I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say. Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores. They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons. 2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!
Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Hope that if you purchase from them you have no issues. They have no number or in person locations. The online enquiry system results in different agents responding each time and not taking the time to review even the last message. After 7 weeks my product issue still hasn't been resolved
I had an order up to $50 and the package still in custom transit for almost a month. I contacted them many times and they made excuses every single time. The latest one was they said it my responsible to contact the usps. They don't even take the responsibility. Don't trust this website, they're scammer!
Look Fantastic is absolutely rubbish and they are not interested in their customers apart from taking their money. It has been over 4 months now and I still have not received a proper reply refunding my money. They are not even giving me store credit for products I never received! Do not use this company!

They sent me mouldy product and I got in touch the day of delivery with photos and details. After making me jump through hoops with sending more photos and batch numbers they have just now ignored me - no refund or replacement. Definitely would buy elsewhere if I were you!
As others have mentioned, they will make you wait weeks for your order and you will not receive the items. Not only that, they also won't respond to your customer inquiries and there is no number to call in order to follow up on your refund. Truly astonishing customer experience. Do not shop here - pay the price elsewhere - it's not worth their measly promotions.

I ordered Chantecaille products (valued at $135 CA) and was sent their December edit subscription box instead, which had 4 sample size products, a headband and Revolution retinol oil, for a total value of $31 CA. I requested they send me the products I paid for, but instead, they ignored my request and their mistake, and asked that I return the products they sent by mistake. I told them I would happily return the box if they provided me with a pre-paid shipping label, but instead, they are wanting me to pay to return something I never wanted in the first place, that THEY sent to me by mistake, and that are crap products? Meanwhile, they have not offered a refund for my missing products, nor have they offered to send them to me. Yes, why indeed would I not want to pay out of pocket to return their crap subscription box, while gifting them the $135 I spent? I will never order from them again.

I placed an order on Sept. 9/22 and received shipping notices within a few days. Now it's Oct. 24/22 and nothing. Tracking shows 1 of 3 packages were destroyed by UK customs for containing prohibited materials. I sent multiple screenshots of the tracking to customer service as they were arguing that the items were still in transit and ever since I've only gotten computer-generated responses about how sorry they are and if they can help, I can feel free to contact them again.
They said they would refund my card several times and have not. "Our finance team is looking into this" is the vague, repetitive reply.
All I can warn is DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the frustration of getting ripped off.
I have not received my items after 20 days. When I phoned them, they asked nearly ten sensitive personal questions for so-called security reasons. The customer service doesn't want to solve the problem at all.

Order was supposed to be with us within 3-4 days of ordering, 2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived and customer service keep on providing the same response 'we have escalated this issue'. No real communication. Still awaiting my delivery. Never again
First time using this company. Was referred by a friend. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Signed up for notifications, received none and never received my items. Tried contacting customer service but conveniently their phone lines were down so it's been back and forth emails giving the runaround. A complete waste of $200. I ordered 2 products 4 weeks ago. The money was taken from my account immediately but never received confirmation. When trying to contact them, they have said that I never placed an order despite taking my £40! Won't let me email them as I've "not placed an order" and live chat never works. Called on multiple occasion but can't get through. Absolute scammers!
I would give 0 stars if I could. How could they not have the basic ethics of at least replying to their customers emails? Let alone the fact that they have still not delivered my product and it has been more than a month. Biggest mistake ever. No one to even answer your questions. Never ordering from here again. Your customer service disgusts me.
I've had a terrible experience with Look Fantastic and recommend that you buy your beauty products from higher end, more professional sites. Over half of my product leaked during postage and I was offered a 'good will gesture' of 30% refund. It was an expensive product, I'm absolutely gutted. They were unable to explain their 'policy' on damaged items and simply repeated the same things over and over again in different messages, like robots. I then found that I could have got a better price direct from the brand. I can't recommend more strongly that you stay away from this dubious company.
Paid £350 with discount for an LED mask and had it cancelled with no explanation. Stayed on a live chat for 20 minutes to find out why to be told someone will clarify in 24-48 hours. Waste of time and now have to wait for my own money to be refunded. Can't even buy from Cult Beauty as it's the same garbage Hut Group company.
Will never use these again, I ordered an expensive hair serum, well I thought it was expensive, £39 on their website. It arrived and when I opened the box the bottle had leaked and serum was all over, no damage to bottle just top not screwed on tight, nearly a quarter of bottle missing, I took photo's and emailed them straight away and they just said they'd refund some, they gave me £5, didn't even cover anywhere near the cost of serum missing.
I would not recommend anyone use this store, OK if things are not damaged, I've bought many things here but never again, don't trust that I'll not be loosing my money, no confidence in them.

I ordered a few items back in November. All but one item arrived. I've been sending messages since then to find out what happened and finally just to look for a refund. Every reply is the exact same we're sorry but we're investigating it. Nothing else. I've lost 96 euro and don't know how I'm going to get it back. They've basically stolen from me
I had placed an order for 180 days supply and I received only 90 days supply and they refused to send me the balance 90 days supply even though it's their fault their customer service was very poor they have promised to refund me the 50% back but won't compensate for the inconvenience and also extra I had to pay in customs as the customs was charged on higher amount. Terrible after sales and customer service.
I give 2 stars for their great offers and various choice of brands, which are very good if you don't have any problem with your order and have to deal with their customer support. Don't expect to get any solution from them, 3 days minimum to answer to your message (last time 7 days!), to say they will come back to you, and after 10 days, still no update! I used them because where I live (Malta) I don't have much choice. And believe me it is unfortunately not the first time I have to deal with their customer support but the third time, and always same disappointment, their CS is zero and unprofessional, I finally understood and deleted my account, this does not deserve the price!
This company is a SCAM please stay away! I've placed an order last week and no one seems to know where it is or what's happening. They have refused to cancel it and issue a refund. Please consider using Lazada. They have every brand there. Shipping is fast. N if u have an issue w the product the reply within the day is sorry for the inconvenience. This company isn't for real. Too many people, including myself, just never received their orders! This seems to be a serious issue with overseas orders. No reliable tracking. No info for weeks other than "label created." No help at all from useless customer service. Many US orders that were delivered had added CUSTOMS charges! The UK reviews state "fast delivery."
