“Doesn't work with Visa Platinum”

Very bad. The app won't let me register an account for my Visa Platinum card. I contacted their customer service and got a copy-paste reply telling me to try the password again if I couldn't log in. This was not what I had asked for. When I mentioned that this was not what I was asking about, they stopped replying to my emails.

I suggest you do not apply for a card that works with Loungekey as you may end up like me without access. Thankfully there are alternatives.
