deluxe beauty bag) was missing. Again, the creams did not have a protective thing on it. Nevertheless, they seemed to be untouched when we opened them. The only thing I was concerned about was that lip and eyes Decleor cream looked liked it expired. There were no dates on the boxes to check it.
Well, I would not say this website is fake and of course, timing depends on where you live. It's not perfect, but I would buy there again.
Wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering but unfortunately I saw there overall score was very good on Trust Pilot and didn't read any actual reviews. They took more money than I authorised payment for (isn't this fraud?) They then called me a liar and denied this happened, until I produced a screen shot of the transaction at which point they changed their story and still tried to deny responsibility. I finally got them to refund the difference only to find when my order arrived that the free gift worth £22 which had enticed me to buy from them wasn't in the package. Cue more emails back and forth in which they again completely failed to provide any customer service and called me a liar again. Each time you reply to an email you get a response from a different person and each person tries to fob you off with various reasons in which you the paying customer have no right to what you were promised. An absolute con to get people to buy and they obviously have no concern about repeat business from the way they treat customers. After having such a bad experience I went back to Trust Pilot to try to see why they have such a high score. It's because any negative reviews are removed at their request, there are numerous low scores annotated that they have been removed at the request of LookFantastic. It's disgraceful that Trust Pilot allow this, I for one would have avoided them like the plague had the negative reviews been properly counted into their overall score. Easy to get high scores when you only allow good feedback!

My first order went well, everything showed up in a reasonable timeframe, but my second and third orders, never showed up, and when I asked if I should be worried (it does take longer for things to get to me because I'm in Canada, guess I should've inquired sooner anyway) I was simply told it'd been longer than 40 days and they couldn't help me. My question wasn't answered, and I felt very dismissed. I spent over $100 and half of the order was a present for someone else, I ended up just buying something else local. All the same, this is straight up ridiculous, and I noticed a few posts last time I wrote a review, for my first order, that other people had the same issue: first time they ordered something, no problems, but after that they didn't get things they'd ordered. I figured it was just bad luck for those people but maybe it really is a trend for this site. Overall, I'm thoroughly displeased and don't think I'll ever try this site again, and won't be recommending it to anyone else.
As a loyal customer I cant really say how happy I am with their product distribution and packaging never the less the great products offered. But what makes a great company is how they keep that loyalty going. I recently made and expensive purchase from lookfantastic and one of the canisters came empty, so I did what any customer does which is contact customer service and provide photos of the issue, well looks like you can only contact them via their web page and there is NO help email if you want to follow and reply with the same complain number, they reply to your e-mail but you can only submit reply via lookfantastic website also it only allows one photo to upload.
So I sent several Complaints back and forth and customer service insisted I take different angles of the bottle "which I did". Their final reply was they were sorry but they will close this thread
I gave them one star because they have amazing products and offers but sadly they broke my loyalty and trust in dealing with them again

I would actually give 2.5 stars or 50%. Had I been aware that even though I ordered from the US site my items would still be shipping from England I probably wouldn't have bothered. It took about 2 weeks for me to get my stuff which wouldn't be terrible for overseas except that I've ordered from INDIA and received the item within 6 DAYS. Their issue is that they take way too long to ship out the product. I once worked for a beauty company the ships orders out SAME DAY. Look Fantastic step your game up. As a previous commentor mentioned they don't ship everything at once and this is because apparently not all items are in stock although they claim to be. In my case all items were supposedly in stock but when time came to ship 2 out of 3 shipped with the third to be shipped at a later date. I waited patiently for the third to ship, even gave them a few days after the two weeks it took to get the first shipment but nothing, no update on where the last item was. Tired of waiting and upset over being deceived, I decided to cancel the order. After hearing customer service horror stories I was preparing for the worst but it was a SUPER easy and pleasant experience. I dont know this as fact but perhaps US orders are handled by Americans who tend to place great emphasis on great service. 1.5 star for selling items at a lower price than company site (at the time of my purchase) and 1 star for easy cancellation, other than that they are way too slow shipping out (perhaps they need to use a different courier as well) and dont seem truthful about what they have in stock.
Beware of ordering from Lookfantastic! They sent me expired products! And during the refund process, they will close your account to stop you from getting your refund. Stay away!

