IT IS A CREDIT CARD SCAM! I was told I had a free trial period, the only thing I had to pay was a $4.95 processing fee that would be charged to my credit card. About two weeks later, before I received the information by mail, I received an email receipt disguised as a charity, one I had never heard of and does not exist! The amount charged was $24.95. Days later I received the information from Loyalty Rewards. Their monthly fee to be a member just happens to be $24.95. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership. In the meantime, I also had to cancel my credit card!
