I paid for next day delivery, didn't receive my item. Filled same form atleast 20 times, still they r not ready to acknowledge the form.
I just received an order with a defective product (mascara with faulty wand and what looks like silver shard inside the tube). I contacted Customer Service via Live Chat and after 15 minutes of chatting and a lot of waiting, was asked to upload a photo to a different part of the website, which I happily did. I thought it would end there, but my Customer Service rep then said she'd send me an email and label to send the product back. Okay, sounds normal enough, until you read the fine print instructions:
*Write "returned items" on the box, or no replacement or refund.
*Package carefully and make sure you track and insure the item (since it's my responsibility until received by LF) but don't spend any more than 15% of the product's value on shipping, tracking and insuring? (Remember, this is a mascara and the Post Office just raised their rates again last week)
*Stand in the nasty, probably COVID-infested line at the Post Office and attempt to get your package mailed according to the instructions for a bargain price.
*Don't forget to get a receipt for said shipping, because when you get home, you'll need to scan it and find somewhere on the website to upload it to beg for a reimbursement of your shipping costs.
Allow 10 days for them to receive the package, but don't forget to spend the next 10-14 days continuing to track it's progress to make sure there isn't a problem with it getting there. Sure, I have nothing better to do with my days. (:: eye roll: :)
Seriously? They are clearly avoiding normal practices like prepaid shipping labels and easy return/replacements of defective products in an effort to frustrate customers sufficiently that a certain percentage will just say forget it- and they can pocket what should be a refund. Ridiculous and definitely not worth risking my time and efforts again.
I placed my order with Look Fantastic on 17 December - order number *******. Confirmation came through informing me that the order has been dispatched and will arrive no later than 28 December.
Nothing arrived and I got in touch with your customer service on 29 December 2020 only to be informed that my order would now take up to 30 days to arrive and I can expect it by 8 January 2022.
I decided to check my tracking number again on 5 January and was still informed of the following: (Sorry we have no record of your reference on file at this time)
Again, I got in touch with your customer service requesting them to investigate the matter and was informed this time around that my products are actually out of stock and would I like to wait or get a full refund.
This entire experience has deterred me from EVER ordering from Look Fantastic again being that this is now the second time that this has happened! Regardless of the fact that I can be fully refunded, it is the sheer lack of miscommunication and being informed ONE MONTH LATER that there is no stock of my products along with the huge inconvenience that has been caused which frustrates me even more.
Absolutely appalled by the lack of care when replying to me.
Canadien shoppers on Lookfanstactic Canada be carefulls. The products are shipped fromage UK not Canada and you Mayer have to deal with canadien customs to get your purchase.
I was supposed to receive my delivery between 4 & 11 Feb. They've just told me it could take up to the end is the month. Just be aware
I have been a loyal customer for several years without any problems, however I don't think I will ever use this website again. I purchased a Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume, which I have been using for years, so when I first sprayed it I could immediately smell the difference. It smelled sour and after an hour the scent was completely gone, so clearly this is a fake or an old product. I tried contacting the site to arrange a return, where there asked me for details and photos. After giving them the details I tried uploading the photos of the bottle, but you can max upload 3MB and my photos were 6.3 MB and 5.7, so I asked for another way to send them these. This was ignored and I was told my claim was 'videregivet til vores efterforskningsteam til gennemgang'. How is an investigation team going to solve this? At this point it feels like they are trying to make it so difficult to return the product and get my money back that I'll just give up. Be very carefull before purchasing expensive items from this website
I ordered a product from Look Fantastic - it was not delivered within the 10 days they said it would be. When I tracked it - they said I gave the wrong address (I did not). When I contacted Look Fantastic customer service, they gave me the wrong courier company name and so I had to contact their customer service again. They then told me to contact the courier company myself and organize to collect the package myself - laughable considering I had paid extra for delivery! Finally having trawled through the Look Fantastic site to find the name of the courier company, I contacted them directly and they told me that they had contacted Look Fantastic for a contact telephone number in order to deliver the package but the no body from Look Fantastic got back to them.
I found the customer service team at Look Fantastic utterly useless at resolving this situation and would not use Look Fantastic in the future, in fact I would go so far as to say that I would dissuade a friend from using Look Fantastic.
I placed two orders on same day. One received with all fake items and the other one never received. Lost around 300 Dollers
I HAD ORERED A BABY QUASAR SET ON DEC 2,2017... ITS JAN 3,2018 AND STILL NO NEWS. I HAVE WRITTEN SEVERAL TIMES TO THEM; NO NEWS OF REFUND EITHER. CAN SOMEONE HELP

I put the first experience as a one off... 2nd time more drivel about can't get couriers to deliver as its after black friday... RUBBISH... other companies manage without fail.

So this amazing company in the end is such a horrible people. I live in tenerife and made a subscription on a Beaty Box. I had a problem with the Taxes here which they were asking me to pay 17 euros for the delivery. But maybe it is not lookfantastic problem BUT the delivery was written FREE, so i assume they have to check it before writing that it is FREE.
After i texted them everything, asking for understanding and saying that i want to cancel the subscription because of unexpected tax. They didnt want to CANCEL, they didnt want to change the adress of delivery. Than later they said that they will REFUND the money whenever boxes are back to them. In the end the were for approx a month or more saying that they didnt deliver anything. And than i knew from the post offices here, that the boxes were sent to them long time ago nd delivered. And even one of the boxes they refused to get back. After i wrote to them everything in details. They said to me, that they r working with the 40 days refund policy, about which i never heard before.
Im from asia, i ordered last december 28 2014 but until now i never recieve my order, i contacted them many times. Poor customer service.
I shop online all the time and this has been the worst experience so far! I ordered three products back in April and didn't receive my order at all, it was returned to the sender. Since then I have been in contact with the customer service, asking whether they have received the package back. I keep getting the same copy-paste "Sorry for the inconvenience" message. I got in touch with German delivery service which informed me that my package was handed over to their delivery service on 15th of May! From then I cannot track the package on my own and the customer service is apparently to lazy to phone the delivery service and inquire where the package is! If they havent't received it back in more than 3 months, then it apparently got lost somewhere, which is again not my fault. I keep asking for a refund, because I spent 135 euros! And I keep getting the same copy-paste answers all time. None of my questions have been answered and no solution proposed. In short, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER / COMPLETE NIGHTMARE / NEVER AGAIN!
