I've just lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but will leave a review here. The representative at my local office is okay; however, the owner of this establishment TIMOTHY has the WORST attitude. He is DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. I called the corporate office because I had a family emergency and needed to discuss my options. He INSULTED ME TO THE MAX stating that I can't just "go around not paying my bills". I haven't missed a payment in 4 months since I had the account. I guess he is so above himself that he forgot that LIFE is happening to all of us. NONE OF US ARE EXEMPT from that. Life can catch us ALL of guard - some people forget that. Every other creditor can accept an arrangement but he chooses to lecture me about paying bills. The AUDACITY.

Folks - if you can avoid this option PLEASE DO. Yes, sometimes you have no other choice but to take this route but if you're going to give your money (the interest is insane) to an establishment, choose one that is humane and knows how to empathize and speak to people like they're human beings. This place IS NOT IT. The customer service is lacking on all fronts and it makes sense - it trickles down from the "top".
