Lacey was very helpful. She was friendly, answered all my questions
And gave me all the information about the G4. She explained the 30 day trial and offered for me to call her if I have any questions when I get the machine. She advised me that someone will contact my doctor to get the prescription they need to process the order.

Gia was great to talk to and she gave me a great deal. I got a great deal if the unit would have worked. This unit was broke and has been lots of problems. I was not informed of the problems and I am sure that they knew this before they sent this to me. I was under the impression that a customer could not used this machine (which was true as it would not work) because it would not produce enough oxygen.

Keith is knowledgeable and efficient. He has been patient in addressing my concerns and answering my questions. I am confident that this will continue after I receive and begin using my new Inogen G4.
