Great quality! Always have sales and good prices, they look exactly as pictured. Be sure to refer to the size chart before ordering. Super soft and fit great. Will be ordering again.

Pretty disappointed in Lotus Leggings.

I was sent the wrong pair of leggings and emailed them a couple times about needing them to exchange for the correct pair. It took DAYS for them to get back to me, and the moment I brought up getting the correct pair exchanged at their expense (them covering the shipping cost), they disappeared.

I then took to Facebook and reached out to them about the same issue. At this point, I was frustrated because I just wanted a simple response about shipping, but their customer service is terrible and I couldn't get one. They requested photos of the items, so I sent photos of two pairs of leggings in the original packaging. It showed the message was read at 2:52 p.m. on Monday. By Wednesday, I had not heard back so I messaged again about the leggings, and I have yet to receive a response.

Customer service for Lotus Leggings is absolutely terrible. The moment you talk about a refund/exchange, money or it costing them anything (I was initially only asking for shipping to be covered since it was their error), they disappear. I order a ton of leggings online, and suggest my favorites to my friends who do they same. I was really looking forward to continuing to order from Lotus Leggings, but I absolutely will never shop here again and have suggested to my friends that they do not either, as the customer service is terrible.

All because I wanted them to send me the pair of leggings I ordered, after they sent me the wrong pair.

I love the leggings I got. I brought two pairs and they for perfectly. I get compliments all the time. Only need a referral system so can capitalize on the people interested.

I bought 2 pairs and was disappointed by the quality. These leggings are super see-through. I dont recommend this at all. I have gotten better quality leggings for a better price. Ugh.

Love the design of my octopus leggings and because of the stretchy material, they fit really well. One point deducted at the rating because they tend to slide down the hips a bit when running...

I was starting to get frustrated with the shipping time, and emailed customer service. They informed me it takes 1-4 WEEKS FOR shipping (as an Amazon prime member, this is really long for me) so i expected to wait a while longer. THE NEXT DAY my leggings arrived (after 2 weeks). Opened the package, and expected to be disappointed bc they looked Small...
I ordered a 2x (i wear a 15/17) and I was pretty nervous slipping my feet into them. Then I pulled them up... and then I kept pulling them up... I didn'thave to struggle, they fit! PERFECTLY! I will order more from them and I now I know it will be SO WORTH IT!

LotusLeggings is an up and coming company that has a lot to offer and a lot to still discover and improve on also. I received a gift card for christmas and after reading reviews and taking my measurements I ended up with 5 pair of leggings that were too big for me AND I had to pay for them because the gift card instructions weren't clear enough on how to redeem. I emailed LotusLeggings about the mixup and received only one generic response which said someone would respond to me soon. After about a week or so and a few more unanswered emails from me, I just decided to gift those (fortunately I know someone in that size who I like enough to give $60 dollars of leggings to) and try again with my measurements and getting the gift card to load. My second order has finally arrived after about 2 weeks. It could have been sooner, as I observed when watching the tracking that it literally spent a week bouncing around the suburbs of Los Angeles.
These are so far looking like very comfortable sturdy leggings and I love the beautiful designs. The original order is also fitting my friend well and holding up to wear and washing so far. At this point I am recommending this site to friends with the instruction to be careful on measurements and expect them to take awhile. As for customer service, I'm hoping that LotusLeggings has more luck in the future with efforts in this department as that seems to be their main area of improvement needed.

I ordered mine on Feb 15 and ita lready Feb 22 I have yet top receive anything from them! Not even a tracking no. I am beginning to suspect this is a scam company as I noticed many who bought did not receive their leggings. I have written twice to them and I have not heard from them - I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company on the suspect of scam company. Totally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They do run small. I usually wear an xs and I ordered a small.... They were a bit too snug. They are just right as far as material not showing skin during various exercises.

It fits perfectly, the size is ok, the design is very cool and they feel very very comfortable. I will buy other leggings again from this website.
