I am very grateful first of all to God for my pets making it home safe. Lost my doggie dot com, was very helpful from the very start, these are actual people that do care for not only the well being of your lost pet, but are motivated on do the best they can on trying to get your pets home and safely. They use every resource of the internet media they have to get the word and photos out of your pet/family member out there to as many people as they can and they email you to stay updated on both ends, yours and there's. The free flyer LostMyDoggie generated was excellent. It was worth the extra money to have them email/fax that to all the pet related operations in the area.

Our pet was not found through any of that simply because we live in a rural area,. 5 mile from a neighbor. The cat didn't travel very far from home but had a lot of places to hide and would not come out when we called. We spotted him 2 weeks after he was out and ended up using a live-catch trap to catch him. He is now relaxed and recovering (resting a lot) from his ordeal.

My Griffie came home this morning on his own, after missing for five days! After 12 1/2 agonizing days our baby Smoky Joe is back home safely! It's sad that people will try and benefit off of other people's pain and suffering. Seeing animals as a way to claim a reward and not as somebodies loved one. I'm so grateful for this site, you guys helped us with GREAT tips on how to go about trying to get him back. Snuggles was gone for four days and three nights when she turned up on the front patio last night about 8:00! She was none the worse for wear, and when I asked her where she had been, she would only stare at me with her big yellow eyes and twitch her tail. I think she was telling me that the fireworks over the last few days scared her off and she was too afraid to come out until they had stopped!

I appreciated having LostMyDoggie.com available on which to post my missing cat--it made me feel like I was doing everything possible to help get her safely returned home. I'm sure people in my area were reached who might not have otherwise heard about Snuggles missing, and a vigilant neighbor spotted Snuggles and left me a voice mail message just before I got home to find her myself.

When your life is put on hold and your chest is ready to burst because your heart is just so broken you need to know where to turn to find that lost family member in my case the best DOG in the world. Less than 12 hours after posting on LostMydoggie our dog Ruby was returned to us! A woman brought her into her local vet's office, who had received the faxed flier just a couple of hours earlier. They remembered seeing the flier and called me. 15 minutes later we were reunited! Ruby was only 1/4 mile away but I wouldn't have known if it were not for this website. I was up until at least 12am searching online for clinics and rescues to help find my lost kitten. I stumbled onto this website and immediately completed an 'amber alert'. What a fantastic service! The very next day around 4:00, I received a phone call from a neighbor who got a call from another neighbor that she got a recorded message. She immediately called me to tell me her neighbor across the street had my lost kitten and he was safe and sound. She gave me his phone number and I immediately called him. No more than 15 minutes later - he was in my arms again. Sad for them as they started getting attached to the little fella, but we are less than a mile away and they will visit him.

Thank you again for a wonderful wonderful service you provide! My one suggestion would be to advertise this service better (through local vets, clinics, flyers, etc) because not many people know it exists. It is worth every penny!

I lost my dog on Christmas Eve and it was a horrible experience I never want to go through again. We searched for hours and went around our entire neighborhood everyday until the day he came back which was the 28th. He was missing four days. Luckily, he found his way home and was scratching on our door that morning. Even though no one called because they saw the flyers, this website is GREAT! Everything was really easy to use and input. If you have a lost pet PLEASE do all you can to find them! If someone has your pet, such as an animal shelter or vet they will contact you as long as you sent out that alert. If you don't have money for some of the other packages just get the free one! Anything helps! You can also print out the flyer they made for you and post them around town just like I did. I hope this helped, don't worry you will find your dog!

It's too bad more people aren't on this! I do rescue out of my home and pick up dogs off the street. In the area where I live they are almost always someone's pet and not actually a stray. Not to mention when I see a post about their lost pet I have probably referred this service a 100+ times. Every time I have used the service the animals have been reunited with their family in two days or less! Compared to before knowing about this service I could have someone's pet for weeks or months before we find each other even with me making old school flyers and getting them out. That's time consuming. The site takes your info and generates a flyer for you on top of getting it out to local shelters, rescues & people on their mailing list in one swift action! It's awesome! I also that they do have a free option that has to help out a lot of people I know it certainly helps me. My recent success was a day and a half and the pup is now home with her family. Everyone should join!

I absolutely love this service! I run a rescue in Alabama, and many people request my help in sharing information about their lost pets or pets they find. I always use lostmydoggie.com to make flyers and share both on Facebook and by giving out flyers in person. With the help of lostmydoggie.com, we have reunited quite a few pets and owners! This service helped my sanity when my best friend went missing. Shortly after posting to Lostmydoggie.com, my flyer was picked up by a member who thanklessly posted it to a local Facebook group, where I received plenty of support that led to me reuniting with Bruce while he was in line to be turned into the shelter the following day. Rowdy, my elusive miniature schnauzer runner is home! We found him at the Prince
Georges County Humane Society shelter online, and we just picked him up this morning! He was gone for 4 days and we had no idea where he was. He had somehow made his way from District Heights, MD to Lanham, MD - 13 miles away! I want to thank everyone for their prayers and suggestions for locating our little boy. When I called to find out exactly what they had done for 120.00 they promised me a e-mail with the info never got. They don't return phone calls and none of my neighbors, vets or shelters received any missing pet notifications.
This is a waste of money preying on hopeless pet owners and gave me a false sense of security that they were helping find my dog. He is now dead because of their negligence.
