I found a little dog wandering around alone in my neighborhood on 5/6 so I took him home. I posted him on lostmydoggie.com and immediately flyer were created and sent to shelters nearby, I was able to print flyers and I put them up around my neighborhood. Then on 5/9 the dog's owner contacted me to claim him! She was so happy to find her dog Chip. He had snuck out of the backyard fence. Her daughter saw Chips lostmydoggie posting online. It was a happy ending for Chip and his family:-)

Is a great way to make a flyer to spread around the internet and to make copies of to post around neighborhood.
It was suggested to me to look at night with a flashlight, when things were quite, and call her name, and shake the treat bag (or do what ever she knows means food is near). So I did all around the neighborhood and she finally came out two blocks from home. The sharing and caring is awesome... we are both so happy she's now home :)

My dog was found the same day the calls started. Two people called us in the morning after receiving the alert to give us a different address where she had been sighted. My son went there and found her hiding underneath some bushes. Thanks to my son actively looking for her, and this service, we finally found her and took her home. I really recommend it!

Thanks to Lostmykitty.com, several of my neighbors kept an eye out for my little grey cat, who fled the day I got her. One of those neighbors, who also got my original Facebook post, caught her this morning after first spotting her several days ago. She is now home and safe.

My dog although had been missing for four days I put up fliers called around And had no luck I stumbled across this site posted in the missing dog ad And within 20 minutes I had a phone call from the SPCA that they checked the website and had a dog with his description! What a wonderful site! My cat escaped from my house on Thursday morning. Was so overwhelmed with what steps to take. Started calling vets in my area and was giving this website. Not only did the email all nearby animal places but generated a flyer so I could start posting. My baby wound up coming home Sunday night crying by my window. In the process we were able to find another lost cat that looked just liked my baby due to all my flyers. This site is amazing! If wasn't for all the post from everyone else that found their lost loved one I think I would of lost faith. Very comforting to know there are great people still out there willing to help in a time of so much hate. I learned never to lose faith through this experience and very grateful!

I would like to thank everyone's efforts in finding my little Moochie. He was missing for 3 long weeks. A neighbor that knew where he lived, held him for ransom. The reward. What a horrible thing to put someone thru. I'm just glad he's home.

We came home late to find Serena gone. After searching for almost an hour and a restless night I couldn't sleep and started posting information on any site I could find that would alert shelters as all of the ones in our area don't open until noon. I found lostmydoggie.com just by searching Google to see what was out there. I setup my account and chose the free service with poster to email out and share on Facebook and Twitter that was only $18, well worth it! Literally no lie 2 mins after I posted and account was activated I got a phone call from an animal control unit that was patrolling in his truck and he saw my post with pictures and description and they found my Dog! Nala returned this morning after 2 days missing. Her leash was cut in half so we assume she had gotten it caught on something in the woods and eventually chewed her way off the leash.
