I search for organic 85% dark chocolate, which is only available infrequently in my area. I like to buy locally, but this just isn't a product that can be found regularly. The best price and service comes from LuckyVitamin. It arrived on the exact date they said it would arrive. And I like the option of choosing regular deliver.

Lucky vitamins carries quite a lot of products including hard to find items, has good pricing, and fast delivery. They also show you your previous order history, so reordering is a breeze. I have been using them for years, and have never been disappointed.

I left Amazon altogether after not receiving my much needed supplements, in fact they never did come, even after three weeks finally got a refund, and items were then out of stock! Lucky has been a great addition to the online stores I am trying out. I would have given 5 stars but 7 days is a long time to have to wait for your items... hoping 2 day shipping options become affordable through lucky in the future.

Lucky has consistently high quality products, delivered in a timely manner. Reordering is easy, discount coupons are frequently available, and there's lots of great products to choose from for any ailments or preventative vitamins and minerals for all types of ways to stay healthy. There have been some items that have gone up in price lately but with careful couponing or using ebates those are offset.

Caution! The seller demanded payment outside amazon because they "miscalculated" the shipping costs. They refused to refund my purchase because supposedly my package was in transit. So, whatever you think you're paying this merchant, add 20% and expect to deal with delays (if you get your package at all), wasted time, and a saccharine customer service that will never rectify an error. They persisted in this behavior even after Amazon asked them to relent, which raises the question why they are still allowed to trade on their website.

I had 4 very specific products that I needed for an upcoming vacation not only did they have all four but they even price matched with Amazon! Excellent customer service. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

So happy to have found this site. I've used it for several months and except for needing to use a different browser (Firefox "Improved" program gives me fits with some sites) I am totally satisfied with their products.

You can find high quality products on Lucky Vitamin at the lowest prices with free shipping. I think they are great. I don't like that you can't resolve issues with your order through their 800 # any more the online chat is frustrating. Please bring back live customer service people I can talk to.

Product never arrived yet they still take my money and won't refund. Ridiculous unethical company. I see other complaints about poor packaging. Yes they send glass bottles in the mail and are surprised when they shatter. Absolute idiots

They have such a wide variety of items I almost always find what I am looking for, and they usually have the lowest prices if I happen to take the time to search other places. I appreciate all the information they give with all of their products, as it helps me finalize my decisions. My orders usually arrive promptly with all of my ordered items, but on the off-chance that something is wrong, the customer service staff is friendly & efficient in correcting any errors. Just one of the few companies left that knows how to treat customers and run a business to keep customers coming back.

My husband drinks beet performer beet juice every day before working out. At $3+ per can, it gets pretty expensive! I have searched everywhere for this juice at a lower price.(Amazon, Ebay, other nutrition sites, grocery stores, and more) and have always came up empty handed- until today. I was surprised of the extent of products available as I was searching multiple sites, but found that most, if not all, were available here.

I love Lucky Vitamins online shopping because I know I am getting quality at prices you cannot find elsewhere. I trust their customer service teams and know I will get answers to my most frequent questions. Shipping is tops in my opinion. You can count on products being delivered in a timely fashion. I've been totally happy with Lucky Vitamin for years now. They have great low prices on everything they carry- plus you get reward points for further savings. I love my local natural food stores, but they charge a lot more for some things like protein powder and we use so much that it helps me afford it by buying it here.
Everything is guaranteed and I've never had a need to return anything.

The shipping takes a few days, but is reliable. Everything is well packaged. And we find the lucky boxes are great for reuse!

I have recently had updated allergy testing done & have had to switch all my products. From hair care to make up, you name it. Lucky Vitamin is a one stop shop for me. I can only use particular brand names that you cant just walk into any store to find.

I wish I'd read these reviews before buying from this company. To collect my order from the Post Office I needed to pay £12.45 - my product was only £25 pounds plus £3.99 for 'shipping'. All I am reading now is 'poor customer service', 'weeks waiting for an answer' etc... what a scam. Nothing 'lucky' about this company! Stay clear.
