After the "Captcha" sorted itself out, the website worked well, but I did find some odd ways of classifying products. In one instance, a particular brand of lemonade had the conventional type under "Soda" (it is carbonated), but the Certified Organic version was under "Juice".

Excellent service, excellent products. I have been buying my supplements from Lucky Vitamin for the past 10 years. They not only fit my pocketbook which is is a bit smaill, but they never disappoint me with their service. My order was placed on Cyber Monday and I received that week. I had to cancel and order last month because I found it on Amazon and got it two days later. I thought I would give Luckyvitamin another try.

Had ordered for herbs through speed shipping paying 8 times over the cost of normal shipping time. It's been 15days still the shipment hasn't arrived whereas the committed no. Of days was5-7days. No one to respond to questions, help tracking location. I would like to sue them. If there was a 0 rating for overall ratings would have chosen that

I've used lucky vitamin for many years now and i love the products and costumer service. There have been a couple issues with products throughout the years but they were very good at resolving the issues.

Prices are extremely affordable & fair, I used to buy all of my cruelty free items from target but once I found this website it was no going back.

The pricing and variety of items is great

Please don't buy from lucky vitamines website, they are fraudulent. It's been more than two months that I paid for them 2k for B12 capsules and there is no any proper update on my shipment status. Lucky vitamines is not even willing to take it's responsibility. And have asked me to follow up with dhl. The funny part is the tracking number they've shared is invalid and i don't know how to go about it. Very much disappointed with lucky vitamine's service.

My order never arrived and they said they can't give me a refund until they receive it back to the warehouse. That was over 4 months ago and they told me once it comes back to them they will refund me within 90 days minus a stock fee (25% of the order or a minimum of $12] they said if they don't receive it then I won't be able to get a refund at all. I think this is ilegal

The prices are great (although not always the lowest). I had issues with the website because it sometimes says the cart is empty when it is not, so re-adding them I ended up with duplicates. Also, when I tried to modify quantities in the cart, it updated the wrong products. It took a while. My items weren't shoprunner eligible, but the website works with ebates!

It took about a dozen e-mails back and forth with them to get them to straighten out the errors they kept making in my address. Twice during the process via e-mail, I canceled the order. However they proceeded to charge my card/paypal anyways even after I twice canceled the order in writing. The product was finally shipped and amazingly did arrive to the several times corrected address. However upon opening the items, all of them must have been driven over by a cement truck and left in an unrefrigerated environment as they had some sort of fungus or mold growing on them. The whole load was immediately thrown into the trash as it was uneditable! Could NOT recommend doing business with them on food items! I would rate them MINUS 5 stars!

I love shopping at Lucky Vitamin because of the convenience and variety of products. The only reason I did not give Five Stars is because when a product is out of stock, I don't want my whole order to be held up and have to then follow up. Their Customer Service department is not that great either. Fix these problems, keep it all Fast and Easy and you will start getting FIVE Star reviews!

I usually have a great experience with Lucky Vitamin however, my last experience was less than great. Part of my order was put on backorder yet I was being charged for it. I finally canceled the backorder to get my money back. Also, the order confirmation did not include sales tax which made billing confusing.

I really liked the prices and ordered $150 woth of product. I got a "on hold alert " and the email said I needed to give them a 6 digit "approval code" from my card holder. My card holder said they'd never heard of any such thing. Thinking abut canceling my card all together because I have no idea what to expect.

Always enjoy getting products from LuckyVitamin. Came when expected and everything I ordered came! My children love the chewable probiotics and my son consumes the hemp oil in his juice and doesn't seem to notice it's there.

This is the first time I use lucky vitamin. It was very easy to find everything I was looking for. It was a nice bonus to get 20% off my first autoship purchase. I look forward to using this company again for all of my family's wellness needs.

The website is friendly looking, easy to use and navigate, although sometimes my basket empties itself which is annoying to have to search for everything again! There is lots of variety on the side and some deals, mainly the marked down ones! The dispatch is fast but the delivery is poor, items chucked in a box, no care taken. Box usually comes damaged on arrival and damage to items, for example the drink lids unseal and become loose. More consideration towards the using the right size box so items aren't going everywere.

Love this company. The only disappointing thing Ive encountered is, for the past 3 months everytime I try to order Caldrea counter spray it is ALWAYS backed ordered. Other then that I'm always satisfied with my orders

Lucky Vitamin does NOT show the expiration date of their items on their website?! This to me seems a no brainer. The customer needs to know the expiration date of the item to know how many s/he can purchase. When I asked about this, they told me that the customer can call or chat to get the expiration date! Well, why not just make it available for the customer to see on the website?! Also, I was disappointed that the expiration date of the item I wanted to buy was only just over a year in the future. I had hoped to buy 2 years worth of it (as I've done frequently on other sites).

I find exactly what I need every time and the prices are better than anywhere else. The international shipping prices aren't outrageous like other sites and my order typically arrives in less time than expected.

I always hesitate buying on line from USA, because of the hassle of taxation and duty to be paid on arrival in UK. This is a nightmare scenario, because the Post services in my town is not disabled friendly. Or convenient, If your door to door service with DHL works well you will have my orders and many others. I ordered l theanine 200 mg capsules more than a month ago, but the studies show you need 400 mg daily for the desired effect. When I ordered a couple of days ago, you had 400 mg capsules. Great job in reading my mind. Thanks.
