I booked our vacation and immediately changed the airline. The change in airline caused a refund, which was sent to Skybird, a 3rd party booking company. It has been 5 months, and I have already completed the travel. I have yet to receive my refund. I keep getting told the "team" is working on it, but I cannot get an accurate update or speak with a manager. The customer service is horrible and do not recommend.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH LOVE VACATION OR LOVE HOLIDAY