There was a "loop" in my order according to them. So I would get my money back, I have called them 13 times, sent them 5 emails and still no money back or no products. It has no been two month...
Ok, I know how this works. I am also a webshop owner in the Netherlands. So I gave this company the opportunity to solve this problem, before I wrote this review. But nevertheless, the customer service agent was not able to help me.
This week I ordered two types of perfume, delivered faster than I planned. So far so good. After opening the package, it already smelled like perfume. After opening the box, I saw one of the two perfumes I ordered, was not wrapped in plastic anymore. Also when I tried it for the first time, perfume came out after the first push.
The customer service agent, asked me to send a picture. But as you can understand, it is hard to get this problem on picture.
I know for sure that people, who are working in the distribution section of this company, knows when a product has been used or not. So I cannot believe that I am the first.
Receiving this used perfume, is also giving a problem when you decide to return it. They will not accept it while it already is opened. So be careful if you want to order a gift or similar.
I purchased Beauty Chest on Lookfantastic website few weeks ago. Hours after I've placed my order, the Chest becames out of stock, and I had a snicky suspition that my order will get cancelled. It got cancelled few days later. It would not be a problem, but in order to get £15 off the chest I have also sing up for beauty box subscription. Since I wasn't getting the full order, I wanted to cancel the whole thing. It wasn't easy, let me tell you. It took countless emails to get subscription cancelled. What's really annoying, they wouldn't let me return October box, even though it was unopen, as website stated that this item is non-refundable. Dear Lookfantastic, a news flash for you, your website also said that Beauty Chest was in stock, but that want't true, was it? Nevermind, I am sure, Cult Beauty will be more than happy to take my money. Be sure to enjoy that £14,50 you have forced me to spend on your website.
Ordered on the 26/05 had my products on the 27/05. After reading the reviews was a bit stressed about getting my order but turns out there was no need very speedy!
I have had the most horrible customer experience with any order and any provider - I do not recommend lookfantastic to anyone.
I have ordered a number of Christmas stockings from lookfantastic, from October's paycheck (trying to be prepared!). Firstly, the order was delayed. Thinking Christmas was still many weeks away and it was for Christmas, it wasn't too much of a problem. The the men's stocking was sent separately. It was a far less quality than expected but at least it turned up. After many delays and complaints, the women's stocking was sent two weeks prior to Christmas (still hasn't arrived though). The prices of the stockings have dropped to half than what I paid - yet the customer service team refuse to partial refund the difference; only offering the option to return and repurchase the items! With their dispatch times being as useless as they are, it's just not a viable option this close to Christmas.
Their customer service tools and process are ridiculous; you can't reply to their emails - everything is setup against their customers.
Useless and disappointing - please do yourself a favour and avoid the company.
I ordered - by mistake - a number of items from this place about 2 months ago and wrote immediately to get the order cancelled - no response at all until after 2 days where they have send the package, regardless. Suddenly I do get a response in the form of regret over that order is against my wish has been posted, but that I just need to return it when it arrives.
The package arrives with the postman after few days and I refuse to receive it, as we (in Denmark at least) usually do in these kind of situations and the package returns by post man.
This is now 6 weeks ago and it is impossible to get my money refunded! Why? Because Lookfantastic.com can't find the returnd package. What would assume not to be my problem as I've never had the package in my posession. However; according to Lookfantastic's guidelines (or at least according to their absolutely lousy support) it is my responsibility as I have rejected it.
Any attempt to explain to them that the package is returning on the same parcel number as when they them self sent it off, and again NEVER were in my possession and therefore can't possibly be my responsibility is speaking for the deaf ears.
Never again will i shop through that place (despite earlier ok experiences and I actually recommended it to friends several times. Will undo that mistake asap) - this is the most arrogant and fraudulent place i have come across.
NEVER SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY! I made the mistake of purchasing an Elvie breast pump from lookfantastic and they sent me a defective item where one of the pumps was not working. When I asked Elvie to replace the item covered under their two year warranty, I was told the product I was sent was old stock from 2019 (identified by serial number) and was no longer covered under the warranty. LOOKFANTASTIC FRAUDULENTLY UNLOADED OLD STOCK ON ME THAT WAS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY. They then promised that they would cover my shipping fees in their entirety to send their defective item back to them from Canada to the UK and guess what? When I enquired about why they had not done so, they said THAT THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSE THE FEES I INCURRED TO SHIP THE ITEM BACK. They have had this expensive item in their possession for 9 business days and have still not refunded my money, violating their own return policy. USE THIS AS A CAUTIONARY TALE AND SHOP ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
I was a loyal customer for Lookfantastic for more than 3 years. Everything worked fine until you need to reach their customer services. They are utterly useless people! All they know is to say: sorry, we cannot do that. One simple request, change the delivery address for an order which hasn't been processed or dispatched. There's no reason for not be able to do this, I have ordered from many other websites, all of them were able to process this simple request as long as the order is not yet dispatched (sometimes they can do it even after the order is dispatched, and that is called real customer service). Lookgantastic cannot do it. So I ask for cancelling the order, they cannot do it again. The website clearly stated the customers can cancel the order without any reason within 14 days. They are clearly not keeping their promises. The point of having customer service is to help customers, and they are clearly not doing that. Very disappointed. My order will be on the way to a wrong address, and if someone else takes my parcel, I will lose hundreds of pounds. Lookfantastic should be responsible for that lost because their customer service is useless. I will not buy from them ever again.
Save your time, money, energy and stress! This website is a JOKE! They messed up my order, almost charged me twice and couldn't even answer me or assure me what exactly was going on.
Absolutely USELESS, UNHELPFUL, APATHIC and CARELESS customer service. Totally rubbish. You'll waste your time chatting to their incompetent "agents" (I think they use machines, it can't be possible), they'll make stupid security questions - even though you've already answered those questions in the beginning, they'll take forever to answer your questions and NOT fix the problem at the end. They don't even apologise or show any discontentment for any upsetting situation you might be experiencing because of their stupidity.
On top of that, they don't meet their delivery times. The website says they deliver in 1-2 days and I've been waiting for my parcel for a week now... and let me tell you, I don't think it's arriving anytime soon.
Only if I knew... I should've suspected the amazing price attractiveness. So, please, save your time and energy. Pay more if you have to, but at least you'll have your products on time and will be treated fairly.

I have ordered several times, but the shipment always took about 3 weeks to arrive (I live in EU). On one occasion they split my order in two shipments, one arrived additional two weeks later. It contained one item that was sent in a ridiculously huge box. One of the packages was returned to sender and they haven't even noticed that until I asked where is my order. Turns out the cosmetics inside was damaged and was leaking.
I am also subscribed to their beauty box. I took a 6 month subscription. The first two boxes arrived, but only at the end of the month. They charge my card on the first of the month. Then the boxes stopped coming. The tracking number they provide is never found in any parcel tracker. I guess they just take my money and don't even bother to send what I pay for. The customer service is utterly useless, they keep asking for one information or the other, when everything they need is correctly written in my account. They agreed on re-sending last months box, but the story is as usual: there is no box and the tracking number does not work. I am canceling my subscription and never shopping there again.
This company is a sham. You can't contact them to fix an order or unsubscribe from emails. Report to all authorities and buy all means, buy nothing from them.
