Allison, a great Pyrenees foster dog who prior to rescue was used to roaming at will, dug her way out of a huge two acre fenced yard and went for a neighborhood "meet and greet". Within one hour of posting on lostmydoggie.com she was back at her foster home. Numerous people immediately began calling her foster mom to report seeing her and one kept her foster mom on the phone while following Allison until she could get there to pick her up. Lostmydoggie.com, along with dog tags and microchips is an important tool in the rescue toolbox. One we never want to have to use but very important when it becomes necessary.

While my cat did come home on her own it made me feel reassured knowing that many people could see her missing poster and that local shelters and vets knew she was missing in case someone found her and brought her to one of them. I live in a a fairly rural area and when my dogs got out of their fenced yard, they had lots of room to roam AND a heavily traveled road. They were found almost 8 miles away, mostly because Lostmydoggie.com sent out alerts to rescue organizations and individuals. My pets were located separate from each other by different people, but they all knew how to contact Carolyn one of the Grainger County Human society rescuers. My dogs are safe now thanks to a lot of people getting the word through lostmydoggie.com

My dog went missing from the yard on 7/23/16. My property boarders State Game Lands in all directions, it was almost hopeless! I am happy to say she has been recovered as of 7/27/16. Although I did not use all of the services on this site, the free services were fantastic!. The flyers I printed out and the information provided were extremely helpful and gave me hope. I want to say that I would have used the phone service, had I not gotten any results from the flyers. Since the flyer I printed out was so well put together, and I drove around and bugged my neighbors every day, I didn't need to have them called too. We had an excellent experience with lostmydoggie.com when our two dogs went missing for 24 hours. We purchased the $90 package, which allowed us access to the flyer, sent 25 faxes and 10 emails to area shelters and vets, and made 500 calls to area homes. The woman who confirmed my order upgraded me to 700 calls to local homes, with no extra fee, since we had two dogs that had gone missing. The lady who ended up having our dogs, who showed up on her back porch, received one of these automated calls and called us right away. This service brought our dogs home. Awesome service! When my friend's 2 dogs recently got loose I found this site online and signed up right away. The registration is simple and quick, which is important when your dogs are missing. The calls went out within an hour, and my friends started receiving calls from folks who had sited the dogs soon after. The dogs had been missing for 24 hours in winter weather so we were very worried. From the callers who received the phone message they were able to track the dogs and found them! They were cold and had a few minor scratches from being in the woods, but were otherwise fine. They are now safe at home with their family. The people at lostmydoggie.com communicated with us by phone and email and showed genuine concern for our situation. You never want to lose a pet, but if it does happen, I strongly recommend this site!

I have to post a huge "THANK YOU" to the folks at lostmydoggie.com. When we lost our 11 month old Australian Shepherd pup, we were devastated. Lostmydoggie.com provided the means to quickly and efficiently distribute an alert along with a photo poster to all surrounding shelters and vets. That's a chore that would take time away from our ongoing search of the area. But it was the neighborhood alert calls that paid off. We began receiving calls right away from people who had sighted her, which helped us to narrow our search. With the help of our local Animal Control, we caught her on Monday morning, June 15th... a happy day with a very happy ending for one very happy and lucky pup!

Incredible experience with lostmydoggie.com. I can't say enough good things about this site. We have had our dog run off twice now. Once because my husband thought our dog loved him enough to stay by him without her leash on and the second when my toddlers left the front door open to play in the yard.
