I seriously had my first online scam. I am a frequent online shopper and am very opposed to purchasing fake or replica brands. This website is built very smart. It shows all the links such as customer service, contact us, return policy etc but I failed to click those links as I was eager to receive some beautiful shoes for my wedding day.

The customer service responded to my initial request for an inquiry but when I requested a refund I was asked to take pictures and email the problem with the product. Its been 5 days since I've heard back and I've emailed daily. I don't think they are giving me my money back. I am nervous to send them back and be stuck without a shoe or money.

If you are looking to purchase authentic items look elsewhere. I had them inspected by an officer and they are definitely a fake.
