The most beautiful and nice voiced Alexia sold me for being so kind and understanding, other places I talked to weren't as nice and understanding so from last year when I talked to Alexia I said i'd be back and here i'am. Again thank you.may I have a copy of the terms please for my records?

The item I ordered was back ordered despite online status indicating in stock for immediate shipment. I called customer service to request a refund. Customer service ensured that backorders for my item would be filled within 7 days. I received the ordered item approximately 9 days later.

The swivel on shoulder strap is missing a portion of the snap lock. The original discussion with Jordan Abecasis and an e-mail he sent stated I would have a three year warranty. The final receipt e-mailed to me states only a one year warranty, why? Part of the reason I went with this unit was due to the three year warranty along with other factors. Please advise me on this asap. Larry Balentine
