Lucky Vitamin

The worst customer service! I placed an order online using PayPal. Then I called and cancelled the order within an hour after. I found a better deal at a local shop for the same product. They send me an email confirmation about cancelation. After a few days I notice they charged my PayPal account. I called them and about it. They told me they had to forward a message to the manager to refund the money to my PayPal account. This was supposed to happen within a week. I checked after a week, no refund. Called them again and they told me that it was going to be done within 3 days. After the three days no refund. Long story short 3 weeks of dealing with the most incompetent company I've ever had to deal with. And ended up having to open a case with PayPal in order for me to get my money back.

Let's see what to list here as to what used to be really good with Lucky Vitamin: prices, website, ease of ordering and availability of items. Yes, that's pretty much all I can say. All those USED to be really good. Now prices are comparable to other places, the website absolutely is fraught with all sorts of problems that makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience, and things are now always on backorder... I'm so ready to stop ordering through them but because there are a few items that they still have slightly better prices than others but that cancels out when you take into consideration that they have skyrocketed prices on other items... I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to support them.

I purchased what was supposed to be "1 gallon Aloe Vera Juice 4 pack" and recieved one gallon. My wife thinks that they may mean 4 quarts in a one gallon jug. Problem is that's not what they said. Decietful and dishonest advertising.

I am not sure how un-Lucky Vitamin is still in business. They are a SCAM. They keep all of your payment information on file even though they say they don't. I was triple charged for an auto order I never set up! And now I have to pay shipping back?! I reached out and got nothing but incompetent answers. I should have rear reviews before purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM LUCKY VITAMINS.

I started my order and left it for a while. When I got back, it took a long time for products to load.
This is my second order from Lucky Vitamin and I look forward to receiving autoship deliveries in the future.

I found this site by accident and was sincerely thrilled to find my favorite brand of protein in all of my favorite flavors. The shipping was free and the I had my order a day earlier than promised. Everything was in order and I even got free stuff! We are now loyal customers.

I was very satisfied with the order I placed with Lucky Vitamin which I received in acceptably reasonable time from the date I received noticed of it being shipped. I also think that the vitamins I purchased for the health benefit they are meant to provide works really well.

Before I found Lucky Vitamin I was paying 2-3 times for what I purchase here... for the same name brands I was buying at a discount store where I lived... Order something with overseas shipping by DHL, and paid extra so that DHL would take care of Border customs. Something went wrong with DHL and they accidentaly send te package back to the USA. When I contacted Lucky Vitamin about this after a couple of weeks, they told me they didn't know anything and had to investigate. This should take 6 weeks. They did not come back to me. So I got in contact with customer service again, and then they told me that a 3 month period was over and they didn't have to pay me anything and I just lost my 130$. They did offer me a discount of 5$ for my next order. So, they have a terrible customer service, If you live outside the USA, do not buy at Lucky Vitamin.

I came to find Better French Vanilla Stevia Drops, found them right away and the price was one of the lowest I have found. I buy at least 4 bottles a month and I normally pay just under $7.00 but they were out of stock; therefore I came to check here to check and I am glad I did. ZERO stars. Customer Service HORRIBLE! Shipping dept. is so disorganized, shipping time is UNACCEPTABLE! After a rediculous waiting time I opened a good size box with 1 small bottle of water flavor drops. My paid for purchase was items totaling almost $120.00! I call and did not get one word as to why

I have always had a very easy experience with Lucky Vitamin. They have what I like and the service is really good. I always order Pantothenic Acid because it keeps me from getting a cold. I have been buying fruit and vegetable juices and soon will be buying Now vitamins when my current supply of vitamins is low.
I was told by my doctor that I have severe gout and I am miffed as I don't drink and only eat red meat occassionally... so I think the different juices may help my gout situatation.
I was told that the gout could be 70% physical and 30% diet. I am taking a prescribed drug(s) for gout and hope i can keep this gout under control as it is very painful in my big toe area... any other suggestions?

First time using this site. Was very east to find what i wanted. There was pleanty of information on the product including pictures so that i felt I made a very informed decision on my purchase. I overlooked using an incorrect address. Tried repeatedly to have Fedex correct the address while the package was a mere 20 miles away in their warehose. Asked Lucky Vitamin to help out. I never received a reply from Lucky Vitamin to help correct the address as the shipper.

I placed and order and needed something ele to get me free shipp. I order a smart cake to fill my order and when everything came in al was good but those smart cakes are amazing. I placed another order right away.

I would highly recommend Lucky Vitamin. Sometimes it is hard to find the products I need and at a price I can afford on there website and even in the store. However, on Lucky Vitamin I am able to find 99% of all the products I need and at a reasonable price.
