I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say. Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores. They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons. 2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!
Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Hope that if you purchase from them you have no issues. They have no number or in person locations. The online enquiry system results in different agents responding each time and not taking the time to review even the last message. After 7 weeks my product issue still hasn't been resolved
I ordered on 27 Oct and they informed me that the order will be delivered by 10 Nov, After waiting i got in touch with them and they said you have to wait for 30 days in order for them to check and raise a missing order. After 30 days i contacted them again and they reply you asking someone else received your order maybe neighbour or someone else in the hotel and you have to reply them with your home address. After 3 days you will get a form DOR what they call it and you need to fill in all the details again with your signature. This they request you so that they can check with the courier company. I had checked with the courier company after 20 days when placing the order and they said we never received any such item from Look fantastic. Its been more than 40 days and i have no clue where is my order. Make sure you dont get cheated as they have stupid customer service and each one will ask you the same questions back and forth for months.
I ordered and never got my order! They claim it takes 60 days to ship an item from UK to Europe. That's ridiculous and I doubt I will receive my items. I should have checked the reviews, but they are buried in the search engine.

I never got my order. Fastway never even attempt to deliver. I contacted the customer service which is horrific and useless to deal with. I have been trying to resolve this a week now but nothing so far. This company is a waste of money and your time. Use some other company with trustworthy delivery service! I will honestly never use this company again.

Repeatedly sent me emails offering 20% discount. As soon as I put items in the basket the discount code is invalid. Emailed them and was told it was because the item I was looking to buy - Jane Iredale pure pressed powder refill was already discounted. Googled the item and it was the sane price everywhere else or cheaper. Would not buy from them on principle.
A month later have not recieved products a month later, customer service no help at all, meaningless sentiments for 10 says now about how they are 'looking into it'. And asking to give them my details again. The worst experience with a online shopping yet.

We order an item at the beginning of Nov. 33 days later, we receive an email stating they ran out of the product as too many were ordered over the previous weekend. What? So you sent out all the orders to ppl who placed their orders over black Friday shopping weekend instead of honoring an order that was placed a month prior. Absolute non sense. Get your $#*! together

Have successfully bought from this website in the past but its very hard to remove old postal addresses from account (if possible) and recent order has gone to the wrong address despite the right one being selected. Company claim that because they have delivered to 'the given' address then they have completed the order. Customer services hard to contact and generic. Have no interest in problems like this. I'm £70 out of pocket. I wouldn't risk it again.
Previously used to purchase from look fantastic with no problems. But with my last order I realised as I pressed accept order that the delivery address was incorrect. I then msg them advising correct one straight away. Didn't get a response so called and was told I needed to cancel order online. Tried to do this but their own website wouldn't allow me. Contacted again to be told they would do this either at warehouse or courier. I then received a Hermes notification advising it had been put through letter box. Called again and MSG again to be basically told not their fault and would advise I go to my old address. Such bad customer service seems to be a classic computer says no and didn't carry out promises to cancel.
I entered an order, while tracking it showed that the order had been "recalled" which they show as a "return". My credit card was already charged and they kept a nice 28% tip by not fully refunding the charge. DO NOT do business with Lookfantastic!

I purchased some items, on lookfantastic.ca and was not told at all that I would be charged duty and taxes.
It is a.CA website so as a consumer you believe it is a company located in Canada.
Even at checkout it doesn't not say anywhere that you will incur additional costs.
After speaking to customer service they in essence told me I'm SOL and the information is located in the terms and conditions.
Just based on how deceitful this is I would encourage anyone to reconsider purchasing with Look Fantastic and send your business elsewhere

Complete SHAM of a company... Been waiting weeks with no show of order. Customer service both in Spain and UK completely useless. Neither respond or help. They have certaintly messed the wrong customer about as I will be taking every action possible against this company regardless of the value of order. This company should NOT be in operation! Save yourselves all the hassle!
This item was defective after a couple of months. Returned to LF in March and have a Fedex proof of receipt by LF on 15 March. Two months later, this return is still pending. LF has informed me that they cannot locate the returned item in their warehouse and they need to do a manual search. I have sent numerous reminders and been told the same thing: the warehouse has not responded. I have a proof of receipt so the fact they cannot locate the item is irrelevant but they refuse to give me a refund. Especially stressful as it is in relation to a high value product. I have stopped purchasing from LF and will inform my friends and followers of this experience. I will also stop purchasing from Cult Beauty and HQ Hair as they are all owned by THG, the parent company of LF,

