Love love love the leggings, I went up a size which was perfect, usually I am a medium in New Zealand but I brought Larges and they at great. Completely squat proof which is what I was after.

Love my new leggings. They tuck my tummy well. Didnt have any issues with the company at all! Would order again :)

Great fit and feel for the price. Order came daily quickly too! Don't love the logo on the front leg but still worth the purchase. I would buy again.

Everything runs smoothly until you want to exchange an item or receive a refund. Is there anyone out there who has actually EVER successfully exchanged an item from Lotus Leggings or received a refund? I believe not. Lotus Leggings have a long history of bad customer service. The Lotus Leggings website states: "Contact us at *******@lotusleggings.com for a return mailing address." The use of the indefinite article "a" is significant. A return mailing address. Any address, lol. The return mailing address quoted to me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background. Their other return mailing addresses include a random US post office!

Good quality, fits as described. Shipping took longer than I had hoped but since it was free, I didnt mind.

Ordered two pair of leggings for my daughter on Dec. 17th. Received an email from Lotus Leggings that order was being prepared for shipment. Sent an email to their customer support on December 29th and again on January 10th. No response to either inquiry and no delivery of order as of Jan. 18th.

This company has an F rating from the BBB. I now know why. Constant and repeated complaints about non-delivery of merchandise from customers. This company is a bunch of shysters and rip-off artists.

If you have been ripped off by this company, you can contact the BBB of Greensboro, NC and file a complaint. You can also file a dispute with your credit card issuer to try and get a refund.

[Update] Received a response from Lotus Leggings after posting my review. Unfortunately it was a typical blow-off response used by online merchants to deflect negative comments and "look like" they are actually being responsive to customer complaints on review websites. Typically there is no intention to resolve the concerns that resulted in the negative review.

Lotus Leggings has all of my contact info from emails to their customer support and a complaint filed with the BBB in Greensboro, NC. Just another indication that they are running a scam operation.

Got mermaid leggins they were wrong size but they will send a right size pair. I was pleased with their very fast response to my email. Thanks :)

I wore it today at the gym for the first time. They are Perfectly fitted leggings. Plus the pockets to put my phone in it.
