Lotus Leggings

I recently bought a pair of LotusXtm. I could not be happier with these. They're comfy, the print is cute, and they stay in place during an asana practice. And the price point is super friendly.

I ordered two pairs of LotusX leggings to swim in the ocean to prevent sunburn, and after wearing the same pair in the ocean every day for 10 days, I had to order two more pairs! They were SO great - not once did I feel like they stretched in the water, never felt like they were dragging, and their color is still great! WONDERFUL option for scuba diving, snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking, etc! No sunscreen necessary!

Had a little problem with the shipping, but Lotusleggings.com was able to fix it. The helsdesk is very kind and responds swiftly.

Very comfortable leggings that makes you look skinny and sexy with a unique colorful style. The shipping took a bit longer than expected but the support is always fast and helpful

I accidentally placed an order for two pairs of leggings at full price when trying to get the buy one get one free $20 special. I contacted support via web ticket immediately.

Through 15 emails and 3 hours of phone calls I wasn't able to get anyone to cancel my order within 24 hours of placing. Or to refund my order within 5 days of package delivery << DESPITE this being within their policy.

Every time I email support they tell me to call the VIP hotline. And every time I call the VIP hotline I am told to email support. Neither can see the orders in eachother's systems and no one could find my order by email, name, address, order number, or even by my credit card.

Despite my order being unable to be located, it was delivered << despite my trying to cancel it. And I hate the leggings. Shiny, cheap looking, with seams at the waist that snap and break when I put the leggings on. When I contacted for a refund at 3 days after receipt (their policy is 5 days) I was told no refund could be issued because package was delivered.

I've never had such a poor customer service experience. I wound up having to file a charge back request with my bank to try to make headway.

WARNING: DON'T GIVE LOTUS LEGGINGS ANY PAYMENT INFO.
They ripped me off. Stole my money because they signed me up to a payment plan without my consent and I only got refunded for 1 pair they charged me for when it should have been 2.
I can't deal with talking to the rude person about it any longer because they have no idea and it's just not worth the $65 return.
Most of the leggings aren't good quality, I got 2 good and 4 bad. Terrible.

This is my favorite pair of leggings yet! The design looks even better in person and the fit is perfect. 10/10 would buy more. Actually have another pair on the way and I cant wait!

Great pants with lots of cool designs. I get lots of compliments on them when I work out! I will be ordering more from this company because they always come upwards with new. Fun patterns!

The leggings came within reasonable time, they had the desired measurements and were easy to track. I do NOT like the new logo on the middle of the thigh, however. It really breaks the design.

Fast shipping and great print quality. I'm a size L in American Apparel leggings. I could use a little more stretch in the Lotus Leggings- and I even sized up to XL! That's all folks.

They're so perfect, so many styles and lots of new designs, and plenty of sizing for everyone.
They're a great fit and people always compliment them when I'm wearing with their leggings or crops :)

I stupidly decided to sign up for the Lotus Crate Box subscription. I immediately canceled online through their "costumer portal" as instructed to after reading their "return and cancellation policy". I removed my credit card info etc HOWEVER it was too LATE because they had already billed my card for the entire 12 months up front instead of a monthly payment. I've tried contacting them by email numerous times with ZERO response. I am beyond frustrated. They sent me 1 pair of leggings that have COST me $168! And I will NEVER deal with a business that does not have a phone number for customer service. I have no idea if my emails have ever been read, I assume not because of the complete lack of service or response. Plus Lotus Leggings has a "F" rating with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) because of so many complaints just like mine. This company is a SCAM.

The leggings are fantastic. Small issue with sizing but the company is more than happy to resolve the issue. Recommended. I will purchase from them again soon.

Love all of the designs, leggings fit but are a tad long (not really an issue). Shipping came within time frame but was international. Love my leggings!

100% satisfied with this company and absolutely love my leggings. They are comfortable, soft, fit amazingly. The shipping took awhile but they are definitely worth the wait.

When I got my leggings inwasbsaf tobrealizebthey didnt quite fit. I emailed Lotus Leggings righr away and they got back to me quick as a flash with super simple instructions for me to exchange them for a size that fit. Super awesome service, my bew leggings will be I'm their way soon and I cant wait!