I paid for my order with PayPal and it said my order went through. They tried to tell me there was a problem with my transaction and I needed to give them my credit card information! So you can charge me twice? No thanks! I told them to cancel my order.
My first and last purchase with lookfantastic. Lots of false advertising on their website. It says ships out your order the next day which is a lie. My order was pending for more than a week and only changed to "shipped" until I wrote a complain. The shipped status remained for more than another week and I have not received my order. I wrote to them again yesterday and they said they can't do anything because I selected standard shipping that is NOT tracked and that the shipping can take up to 30 DAYS! Never buying from them again. Be warned!
BUYERS BEWARE lookfantastic's gift promotions! I made purchases to qualify for a free gift promotion they were running. However, they shipped my orders without gifts, and proceeded to cancel them off the orders.
I would have expected for them to notify me that they had no gifts available anymore during the purchasing process. Alternatively, I would have hoped that they honored their terms #23, "we reserve the right to change the free gift for a gift of equivalent vale".
Customer service representatives offered me instead a $5 store credit which is only amounts to 4% of the gift value. They said that "Free gifts are subject to availability". They still have the item in stock. If promotion funds ran out, they should inform of this shortage at the moment I was making the order.
I feel this company runs shady gift promotions to lure customers to buy more and then claim the promotion was not available after the fact. I advise everyone to be beware the company's free gift promotions.
I'm disappointed with Lookfantastic. I placed the order in Aug 2020. I paid extra money for DHL express service but the delivery method showed standard delivery. I asked their service team twice. They replied would look Into the issue and get back to me. However, no reply up to now. Their website claimed that the order will be dispatched in 24 hours but I kept receiving emails saying the the order postponed to next 48 hours in first 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, no amendment have made to the wrong delivery method. Also, no more updates for the dispatch process. They even refuse to cancel the order. I can only keep waiting and hope they will solve the problem some day.
Appalling customer service if there's a problem beware of this company theirs returns policy is obscene and not present on their website. Used the foundation matcher it arrived a bright orange colour and they won't allow a return even when I stated that the product was not sealed when it arrived.

I ordered 3 Label M products and none of them are the real thing. I usually buy directly from my hairdresser so i know the quality, smell & end result. These are not the same. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering again.
Ordered some make-up, got an email saying item had despatched. Three days later, item still hadn't arrived. Spoke to customer services who said it was on its way but could take upto 14 days to arrive. Nowhere does it say delivery could take that long - had I known I would have ordered elsewhere. Ridiculous.
I was reluctant to order with all of the bad reviews, but I took the plunge anyways. I got my order shipped within a week and a half, to Canada. It was Bourjois foundation at the correct colour arrived with no issues, so obviously the place is legit. Don't worry about the "scam reviews" Most likely they are an issue with the mailing service and not the actual retailer.
Don't even think of ordering anything from them I got a bottle of serum half empty and had to fight for a week to send it back. 13 times filling out their online forms which don't work. You get emails from people that are "no-replies" meaning that you have to go to their website to reply to them and then the new person know nothing
To add insult to injury, you have to pay to return items that are faulty.
I subscribed to their beauty box and didn't receive one box.
Contacted them via twitter, got a standard response to message them the details so they can look further, which i did and got no reply ever since, so i don't really know if they actually send it, or was sent but got lost due to NO tracking number.
Trying to unsubscribe now, but there is no one that cares about it since i am getting no reply whatsoever.
I am aware though that the real value of a box with 4-5 samples is not 50£ as they say since you can buy samples in a bulk with just a few cents, but the whole idea of receiving a gift from yourself appealed to me.
The customer service is incompetent if existing and that should be fixed, if not the Cust service then the owners way of thinking, which is mainly profit focused and not customer satisfaction.

Absolutely agree with most of reviews! Scam awful company! Misleading shady dishonest horrible customer service! I would recomend to stay away as its west of time any way! They send promotions to email you buy thing then they would just cancel by telling it's not in stock! However, it's still on website! After millions calls to useless customer service they would tell you there was pricing error you not gonna get your items! As I send west of people time! Plus very very dishonest and shady!
I just received a foot spa that I ordered and it is used. Firstly it is very unhygienic to be using a foot spa that someone else has already used and secondly if I wanted a second hand item, I would have purchased it from eBay or gumtree.
This site is a scam! They sent the first few orders that I had with them, then the last two orders haven't arrived and they refuse to refund me. They claimed to re-send the products which also never arrived. I've been trying to resolve the issue for 6 months now! This site is a scam, don't buy from them!
