Nine years ago we bought wedding bands and a couple months ago I lost mine. There isn't another company out there that can match the quality and price so I ordered another one just like it. They made the new ring and shipped it to me but two days after it came my wife found the old one in yard badly damaged and bent almost an eighth of an inch out of round. Because it's actually two rings together fixing it was a complicated and difficult process but they were able to do it. See the before and after pics. They just charged me $50 labor and shipping and refunded the balance for the new ring. Hopefully I will never buy another wedding ring but I can certainly encourage others to choose them.
Affordable, but the pros end there. My engraving was terribly wrong, so I sent it back to get it fixed. It was also a little tight, so I asked for it to be made larger. I got it back at the same size (which is actually much smaller than real ring sizes-at least half a size off). I sent it back again, but they lied about the size and tried to make me pay for it. These guys just want to suck you dry and have terrible quality assurance. You would probably save time and money at an actual jeweler.
I ordered my wedding band from this website. The band in the picture was a great design, very cool and very original. The band that showed up in my mailbox looked nothing like the band that I received, it looked like an 8 year old with a dremel carved a pattern into my ring. This was a $2300 platinum ring, and it looks like a $50 ring.
I am going to attempt to return it, I will follow up with my results.
AWFUL! Stay away! I was sent the wrong ring size and a diamond in the band was actually cracked and several stones were missing prongs. Spoke to someone from the company who was EXTREMELY rude and told me I asked for the wrong size and I cracked the stone even though I am not even married yet and have never even worn the ring. I am filing a BBB complaint. You get what you pay for and these people are very rude and nasty on top of it.
I order a wedding band on 10/25. The email I received confirming the order said 2 days delivery. I called them 2 weeks after to ask about my ring and they told me that it would take another week. I called two weeks after and got no answer, left a voicemail. I called the following day same story, and sent an email. Called the following day and finally someone picked up the phone (same person always picks up the phone). That person started screaming to me asking me why I was calling them so often. When I told the person that I was just wanting to know what was going on with my order he yelled at me saying that they had sent me an email today. I explained him that as I was driving I haven't gotten the chance to check on my emails. Then he said that I should read my emails before calling them to ask questions about my order. I got very upset with his answer as I was only inquiring about a ring that I paid $1,300 for it. I told him that it was my right to ask about something that I paid for and that they should provide good quality service, that was the least they can do for their customers. He kept on saying that I should call them anymore. I asked for a supervisor or a manager and the person wouldn't transfer my call. I cancelled my order and I don't know if I'm going to get my money back. I opened a dispute with my credit card company. After a month delay, I don't understand why someone who's providing you a service, can get upset when you are asking for your goods. The least I was expecting it was an apology. If you want to be treated as you deserve, don't do any business with these guys!

Joy, called us 6 months after her purchase, for full refund and claiming that we send her a wrong size ring. We offered her a resizing but she claims that we also send her ring with cracked diamonds. It was obvious she used third party to resize her ring and they will damage the ring and she was trying to get a full refund after 6 months. We did receive a complaint from BBB and we did respond to her complaint then BBB resolve the issue on our favor. She was calling us names over the phone but we were still offering her to fix her ring free of charge even it wasn't our fault.
