Terrible customer service - Initially, I had to contact the merchant by both email and site access at least 5-6 times to check status of an order which took over 2 weeks to ship without explanation. I never received any return email notice or confirmation that they were aware of my concerns and were addressing them. Then 3 or 4 days after asking Lovivi to cancel my order it came in the mail. When I checked contents, there was one item missing (which happened to be the most expensive item) and I immediately sent messages by email and website again. I have sent 4 or 5 messages over the last several days and again nothing from the merchant. I have asked for a refund if they will not make good on the shipment of the missing item. THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR MESSAGES LEFT ON THE WEBSITE "CONTACT US" PAGE! So I do not know if I will ever get a refund or the item.
I am disgusted with this merchant. Customer service is non-existent, too bad because prices were good
