We save so much money buying our supplements and toiletries from LV. We have been ordering from you for about 10 years, and you have improved both speed of shipping (free), and efficiency in more ecological packaging.

Overall, LuckyVitamin is a pretty decent site. There seems to be plenty of items available, and the prices are not too bad either. The whole "reward points" system seems to be a joke. But overall, I am a satisfied customer.

Things were pretty easy to find and I like the comparison feature. The text is a little small for older adults. Having picture based results is helpful, and so is listing ingredients. The search functionality is useful and saves time.

We return to this great site over and over again. Lucky Vitamin is the only outfit that carries some of the better items from Japan and other far-away countries. We normally receive the items within 5 days.

I ordered 10 Avalon Shampoo & Conditioner about a year ago but my email address is not on file. Disappointing but I get email from Lucky all the time so I will just have to identify which email address I used in the past.
The prices are ok, not as good as the last time I ordered by ok. Site is easy to use.

I have to admit that I am very disappointed about the timing of my last few orders with your company. I made several orders at the beginning of September and I received my orders broken into many separate deliveries and spread out over a long period. I just received notification that the last items of my order have just been dispatched 7 weeks late! I don't know if that's normal for your company but I have to say that my trust in your company to stock the products that match my needs and to deliver them on time has fallen significantly and I am not sure that I would make another order with your company.

For every penny spent here I got my return in my health.
Food supplements here are of amazing quality and show quick results especially when combined with workouts.
Prices are fair and deliveries are quick.

They don't mention the actual dates of arrival for the package. Past few days when my package was supposed to be at the adress I contacted support and they said unfortunately it can take 3-4 weeks more. However on the website they concluded it to be at my place a week ago, and tracking doesn't change still. Very disappointed, don't recommend to order outside of us

I recently bought a product I needed shipped asap so I chose the 2 day shipping. 2 days actually meant a week, meanwhile I was unable to supply the product I make to my clients, and lucky vitamin didn't even respond to my message about paying extra for shipping that ultimately took as long as if I had chose free shipping on another site. Had i known it would've been delivered a week later I would've bought it from a more reliable site... i like to try to buy from smaller businesses but won't buy from this one again. I don't know who's in charge of this business but they need to get their head out of their $#*!.

The best prices around for the brand of Calcium I take: Adora. Also, easy to order and enjoy having free shipping when I can bundle together $50 worth of products. Unfortunately, none of the other discount codes applied.

I found some of the products that I use and love for very great prices, better than most places, even better than Amazon! They have all natural make-up, for great deals and I even found a couple gifts for the holiday's. Good selection overall on vegan, organic food as well!

Switching my purchases of nutritional supplements and vitamins from Amazon to Lucky Vitamin. So far, so good. Prices seem fair and the selection is good. Their house brand seems to hold up to the big brands. I like that it is family owned. I wish they had a better selection of preworkouts and their pricing seems a little high, but I haven't tried the price matching feature yet.

Site would not work so I tried chatting with someone who could not help+suggested I call the 888 customer service #, but they were not available even tho they were supposed to be open. Went back to the site+placed the order but it cost more the second time. Not pleased.

I have ordered from LV several times. They have the best prices I've found around on the products I love. You don't have to choose auto ship, but can save money on the products you use often if you wish to. Either way, their prices are still the best. I have had to contact customer service due to liquid products being damaged in shipping and they were very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Said free shipping then charged me $9 for shipping, called to ask why she said because it's going to a PO Box. My account had a physical address first and PO Box as secondary because that's what my billing is under. Lady was rude said she doesn't know why it choose the PO Box. She never offered to fix it to go to my physical address. Cancelled the order. Poor customer service, will buy my product from another company.

Where do i start? Well the order arrived after about 3 weeks, but considering its a pro biotic and heat sensitive, it would be ineffective. So i emailed Lucky Vitamin 3 times with a response saying after 5 days that if the problem still exists email them again. To which they took 3 working days to reply again (they sent me an email each time saying id get a reply within 24 hours). So i opened a paypal dispute because they wont contact me to take the product back and get a refund. The process has taken a very long time (5 weeks) to get to the point i can get a refund.

I found exactly what I was looking for and was able to view all ingredients to make a decision with accuracy and ease. Website is easy to navigate and being able to view nutritional information by hovering over the label and making it in large enough print to read was very helpful.

I searched and searched for many web sites for raw honey during the cyber week. It seems that LuckyVitamin has the best price all year round for the raw honey I uses regularly. Also, they service is great and was very responsive to my concerns.
