They stole my friends photo, without permission, and gave zero credit. Then blocked her on social media, and has been deleting comments on their facebook page to prevent people from finding out about their illegal activities.

I bought 2 pairs of leggings the same size and they don't fit the same. Customer service has not followed through.

Before ordering from Lotus ladies Ive done my research I measured my body, I then spoke with a representative from Lotus leggings And they told me the leggings size that I should get I then went and ordered on 31 August I did not receive the leggings until the 18 of September Every single pair of leggings I received Did not fit! Except for the black leggings with the gun on it. I then proceeded to contact customer service about the Leggins and they wanted me to pay to ship them all back. I got upset and explain to them that it was their representative who suggested me to get that size and it was incorrect. After going back-and-forth with another representative they finally replaced all of the pier of leggings that could not fit and let me keep the ones that were wrong which is a nice touch but here it is 25 September And I still do not have almost $200 worth of merchandise that I brought which is unacceptable. They shouldve also washed the shipping because of their mistake now I have no leggings except for one pair and its more than a month that it will take Me To get the other leggings that shouldnt happen like that on top of give me the other leggings they shouldve also expedited shipping so I can get all my items faster. Not too happy that I still cant wear the leggings that Ive been waiting over a year to buy!
